本発明は選択弁組立体に関する。特に本発明は、少なくとも4つの異なる流動物質の流れを調節できる、調合エダクターと併用するための選択弁組立体に関する。
したがって本発明の目的は、
a.) 改良型選択弁の提供
b.) 液体混合/調合装置と共用するための改良型選択弁の提供
c.) エダクターと共用するための上記型選択弁の提供
d.) 2つの別個のエダクターに適合する上記型単一選択弁の提供
e.) 生成物キャリーオーバーの発生を低減する上述型選択弁の提供
f.) 最少数の部品を用いかつ誤調合の発生を低減する上述型選択弁の提供
g.) 選択弁とエダクターとを結合した組立体の提供
にある。
1態様では、選択弁組立体は、本体部材に連結されかつ本体部材の4つの通路と連通するスイベルポートを含む。
別の好ましい実施形態では、回転部材に割出し部材が結合される。
他の態様では、選択弁組立体は割出し部材に圧迫接触するばね部材と、本体部材及びばね部材とに結合されたばね抑え部材とを含む。
さらに別の好ましい実施形態では、本体部材の出口通路に2つのエダクターが連結される。
また別の好ましい実施形態では、2つのエダクターは逆止め弁を介して本体部材の出口通路に連結される。
選択弁組立体10のよりよい理解はその操作を記述することで得られる。図1及び5について説明すれば、化学濃縮物の適当な供給源は、たわみ管(図示せず)などで取入れポート17とニップル19とに連結される。理解しないといけないのは、エダクター12はエダクター13よりも速い流動度を持つことである。エダクター12とホース72はバケツを満たすために用い、エダクター13とホース74はビンを満たすために用いる。ビンを充填するのが所望であれば、エダクター13の入口80に加圧した水を導入する。これは通路77によるサイフォン効果をチェックボール22に引き起こし、これを弁座76から離れさせて通路78、続いて通路66、68との流体連通を生じさせる。これにより取入れポート17にサイフォン効果が生じ、化学濃縮物は通路18、通路68、66、通路78、区画79、取入れ部82を経て通路77へと、この順番で引き寄せられる。これは最終的には周知の方法でエダクター13の水の流れに案内される。
一方で、ポリプロピレン共重合体などその他の成型可能なプラスチック材も使用可能だろう。

Claims (16)
- 少なくとも4つの流路の流体の流れを制御できる選択弁組立体において、
終端壁を具えた区画を持つ本体部材と、
前記区画の前記終端壁にある出口通路と、
前記区画と連通する少なくとも2つの通路と、
前記区画に封止可能に配置され、側壁と終端壁とを具えた回転部材と、
前記回転部材の中へその終端壁から一定の距離だけ伸びる第1の通路と、
前記側壁を貫通し前記第1の通路と連通する第2の通路と、を具備し、
前記回転部材の回転が、選択的に前記第2の通路を前記少なくとも2つの通路の各々へ向けさせ、前記4つの通路の液体を前記第1と第2の通路へ、続いて前記出口通路へ通す、ことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。 - 請求項1に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記本体部材に結合されかつ前記区画の前記終端壁にある前記出口通路と連通する2つのポートを含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項2に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記2つのポートと作動的に関連する逆止め弁部材を含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項3に記載の選択弁組立体において、前記逆止め弁部材は、最少量の化学濃縮物を留めるように構築かつ配置された区画に収容されることを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の選択弁組立体において、前記区画と連通する通路は4つあることを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項4に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記本体部材に結合されかつ前記4つの通路と連通する少なくとも1つのスイベルポートを含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項4に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記4つの通路の各々に結合されたスイベルポート部材を含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記回転部材に結合する割出し部材を含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項6に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記割出し部材に圧迫接触するばね部材と、前記本体部材及び前記ばね部材とに結合されるばね抑え部材とを含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項7に記載の選択弁組立体において、さらに、前記スイベルポート部材の各々と作動的に関連する色表示物手段を含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 請求項1に記載の選択弁組立体において、前記第1と第2の通路は、最大量の濃縮物を最少量の生成物キャリーオーバーで供給するように構築かつ配置されることを特徴とする選択弁組立体。
- 少なくとも4つの流路の流体の流れを制御できる選択弁組立体と、少なくとも1つのエダクターとを組み合せた結合体において、
終端壁を具えた区画を持つ本体部材と、
前記区画の前記終端壁にある出口通路と、
前記区画と連通する少なくとも4つの通路と、
前記区画に封止可能に配置され、側壁と終端壁とを具えた回転部材と、
前記回転部材の中へその終端壁から一定の距離だけ伸びる第1の通路と、
前記回転部材の前記側壁を貫通し前記第1の通路と連通する第2の通路と、
前記出口通路に連結されたエダクターと、を具備し、
前記回転部材の回転が、前記第2の通路を選択的に前記4つの通路の各々へ向けさせ、前記4つの通路の液体を前記第1の通路へ、続いて前記出口通路と前記エダクターとへ通させる、ことを特徴とする選択弁組立体とエダクターとの結合体。 - 請求項12に記載の選択弁組立体とエダクターとの結合体において、さらに、前記出口通路に連結された追加のエダクターを含むことを特徴とする選択弁組立体とエダクターとの結合体。
- 請求項13に記載の弁組立体とエダクターとの結合体において、一方のエダクターはある流動度を持ち、他方はそれより速い流動度を持つことを特徴とする弁組立体とエダクターとの結合体。
- 請求項13に記載の選択弁とエダクターとの結合体において、前記エダクターは逆止め弁を介して前記選択弁組立体に連結されることを特徴とする選択弁とエダクターとの結合体。
- 請求項13に記載の選択弁とエダクターとの結合体において、さらに、前記逆止め弁はボール型逆止め弁であることを特徴とする選択弁とエダクターとの結合体。
