祖国的医药宝库中,有许多提高机体免疫力的中草药。本发明的目的是经过以下方案实现的:老年人免疫力低下,主要是各气血阴阳虚损所致,根据中医药理论,需调节气血阴阳和扶正固本,以达到增强免疫力和预防疾病的目的。本发明经过精选处方、科学配制而成。并组织临床食疗观察,效果显著。
本发明携带、饮用方便,成本低,防病健身,对人体无毒副作用,适合中老年人饮用。
本发明的药物选用人参、天冬、当归、茯苓、薏苡仁、枸杞、白花丹参、决明子。本处方在中医药理论的指导下配制而成,可使这些药物的功效产生协同作用,从而实现防病健身和增强机体免疫力的作用。以上药物的功效主要为:
人参是传统补益中药,具有补气生血、扶正祛邪等功效。人参皂苷是人参主要的有效成分之一,现代药理学研究表明,人参皂苷具有调节机体免疫功能的作用。而且还有抗衰老、抗心律失常、抑制细胞凋亡、降糖降脂、改善学习记忆、增强性功能和免疫功能及解酒等多方面的药理作用。
天冬自古以来被视为养阴益肺、清火生津、延年益寿之品。始载于《神农本草经》,列为上品,本经所载天冬具有强骨髓、杀三虫、去伏尸的功效,久服轻身益气、延年。天冬具有养阴润燥,清火,生津的功效。本品所含化学成分种类较多,文献报道天冬中的皂苷、多糖类成分具有提高机体免疫力、抗肿瘤、延缓衰老、清除超氧自由基等药理活性。
当归为伞形花科植物当归的根,味甘、辛,性温,入肾肝脾经。具补血活血、调经止痛润、燥润肠之功效。当归最早载于汉代的《神农本草经》,列为中品。南北朝时,医药学家将当归作为补益药看待。在以后的许多中医药学专著中都谈到当归的补益作用,尤其是补血活血作用。现代研究表明,当归主要含有挥发油和水溶性成份两大类。当归对人体有抗贫血、抗衰老、解痉、增强免疫功能,还具有扩张冠状动脉、增加血流、营养心肌、扩张周围血管、降低动脉血压等作用。有研究还表明,当归水溶液有极强的抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用,从而可延迟衰老体征出现,给人以青春常驻之感。
茯苓为多孔菌科卧孔菌属植物茯苓的菌核。味甘淡、性平,有健脾补中,养心安神,利水渗湿之功效。主要成分为茯苓多糖,现代研究表明,茯苓多糖能显著提高实验动物腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力,能激活T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,并具有一定的增强免疫功能的作用。

本发明的药物配比为人参9份、天冬15份、当归15份、茯苓10份、薏苡仁15份、枸杞10份、白花丹参10份、决明子15份。制备方法为:首先将决明子炒至微黄并发出香味,然后将以上药材单一粉碎成细粉,粒度控制在60目,将单一粉碎的药材按比例混合,然后将混合的粉末灭菌,分装成每袋4g的袋泡茶。
饮用方法:每次1袋,置杯中,沸水冲泡,即可饮用。
Claims (2)
1.本发明专利是一种提高免疫力的袋泡茶,其特征为处方及配比是:人参9份、天冬15份、当归15份、茯苓10份、薏苡仁15份、枸杞10份、白花丹参10份、决明子15份。其中决明子炒至微黄并发出香味,然后将以上中药逐一粉碎成细粉,并按以上比例混合,经过灭菌处理制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高免疫力的袋泡茶的制备方法,其特征为决明子炒至微黄并发出香味,然后将以上中药逐一粉碎成60目的细粉,经过灭菌处理制成每袋装4g的袋泡茶。
