本发明涉及一种连接部件。 
DE 198 60 644 A1公开了一种用于刮水片和刮水臂铰链连接的连接部件。连接部件固定在刮水片上。该刮水片具有一个侧边带有两个纵向槽的刮水条。作为支承部件的两个弹簧条插入到所述纵向槽中。这些弹簧条从刮水条侧边地伸出一截。连接部件由塑料制成，它具有两个带有U形截面的导轨，其中，导轨的敞开侧彼此面对。通过一个弹簧弓彼此连接的导轨沿纵向方向移动到弹簧条的向前伸出的部分中，并且和弹簧条锁定在它的终端位置中。弹簧条中的一些凹槽就用于此目的。这些凹槽和止动凸台合作。这凸台设置在导轨的舌簧上。 
连接部件具有一些支承颈形状的支承部件。这些支承部件设置在导轨的外侧。在安装连接部件时由于弹簧弓的弹性这些导轨可以弹性地压缩一段，这样支承颈就可以插入到舌水臂的端部的相应的支承孔中。端部由金属，例如由金属板制成。在将连接部件安装在刮水臂后再在刮水片上进行安装。刮水臂的侧壁将具有止动凸台的舌簧闭锁在运行位置中，这样就可避免连接部件的无意的松开或者移动。弹簧弓垂直于导轨的纵向方向延伸，并且因此形成一个自由空间，为的是在必要时通过刮水片的一个导流片剖面可以移动连接部件。 
发明内容
按照本发明连接部件是由一个由塑料制成的固定部件和一个由金属制成的支承部件组成。其中，固定部件用它的导轨在侧面包围住弹簧条。为了在侧面进行导向，支承部件在它的端部具有侧边的导向角。这些导向角成形在支承部件的底部。当绕垂直轴出现力矩时这些导向角形成一个大的支撑基础。通过这一措施保证了刮水片侧面的良好的导向。 
导向角在它们的背向端壁的侧面具有接片。这些接片可绕一个与垂直轴线平行延伸的弯曲轴线向内弯曲，其中，弯折的腿分别从下作用固定部件的导轨。通过这一措施连接部件在垂直轴线方向通过支承部件得到固定。同时由耐磨损且形状稳定的金属例如金属板制成的支承部件，  相对于由弹簧钢制成的弹簧条通过由塑料制成的固定部件被绝缘，这样阻尼了振动并且避免了腐蚀。通过根据本发明的连接部件可使刮水臂和刮水片之间产生精确的、稳定和耐磨损的铰链连接，并且能对刮水片进行良好的侧面导向。 
在一个有利的方案中，固定部件在它的端部具有端壁，这些端壁特别是向外超出导轨的轮廓。弹簧弓在一个平行于弹簧条的平面中延伸。这样盖住固定部件的支承部件被平坦地保持，并且安装在固定部件的端壁之间，而它则沿着纵向方向通过在固定部件的导轨中的止动凸台固定。代替这种形状配合的止动凸台的固定地也可在一种较小载荷的结构中，例如在小的尾部刮水器中也采用一种传力连接。 
根据本发明的一个方案端壁分别形成一个间隙。这个间隙分别由一个弹簧弓搭接。这样弹簧弓的敞开侧朝向固定部件的端部，而弹簧弓的封闭的弯曲部分位于导轨之间。 
支承部件合适地由金属板制成，其中，在它的纵向侧的中间区域中侧壁向上弯曲。这些侧壁支承着至少一个支承元件，例如一个支承套或者一个支承栓柱，或者如现有技术已公开的另一些合适的支承元件。

具体实施方式
一个连接部件22安装在刮水片10上。该连接部件具有一个由金属，优选地由金属板构成的支承部件24和一个由塑料制成的固定部件26。刮水片包括一个具有一个刮水唇14、一个头部条16和一个背部条18的刮水条12。在背部条18和头部条16之间弹簧条20插入到两个纵向槽中。这些弹簧条从这些槽中伸出一截。 
对于这样的情况，即刮水片在一个纵向中心通道中仅只有一个弹簧条20，则该纵向通道在连接部件22的区域中侧边是敞开的，这样，弹簧条20在两侧有一段是露出的，这样固定部件26就可固定在它上面。 
固定部件26(图3至图5)具有两个导轨30。这些导轨具有导向槽32。在安装状态时弹簧条20啮合到这些导向槽中。导向槽32的敞开侧彼此面对。它们受到槽下侧面36的限制。该槽下侧面靠于弹簧条20的下侧面。 
导轨30通过弹簧弓34彼此连接。其位于一个和弹簧条20平行的平面内，这样就产生了一个平面的结构。在导轨30的端部设置端壁40，这些端壁在每个端部形成一个间隙42。这个间隙由弹簧弓34搭接。端壁40向外伸出地超出导轨3的轮廓一截，并且形成支承表面44。这些支承表面保证了适配的支承部件24的轴向固定。 
导轨30在导向槽32中有止动凸台38。这些止动凸台在安装状态时啮合到弹簧条20的相应的凹槽28中，并且因此确保固定部件26相对于弹簧条20的轴向位置。在安装时将导轨30垂直于刮水片10沿着箭头46方向弹性地彼此拉开，并且安装到弹簧条20上，这样弹簧条就啮合到导向槽32中，并且导轨30的止动凸台38就卡入到弹簧条20的凹槽28中。为了对固定部件26进行闭锁将支承部件24安装在端壁40的支承表面44之间。在这种情况中支承部件24在侧边通过导向角50在固定部件26的导轨30上进行导向。因为这些导向角成形在底部48上在支承部件24的端部，所以对于绕垂直轴线64的弯曲力矩产生了大的支撑基础，这样刮水片10得到很好的侧面导向。 
沿纵向方向在导向角50的彼此面对的端面52上成形接片54。这些接片在安装时绕弯曲轴线56向内弯曲。在这种情况中接片54的一个弯折的腿58作用到固定部件26的导轨30的下面，这样，沿垂直轴线64方向支承部件24得到固定。此外固定部件26通过支承部件24被闭锁，  这样该部件就不会和弹簧条20松开或者在其上移动。 
优选地由金属板制成的支承部件24具有两个向上弯曲的侧壁60。这些侧壁作为支承元件保持用于支承栓柱的支承套62。所述支承栓柱和一个未示出的刮水臂连接。代替支承套62地该支承部件24可有其它的支承元件，例如现有技术已公开的支承销、支承栓柱、支承辊等。 

Claims (4)

1.用于将刮水臂和刮水片(10)铰链连接的连接部件(22)，所述刮水片具有刮水条(12)和至少一个弹簧条(20)，所述弹簧条被连接部件(22)的导轨(30)包围，所述导轨通过至少一个弹簧弓(34)彼此连接，其中，所述导轨(30)和弹簧弓(34)由塑料制成，其特征在于，该连接部件由塑料制成的固定部件(26)和金属制成的支承部件(24)组成，其中，所述导轨(30)属于固定部件(26)，固定部件(26)用所述导轨(30)在弹簧条(20)的两侧包住弹簧条(20)；弹簧弓(34)在与弹簧条(20)平行的平面中延伸；支承部件(24)盖住固定部件(26)并且具有侧面的导向角部(50)，所述导向角部形成在支承部件(24)的底部(48)上并且具有接片(54)，所述接片可绕与竖轴线(64)平行延伸的弯曲轴线(56)向内弯曲，其中，接片的弯折的腿(58)分别从下作用固定部件(26)的所述导轨(30)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接部件(22)，其特征在于，所述弹簧条(20)和固定部件(26)彼此通过啮合到所述弹簧条(20)的凹槽(28)中的所述导轨的止动凸台被固定；固定部件(26)在它的端部具有端壁(40)，这些端壁超出导轨(30)的轮廓；并且支承部件安装在端壁(40)之间。
