Abstract

Description
技术领域
这项发明涉及选择器阀门组件。更具体地说,涉及能连同分发喷射器调节至少四种不同液体材料的流量的选择器阀门组件。
背景技术
选择器阀门连同用来把化学浓缩物混合成液流的喷射器一起使用提供稀释溶液是众所周知的。举例来说,见美国专利第5,377,718、5,653,261和2,881,802号以及美国专利公开第2005/150572 A1、2003/056841 A1和2004/163720 A1号。
虽然这些选择器阀门能控制和选择将被引进喷射器的四种不同的化学浓缩物,但是当从一种化学浓缩物改为选择另一种化学浓缩物的时候存在残存遗留物的问题。这在718号和261号专利中是由使用导槽盘11引起的。
目前所有利用两个分开的喷射器提供高、低流速的选择器阀门系统都为每个喷射器使用两个分开的选择器阀门。这不仅增加该系统的成本和复杂性,而且使该系统变成终端用户更容易误操作的。它们可能有指向一个喷射器的一种产品的选择器阀门而且偶而填充来自第二喷射器的不同的产品。这些类型的系统还需要给分发器贴用于产品确认的标签,这也可能引起误用。
需要一种能连同喷射器混合系统一起使用的选择器阀门,当选择器阀门从一个位置移到另一个位置的时候被用能减少产品遗留物的影响。也需要一种能降低成本和减少误操作的选择器阀门。
所以,本发明的目的是:
a.)提供一种改良的选择器阀门。
b.)提供一种供液体混合和分发装置使用的改良的选择器阀门。
c.)提供一种供喷射器使用的上述类型的选择器阀门。
d.)提供一种能适应两个不同的喷射器的上述类型的单一选择器阀门。
e.)提供一种减少产品遗留物影响的上述类型的选择器阀门。
f.)提供一种使用的零部件数目最少而且减少不适当分发的影响的上述类型的选择器阀门。
g.)提供一种组合的选择器阀门和喷射器组件。
本发明的这些和另一些目的和利益从下面的描述将变得明显。在下面的详细描述中,本发明的优选实施方案将参照本发明的完整范围进行描述。然而,本发明可能用在其它的实施方案中。
发明内容
借助这项发明的能控制至少两条液体流动路径的流量的选择器阀门组件实现了上述的目的并且克服了现有技术的缺点。该选择器阀门组件有一有端壁的隔间的主体构件。在该隔间的端壁中有出口通道,而且至少两条通道与该隔间连通。旋转构件被密封地放置在该隔间中,该旋转构件有侧壁和端壁。第一通道从其端壁伸进该旋转构件一段距离。第二通道穿过其侧壁并且与第一通道连通。旋转构件的旋转将有选择地使第二通道定向于那至少两条通道中的每条通道,以使那至少两条通道中的液体先传送到第一和第二通道传,然后传送到出口通道。
在优选的实施方案中,该选择器阀门组件包括与主体构件连接并且与旋转构件中的第二通道连通的四个通道口。

具体实施方法
参照图1,选择器阀门组件10是连同两个喷射器12和13一起展示的。优选的喷射器是在通过引证将其教导在此并入的共同拥有的于2005年8月2日申请的美国专利申请第11/195,052号中描述的。该选择器阀门组件10包括阀门构件11,阀杆14藏在管状主体构件15中,该主体构件以流体密封的方式于四个流体摄取口17连接,每个摄取口有一接头19。

操作

11.根据权利要求10的组合式选择器和止回阀门组件,其中第一喷射器有一种流速,而第二喷射器有较快的流速。
12.根据权利要求10的组合式选择器和止回阀门组件,其中所述第一喷射器和第二喷射器都借助止回阀与组合式选择器和止回阀组件连接。
