技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材及其制造方法。
背景技术
现有技术中已有一些防水产品,例如沥青防水膜、PVC卷材、橡胶卷材等。
沥青防水膜的制造方法是:将中间为聚酯纺粘织物的框架浸入装有沥青混合料的槽中,加热到足够温度,然后冷却,就可获得高约1米,长约10米,重约350克/平米~5千克/平米之间或更大的沥青防水膜卷材。对表面进行防水处理时,将该防水膜卷材平铺在所述表面上,所述卷材的粘接主要通过这种方式来实现:用火焰吹管对卷材的背面进行火焰淬火、使该背面部分熔化,以粘接到所述表面上。铺贴下一块防水膜时,将其与第一块平行放置,并使两块防水膜的边缘交叠,交叠宽度至少为5厘米。对交叠部分进行火焰淬火、并沿着交叠接触线按压,以使两块膜连接在一起。卷与卷之间的连接区域是一个关键部分,如果连接不当,水就可能从所述连接区域渗下。
PVC膜卷材是通过将聚氯乙烯聚合物挤出成型制得的合成卷材。通常商售卷材的高度高于1米,长度为15~20米,具有不同的厚度。铺贴时,将一卷铺开在表面上,另一卷与第一卷平行铺放,使两卷之间交叠宽度至少为10厘米。用化合物使PVC材料与所述表面粘接在一起、并将交叠部分连接起来,或者利用PVC材料的低熔点,用热空气枪使所述交叠的边缘熔化并连接在一起。通常在PVC层之上还有一惰性层,该惰性层的功能是增加重量,以利于PVC膜粘附在所述表面上。如果由于连接不当而渗水,那么水渗入后,将不仅局限于渗入区域,而且还会在覆盖层下扩散。
发明内容
考虑到本领域的现状,本发明的目的是提供一种防水卷材,与传统产品相比,该防水卷材在应用于工程领域时具有优势,例如:铺贴速度更快、铺贴更容易、质量更轻、边缘交叠面积更小,在建筑场所的移动更方便,储存占用空间更少,成本更低廉,等等。
本发明的防水卷材包括至少一个防水材料层,该防水材料层夹在第一纺粘织物层和第二纺粘织物层之间,所述纺粘织物层具有被防水材料覆盖的表面,且所述第一纺粘织物层和第二纺粘织物层之间具有横向偏移,因此在卷材的一端,第一纺粘织物层突出于第二纺粘织物层之外,而在另一端,第二纺粘织物层突出于第一纺粘织物层之外,所述至少一个防水材料层由塑料膜组成,所述具有防水材料的突出部位是可见的,以使卷材之间有更好的粘接。
本发明还提供所述卷材的制造方法。

具体实施方式
图1~5展示了根据本发明的建筑用防水卷材1。
制造所述防水卷材1的第一步是:用挤出机101将塑料膜2挤出在纺粘织物层3的表面上,所述纺粘织物由例如增强聚酯制成,从纺粘织物卷102形成防水纺粘织物106的卷103,即:所述塑料膜粘附到所述纺粘织物上(图1)。
制造所述防水卷材1的第二步是:从两个卷103引出两个纺粘织物106的层,该两个纺粘织物层中间夹着另一层自挤出机105(例如与前述挤出机101相同)挤出的塑料膜100、彼此结合在一起,形成防水卷材1的卷104(图2)。这样制得的防水膜的完全连续性有保障、不会有发生渗漏的可能。
制成的卷材(图3)包括防水塑料膜100,该防水塑料膜100由混合聚合物(例如包括20%的PET(聚乙烯对苯二甲酸酯)和80%的PP(聚丙烯))制得,该防水塑料膜100的上下表面与两个混合聚合物层2熔合,该两个混合聚合物层2由两个纺粘织物层3保护。所述膜100插在中间,这样可以避免防水层渗漏,并实现完全粘连,以形成防水卷材104。纺粘织物层3为膜2和100提供机械保护,并提供绝对的尺寸稳定性,特别是当用高韧度的长细丝对所述纺粘织物层进行增强之后,更是如此。层100的延展性大于每个层106,该层106优选具有相同的延展性。
在本实施例的卷材1中,两个所述纺粘织物层之间彼此具有横向偏移,即:各个层106的侧端不是相互对齐的,这样就形成了层106的两个裸露的侧部20,该两个侧部20设在所述卷材的两侧(图4)。每个所述侧部20均延续了所述卷材的总长度,并具有合适的宽度、以用于在施用步骤进行粘接。所述偏移的侧部20用于实现不同卷材1之间的连接。
铺设是先将第一卷卷材1铺开在表面上,然后将第二卷卷材1平行于所述第一卷铺放,并使得两卷卷材的所述偏移侧部20相交叠(一个在另一个的上面),注意对齐(图5)。采用这种方式时,连接不发生在纺粘织物层(常常为多孔渗水结构)上,而是发生在膜100上。所述交叠的侧部20通过防水的丁基系胶粘剂或丙烯系胶粘剂或其它胶粘剂107彼此粘合在一起。铺贴时,不需要特殊的设备,并可在有水存在的情形下进行。
如果要将卷材1和所述表面粘在一起,可使用惰性材料来增重,或者在所述表面上刷一层沥青底漆(该沥青底漆特别适合粘接纺粘织物),任何在该沥青底漆上铺放卷材1、实现粘接。
卷材1可保护所述表面,不让水渗到所述表面上。
图5展示了根据本发明的具有卷材1的覆盖物,该覆盖物保护地板免受水渗入。
Claims (4)
1.一种卷材,其特征在于:包括第一纺粘织物层和第二纺粘织物层,所述第一纺粘织物层和第二纺粘织物层具有被防水材料(2)覆盖的表面,所述卷材还包括防水塑料膜(100),该防水塑料膜(100)的上下表面分别与覆盖在第一纺粘织物层的所述表面上的防水材料(2)和覆盖在第二纺粘织物层的所述表面上的防水材料(2)熔合;其中,所述第一纺粘织物层和第二纺粘织物层相对彼此横向偏移,从而在卷材的一侧,第一纺粘织物层的突出部(20)突出于第二纺粘织物层之外,而在另一侧,第二纺粘织物层的突出部(20)突出于第一纺粘织物层之外,所述防水塑料膜具有可以覆盖住所述突出部(20)的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于:所述纺粘织物层由增强聚酯制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于:所述卷材还包括涂覆在所述突出部(20)上的胶粘剂(107)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷材,其特征在于:所述塑料膜由合成聚合物的混合物制成。
