技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有插头头部的推拉式同轴插塞连接器,在所述插头头部上安置有一轴向可移动的滑套,该滑套这样套在一径向弹性的且不可移动地安置在所述插头上的弹性夹头上,使得该滑套在插塞连接器的联接状态下径向地压缩该插塞连接器的弹性夹头。
背景技术
由DE-C-3200265已知一种上述类型的插塞连接器。为了进行联接,将滑套朝与插头互补的联接件的方向向前推,使得弹性夹头的插塞侧的加厚端部嵌入到滑套的环形槽中。在联接后,弹性夹头自动返回到其与闭锁位置相对应的初始位置处。为了脱开联接,该弹性夹头仍被进一步拉回,因此弹性夹头端部能弹性向外卡紧(auffedern)在滑套的另一环形槽中。为了使滑套从拉出位置和拉回位置都自动回到其中间的初始位置处,滑套以V形槽径向压紧在插头头部的外壳面上。这种插塞连接器制造成本高,操作复杂。
由DE-C-4439852已知另一种推拉式同轴插塞连接器。为了与系统相同的联接件相连接,滑套沿着联接件的方向移动。在这里,该滑套首先朝联接件的方向逆着螺栓弹簧的力轴向地带动弹性夹头。然后,该弹性夹头被滑套径向地压缩。在该弹性夹头里装有一橡胶弹性的环,该环在联接状态下被压紧地保持在联接件的外螺纹上。弹性回复力必须这样协调,使得在插塞过程中首先螺栓弹簧被轴向压缩,然后弹性夹头被径向压缩。被压缩的联接机构是不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,创造一种开头所述类型的但结构较简单的插塞连接器。
按照本发明,所述目的由一种具有以下技术特征的插塞连接器实现,即:所述高频插塞连接器包括一插头头部,在该插头头部上安置一可转动的且可轴向移动的滑套,该滑套这样地套在一径向有弹性的且不可移动地安置在所述插头头部上的弹性夹头上,使得所述滑套在联接状态下径向压缩该弹性夹头,所述弹性夹头在插塞侧具有一内螺纹,该内螺纹具有与联接件的外螺纹不同的螺距,所述弹性夹头可转动地安置在所述插头头部上,以及所述插头头部设计成用于容纳同轴电缆的匹配设置的端部,使得电缆内导体也形成插头内导体而电缆绝缘体也形成插头绝缘体。
因为插塞连接器的联接机构仅由两部分构成,所以该插塞连接器可成本低廉地制造。此外,这种插塞连接器构造得明显比开头所述的插塞连接器短。该联接器与上述第二个插塞连接器相比被可靠地接触,因为弹性夹头(Spannzange)直接地包围该联接器的螺纹,而无需弹性的中间环。
该插塞连接器与高频-联接器在轴向方向上无间隙地相连接,因为弹性夹头具有内螺纹,该内螺纹具有与联接器的外螺纹不同的螺距。
因为滑套和弹性夹头可转动地安置在插头头部上,所以可靠地阻止了所建立的插塞连接由于电缆的转动而引起的松动。
该插塞连接器的插头头部(Steckerkopf)通过简单的推入和例如将电缆外导体与插头头部的焊接设置用来容纳同轴电缆的匹配设置的端部,因此电缆内导体和电缆绝缘体同时形成插头内导体和插头绝缘体。
优选地,滑套在其电缆侧的端部具有位于内侧的、特别是环形的凸肩,该凸肩在插塞连接器处于联接位置时嵌入到插头头部的外壳面的特别是环形的凹部中,以实现卡锁。
优选地,滑套在其内侧的凸肩区域内在电缆侧轴向地开槽,由此径向具有弹性。
由塑料制成的滑套具有比金属套显著更低的制造成本。

具体实施方式
图1示出一插头1和一联接件2。该插头包括插头头部3、由金属制成的弹性夹头4和由塑料制成的滑套5。相应设置的常见的同轴电缆20的内导体和绝缘体起插头内导体6和插头绝缘体7的作用,该同轴电缆的外导体仅示意示出并以任意已知的方式与插头头部3接触以及机械地连接。滑套5推回至电缆侧的止挡部8上。从而弹性的弹性夹头4被松开,使得联接件2可推套到插头1上,如图1a所示。
在图1a中,插头头部3的插塞侧的端部接合在联接件2的凹部9中。通过插头头部3的开槽的插塞侧的倒圆(verrunden)的加厚部3.1实现了外导体与联接件2的可靠的接触。
如果滑套5移动至在图1b所示的闭锁位置,则由此弹性夹头4被径向压缩并以内螺纹部分4.1贴靠在联接件2的外螺纹2.1上。因为螺纹4.1和2.1具有不同的螺距,与螺纹导程部彼此间的位置无关地确保紧固。在滑套5的联接位置处,环形的位于内侧的凸肩5.1在滑套5的电缆侧端部处嵌入到插头头部3的互补的环形槽3.2中。凸肩5.1可感觉到地卡锁到环形槽3.2中,这表示插塞连接的闭锁。此外,因而阻止了插塞连接的偶然松脱。滑套5在电缆侧被轴向开槽,从而该滑套的电缆侧端部被分成径向可弹性向外张紧的、薄片状的部段(Segmente)5.2(参见图1)。
图2示出,弹性夹头4和滑套5通过轴向的推套可安装到插头头部3上。为此,弹性夹头4在位置4.2处被贯穿地开槽,因此该弹性夹头4能被推过插头头部的小的凸缘3.3上。此外弹性夹头还具有外凸缘4.3,则该外凸缘在与滑套5的内凸缘5.3相连接时起防止松脱的作用。就这一点来说,所示的插塞连接器10与在图1、1a和1b中所示的插塞连接器1一致。不同之处仅在于,如本身已知的插塞连接器10具有自身的插塞连接器内导体10.1和自身的插头绝缘体10.2。电缆内导体20.1通过插头/插座连接与该插塞连接器内导体相接触。

Claims (4)

1.一种高频插塞连接器,包括一插头头部(3),在该插头头部上安置一可转动的且可轴向移动的滑套(5),该滑套这样地套在一径向有弹性的且不可移动地安置在所述插头头部上的弹性夹头(4)上,使得所述滑套(5)在联接状态下径向压缩该弹性夹头(4),其特征在于,所述弹性夹头(4)在插塞侧具有一内螺纹(4.1),该内螺纹具有与联接件(2)的外螺纹(2.1)不同的螺距,所述弹性夹头(4)可转动地安置在所述插头头部(3)上,以及所述插头头部(3)设计成用于容纳同轴电缆的匹配设置的端部,使得电缆内导体也形成插头内导体而电缆绝缘体也形成插头绝缘体。
2.按照权利要求1所述的高频插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)具有位于内侧的凸肩(5.1),该凸肩在联接位置处嵌入到所述插头头部(3)的外壳面上的凹部中。
3.按照权利要求2所述的高频插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)在所述凸肩(5.1)的区域内轴向地开槽。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的高频插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述滑套(5)由塑料制成。
