図3及び4に、浸漬管19と空気や排気の通路25とへの接続をもたらすニップル6が見える。これらのものの目的は後述する。さらに、液体不透過性で気体透過性の排気部材7も見える。これはW.L.Gore & Associates GmbHから入手できる。この目的は、過酸化水素含有の消毒洗浄剤を容器に充填した際に容器16から気体を逃がすためである。酸素ガスは、発生して容器16が望ましくなく膨張する問題の原因となりがちである。塩素漂白剤を用いる場合は、発生するガスは塩素である。微孔質部材9を具える排気部材7はカラー5により本体部材12にプレス嵌めされる。排気通路7aは、図3に示した本体部材12の外側へ出る。
分注器はその操作を述べればよりよく理解される。図6を参照すれば、分注器は閉位置で示されている。ホースなどの加圧された水の源はホース取付部18に接続される。本例では、弁頭部58のシール66はカラー62に当接し、シール64は弁座部分65に当接している。したがって、水はこれら2つの構成要素の間を通って孔13へと進めない。この封止効果は弁頭部58、62に当る、ホース取付部18を通る水の流れにより助けられる。ばね54と水の力はまた、エダクタ部分24の頭部31を本体の接触表面79から遠ざける。

Claims (14)
- 異なる量の化学濃縮物を濃縮物の容器から流体のながれに分注する分注器において、
貫通孔を有した本体部材であって、加圧流体源に接続するようにされた一方の端部の入口端部と、他端部の出口とを具える本体部材と、
貫通孔及び該容器に連通した生成物の通路及び排気通路と、
貫通孔に取り付けられたエダクタと、
本体部材に接続されたキャップ部材と、
キャップ部材及び該容器に、排気通路とは独立に接続された排気部材と、を備えることを特徴とする分注器。 - 請求項1に記載の分注器において、排気部材は気体を通し液体を通さないことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、排気通路は、生成物通路の閉塞時に閉位置となるように構成されかつ装置されることを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、エダクタは摺動も回転もできることを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、エダクタを摺動させて排気通路を開放するように構成されかつ装置されたトリガ部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項5に記載の分注器において、生成物通路と排気通路の両方を封止するように構成されかつ装置されたシールをさらに含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、エダクタは第1と第2の部分から構成され、そのうちの1つだけが回転することを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項7に記載の分注器において、エダクタの第1の部分は回転しかつ本体部材から突き出ていることを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、本体部材とエダクタとに接続されてエダクタの摺動を引き起こすトリガ部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項9に記載の分注器において、トリガ部材は掛止部材を含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1に記載の分注器において、貫通孔に配置されて貫通孔とエダクタとを通る流れまたは水を調整する弁部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項5に記載の分注器において、トリガ部材はほとんど平坦な親指係合部分を含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項12に記載の分注器において、入口は指係合部分の一部の上方に延びるホース係合部材を含むことを特徴とする分注器。
- 請求項1の分注器を用いた容器から気体を逃がす方法。
