Abstract

一种多功能搅拌机,包括:本体,具有一容置空间,该容置空间放置有一容器;马达装置,安装于该本体上;搅拌装置,连接于该马达装置,其中该搅拌装置包含受该马达装置驱动而可对所述容器内的容装物产生作用的搅拌体以及起泡体。本发明既可用于打奶昔,也可用于打奶泡,实现一机双用,不但使用方便,也降低了奶昔和奶泡的制作成本;本发明同时具有蒸汽功能,可向奶昔或奶泡中吹入蒸汽,不但可通过蒸汽调节旋钮调节蒸汽量的大小,进而控制奶昔或奶泡的温度,还可辅助吹泡。

一种多功能搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料制作器具,具体地说是指一种可用于打奶昔、打奶泡以及对饮料加热的多功能搅拌机。
背景技术
奶昔是一指以牛奶为主要原料的半流体状的混合式甜品,通常采用奶昔机来制作,奶昔机主要是通过电机带动伸入到装有原料的杯子中的搅拌棒转动,对杯子中的原料进行搅拌而形成奶昔。
飘浮于浓咖啡表面的奶油,既可使用鲜奶油,也可使用牛奶,使用牛奶时,须用将牛奶打成泡状,例如卡布奇诺咖啡或拿铁咖啡中的奶泡。将牛奶打成泡状,可采用牛奶打泡器来进行,即采用一起泡棒对牛奶进行打泡,该起泡棒上设有环形的起泡弹簧,其旋转过程可使牛奶起泡。也有的起泡装置通过向牛奶内吹入热蒸汽使牛奶起泡,同时达到对牛奶温度进行调节的目的。
但是,上述奶昔机、奶泡机仅具有单一功能,即制作奶昔、奶泡必须采用两台设备,不但使用上不方便,而且提高了制作的成本。目前市面上尚未出现同时具备打奶昔、打奶泡功能的设备。
发明内容
本发明提供一种多功能搅拌机,其主要目的在于克服现有奶昔机、奶泡机仅具有单一功能,使用不便,成本高的缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种多功能搅拌机,包括:本体,具有一容置空间,该容置空间放置有一容器;马达装置,安装于该本体上;搅拌装置,连接于该马达装置,其中该搅拌装置包含受该马达装置驱动而可对所述容器内的容装物产生作用的搅拌体以及起泡体。
前述一种多功能搅拌机,该搅拌装置包含一驱动轴,该搅拌体与该起泡体分别可卸除地安装于该驱动轴。
前述一种多功能搅拌机,其搅拌装置也可包含连接于搅拌体的搅拌轴以及连接于起泡体的起泡轴。该搅拌轴与该起泡轴可互相替换地安装于该马达装置。
进一步地,所述搅拌体包括一套接于该搅拌轴下端部的套筒以及一体形成于该套筒周壁并向外延伸的两个搅拌环。所述起泡体包括一支撑架和一起泡弹簧,所述支撑架套接于所述起泡轴下端部,该支撑架两侧设有卡槽,所述起泡弹簧为环形,并套接于该两卡槽上,即该起泡弹簧的中心线为环形,且该环形所处的平面与起泡轴垂直。
另外,该多功能搅拌机进一步包括一用以提供高温流体的加热组件,该加热组件的流体出口连通至该容器。
该加热组件设置于所述本体内,该加热组件包括产生蒸汽的装置,该装置的蒸汽出口设有蒸汽控制阀,并设有可伸入所述容器并可导入蒸汽的蒸汽杆。
进而,所述蒸汽控制阀连接有一横向延伸的导气杆,所述蒸汽杆通过一管接头可旋转地连接于该导气杆上,所述蒸汽控制阀设有蒸汽调节旋钮,该蒸汽调节旋钮和管接头分别位于所述本体的两侧;所述蒸汽杆包括一直杆段和一弧形杆段,该弧形杆段的一端通过所述管接头与导气杆连接,另一端向所述放置容器的容置空间延伸并与所述直杆段连接,所述弧形杆段设有一用于扳动该蒸汽杆旋转的把手。
所述马达装置包括马达壳体及设于马达壳体中的马达,马达壳体后下侧可上下摆动地枢接于所述本体上,该马达壳体下方形成所述的放置该容器的该容置空间。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:一,实现一机双用,既可用于打奶昔,也可用于打奶泡,不但使用方便,也降低了奶昔和奶泡的制作成本;二,同时具有蒸汽功能,可向奶昔或奶泡中吹入蒸汽,不但可通过蒸汽调节旋钮调节蒸汽量的大小,进而控制奶昔或奶泡的温度,还可辅助吹泡;三,搅拌装置以及蒸汽杆均可上下摆动,以方便将容器放入容置空间,提高了使用的方便性。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参照图1和图2,本实施例提供一种多功能搅拌机,可用来打奶昔、奶泡或热可可等冷热饮。其包括一本体1,该本体1底部前侧连接有一底座10,该底座10上形成一可放置容器9的容置空间100,该容器9参照图3所示。
参照图1,本体1上设有马达装置2以及连接于马达装置2的搅拌装置,在本实施例中,该搅拌装置包括可互相替换的搅拌组件4和起泡组件5,可分别用于打奶昔和打奶泡。通过搅拌组件4和起泡组件5的替换,可以使本搅拌机实现打奶泡和打奶昔两种功能。
参照图3,马达装置2包括马达壳体及设于马达壳体中的马达21。马达壳体包括前后对接的前壳22、后壳23,以及嵌套于前壳22、后壳23左、右两侧的装饰环24、25;前壳22的前上方设有控制面板28,用于实现对马达21动作的控制;马达21的输出轴朝下,马达21的上下分别设有减震垫26、27。该马达壳体通过其后壳23后下方的枢接凸部29可上下摆动地枢接于本体1的前上部。该马达壳体下方、底座10上方形成所述的放置容器9的容置空间100。
参照图1、图3及图4,上述搅拌组件4包括一与马达21的输出轴可拆卸连接的搅拌轴41以及连接于该搅拌轴41下端部的搅拌体42。该搅拌体42包括一套接于该搅拌轴41下端部的套筒421以及一体形成于该套筒421周壁并向外延伸的两个搅拌环422、423。搅拌轴41转动时,搅拌体42可进行打奶昔动作。
参照图2及图5,上述起泡组件5包括可与该搅拌轴4替换而与马达21的输出轴可拆卸连接的起泡轴51以及连接于该起泡轴下端部的起泡体52。该起泡体52包括一支撑架521和一起泡弹簧522,所述支撑架521套接于所述起泡轴51下端部,该支撑架521两侧设有卡槽5211、5212,所述起泡弹簧522为环形,并套接于该两卡槽5211、5212上,即该起泡弹簧522的中心线为环形,且该环形所处的平面与起泡轴51垂直。起泡轴51转动时,起泡体52可进行打奶泡动作。
参照图3,本体1包括围壁11、盖板12及底板13,该围壁11形成本体1的左、右、后侧壁,盖板12形成本体1的顶壁和前壁,底板13形成本体的底壁。参照图1至图3,该奶昔奶泡机还包括一设置于所述本体1内的加热组件3,该加热组件3包括产生蒸汽的锅炉31,其加水口上依次设有密封垫32、锅盖33、顶盖34、35。该锅炉31的蒸汽出口设有蒸汽控制阀311,并设有可伸入所述容器9并可导入蒸汽的蒸汽杆6。同时参照图6,该蒸汽控制阀311连接有一横向延伸的导气杆8,所述蒸汽杆6通过一管接头7可旋转地连接于该导气杆8上。并且,该蒸汽控制阀311设有用于控制其蒸汽出口喷出的蒸汽量大小的蒸汽调节旋钮3111,该蒸汽调节旋钮3111和管接头7分别位于所述本体1的左、右两侧。该蒸汽杆6包括一直杆段61和一弧形杆段62,该弧形杆段62的一端通过所述管接头7与导气杆8连接,另一端向所述放置容器9的容置空间100延伸并与所述直杆段61连接。该弧形杆段62设有一用于扳动该蒸汽杆6旋转的把手63,即通过该把手63可使蒸汽杆6以管接头7为中心上下转动。
可见,搅拌装置和蒸汽杆6均可上下转动,以便于将容器9放置在容置空间100中。
另外,起泡体并不限于上述具体结构,只要能起到使容器9内的容装物起泡即可。例如,还可为图7所示结构,即在其起泡轴51’的底端设置一叶轮52’,该叶轮52’设有螺旋状的叶片。
在上述实施例中,通过搅拌组件4和起泡组件5的替换实现打奶昔和打奶泡两种功能。但并不局限于此,另一实施例是仅将搅拌体42和起泡体52进行替换,而搅拌轴41和起泡轴51采用统一的驱动轴,不进行替换。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能搅拌机,其特征在于包括:
本体,具有一容置空间,该容置空间放置有一容器;
马达装置,安装于该本体上;
搅拌装置,连接于该马达装置,其中该搅拌装置包含受该马达装置驱动且通过互相替换分别对所述容器内的容装物产生作用的搅拌组件和起泡组件,搅拌组件包括搅拌体以及连接于搅拌体的搅拌轴,起泡组件包括起泡体及连接于起泡体的起泡轴;
所述起泡体包括一支撑架和一起泡弹簧,所述支撑架套接于所述起泡轴下端部,该支撑架两侧设有卡槽,所述起泡弹簧为环形,并套接于该两卡槽上,即该起泡弹簧的中心线为环形,且该环形所处的平面与起泡轴垂直;
还包括一用以提供高温流体的加热组件,该加热组件的流体出口连通至该容器;该加热组件设置于所述本体内,该加热组件包括产生蒸汽的装置,该装置的蒸汽出口设有蒸汽控制阀,并设有可伸入所述容器并可导入蒸汽的蒸汽杆;所述蒸汽控制阀连接有一横向延伸的导气杆,所述蒸汽杆通过一管接头可旋转地连接于该导气杆上,所述蒸汽控制阀设有蒸汽调节旋钮,该蒸汽调节旋钮和管接头分别位于所述本体的两侧;所述蒸汽杆包括一直杆段和一弧形杆段,该弧形杆段的一端通过所述管接头与导气杆连接,另一端向所述放置容器的容置空间延伸并与所述直杆段连接,所述弧形杆段设有一用于扳动该蒸汽杆旋转的把手。
2.一种多功能搅拌机,其特征在于包括:
本体,具有一容置空间,该容置空间放置有一容器;
马达装置,安装于该本体上;
搅拌装置,连接于该马达装置,其中该搅拌装置包含受该马达装置驱动且通过互相替换分别对所述容器内的容装物产生作用的搅拌体和起泡体,以及一驱动轴,该搅拌体与该起泡体分别可卸除地安装于该驱动轴,使得该驱动轴分别作为与搅拌体连接的搅拌轴和与起泡体连接的起泡轴;
所述起泡体包括一支撑架和一起泡弹簧,所述支撑架套接于所述起泡轴下端部,该支撑架两侧设有卡槽,所述起泡弹簧为环形,并套接于该两卡槽上,即该起泡弹簧的中心线为环形,且该环形所处的平面与起泡轴垂直;
还包括一用以提供高温流体的加热组件,该加热组件的流体出口连通至该容器;该加热组件设置于所述本体内,该加热组件包括产生蒸汽的装置,该装置的蒸汽出口设有蒸汽控制阀,并设有可伸入所述容器并可导入蒸汽的蒸汽杆;所述蒸汽控制阀连接有一横向延伸的导气杆,所述蒸汽杆通过一管接头可旋转地连接于该导气杆上,所述蒸汽控制阀设有蒸汽调节旋钮,该蒸汽调节旋钮和管接头分别位于所述本体的两侧;所述蒸汽杆包括一直杆段和一弧形杆段,该弧形杆段的一端通过所述管接头与导气杆连接,另一端向所述放置容器的容置空间延伸并与所述直杆段连接,所述弧形杆段设有一用于扳动该蒸汽杆旋转的把手。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌体包括一套接于该搅拌轴下端部的套筒以及一体形成于该套筒周壁并向外延伸的两个搅拌环。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种多功能搅拌机,其特征在于:所述马达装置包括马达壳体及设于马达壳体中的马达,马达壳体后下侧可上下摆动地枢接于所述本体上,该马达壳体下方形成所述的放置该容器的该容置空间。
