Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用植物油制造生物柴油的方法,具体是一种利用植物油在酸性或碱性催化剂的作用下,通过与低分子酒精发生反应而形成脂肪酸酯,再利用乙醇酸类物质经过离心分离,最后得到生物柴油。本发明可降低大气环境污染物质的排放度,并属可再生利用资源。

一种利用植物油制造生物柴油的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及内燃机所用柴油及其生产方法,特别是涉及到利用植物油制造生物柴油的生产技术。
背景技术
普通柴油是不可在生能源,随着人类社会的进步正逐渐消耗待尽,同时普通柴油的燃烧率不高,燃烧热量不足,有些燃料含水分过高,容易使发动机发生腐蚀,燃烧不完全,燃烧过后还会产生许多残渣,对环境产生污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种燃烧率高、燃烧热量充足、低含水量、燃烧残留物环保的利用植物油制造生物柴油的生产方法。
本发明将植物油,在酸性或碱性催化剂的作用下,通过与低分子酒精发生反应而形成的脂肪酸酯。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明利用冷凝器将植物油,在酸性或碱性催化剂的作用下,通过与低分子酒精发生反应而形成脂肪酸酯;
然后通过离心分离将反应产生的甘油从脂肪酸酯中分离出来;
最后加入乙醇酸钠进行过滤将反应附加产生的碱等残余物从脂肪酸酯中分离出来;
具体实施方式
实施例1。按照下列步骤制作本发明的生物柴油:
a、在冷凝器中加入植物油30升,再加入乙醇50升,然后加入10升的溶剂油,再加入10升的氢氧化钠;
b、将冷凝器中的混合物加热至60℃,恒温反应三个小时;
c、在蒸馏后得到的混合物中加入3升的乙醇酸钠;
d、将c中的混合物进行离心分离,得到成品。

Claims (8)

1、一种利用植物油制造生物柴油方法,其特征在于:该生物柴油原料组成的体积百分比如下:
植物油    30%    乙醇        50%
溶剂油    10%    氢氧化钠    10%
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种利用植物油制造生物柴油方法,其特征在于:乙醇可以用甲醇代替。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种利用植物油制造生物柴油方法,其特征在于:氢氧化钠可以用氢氧化钾代替。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种利用植物油制造生物柴油方法,其特征在于:氢氧化钠可以用碳酸钠代替。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种利用植物油制造生物柴油方法,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作:
a、在冷凝器中加入植物油、乙醇、溶剂油、氢氧化钠;
b、将冷凝器中的混合物加热至60℃,恒温反应;
c、在蒸馏后得到的混合物中加入乙醇酸钠;
d、将c中的混合物进行离心分离,得到成品。
6、根据权利要求2所述的一种含乙醇的替代燃料,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作:
e、在冷凝器中加入植物油、甲醇、溶剂油、氢氧化钠;
f、将冷凝器中的混合物加热至60℃,恒温反应;
g、在蒸馏后得到的混合物中加入乙醇酸钠;
h、将c中的混合物进行离心分离,得到成品。
7、根据权利要求3所述的一种含乙醇的替代燃料,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作:
i、在冷凝器中加入植物油、乙醇、溶剂油、氢氧化钾;
j、将冷凝器中的混合物加热至60℃,恒温反应;
k、在蒸馏后得到的混合物中加入乙醇酸钠;
l、将c中的混合物进行离心分离,得到成品。
8、根据权利要求4所述的一种含乙醇的替代燃料,其特征在于:按下述步骤制作:
m、在冷凝器中加入植物油、乙醇、溶剂油、碳酸钠;
n、将冷凝器中的混合物加热至60℃,恒温反应;
o、在蒸馏后得到的混合物中加入乙醇酸钠;
p、将c中的混合物进行离心分离,得到成品。
