Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在固定的框架和通过铰链机构可摆动地支撑在所述框架上的扇页之间引导线缆的装置,其中所述铰链机构包括铰链U形夹,该铰链U形夹绕位于所述框架内部的框架铰链轴和绕位于所述扇页内部的平行于所述框架铰链轴的扇页铰链轴可摆动地支撑。
背景技术
这种铰链机构由DE 101 05 264 C1已知。由于铰链U形夹一方面支撑在框架中且另一方面支撑在扇页中,所以该铰链机构可以实现扇页打开至少几乎180°,其中对借助复位弹簧沿着与打开相反的旋转方向围绕扇页铰链轴的摆动施加弹簧力,从而在扇页进一步打开导致扇页在克服由弹簧引起的回弹力的情况下围绕扇页铰链轴摆动之前,在打开扇页时首先只进行围绕框架摆动轴的摆动,直至托架达到最大的摆角。
该铰链机构特别适用于空心型材,因为可以以简单的方式给这些空心型材加工出必要的凹口,由此可以将铰链机构完全设置在内部,从而在扇页封闭的状态下从外面看不到铰链机构。在扇页封闭状态下的不可见性不仅改善了由框架/扇页装置所呈现的视觉外观,而且完全防止了在扇页关闭的状态下从外面够到铰链机构。因此利用如此固定在框架上的扇页所实现的防盗性特别高。
因此由DE 101 05 264 C1已知的铰链机构特别适于笨重的室外扇页,例如室外门(Tür)或室外大门(Tor),其中在扇页内部设有诸如电、液压或气压起作用的关闭装置、报警装置、照明装置等的装置。为了能够为这些装置供应工作所需要的能量,需要对能量供应所必需的线缆进行引导,从而既不会妨碍扇页的摆动,又不会产生在扇页摆动时线缆受到过大的应力或者因折断或夹住而损伤的危险。
公知的是,为此使本身柔性的线缆穿过从框架延伸至扇页的柔性的软管,其中软管例如设计为波纹管,且设计成可靠地防止折断或夹住。尽管这种用于引导线缆的措施已多次表明有所成效,但不利的是,该措施难以适于或不适于扇页的进一步摆动,因为无论软管的柔性还是线缆的柔性都不足以经过(überdecken)由扇页围绕铰链轴的摆动所引起的距离。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于在固定的框架和通过前述铰链机构可摆动地支撑在所述框架上的扇页之间引导线缆的装置,其中即使在扇页的开角为180°的情况下也不会产生线缆在扇页和框架之间折断或夹住的危险。
所述目的通过权利要求1中所述的装置得以实现。
根据本发明,设有在框架和扇页之间延伸的空心件,该空心件围绕框架铰链轴和扇页铰链轴可摆动地支撑。因此不必再基于装置的弹性变形,而是通过使得空心件以与铰链U形夹类似或相同的方式围绕扇页铰链轴和框架铰链轴相对于框架和扇页旋转的措施,来经过因扇页的摆动由引导线缆的装置待经过的距离。线缆、实际上特别是电缆穿过该空心件。这些线缆在扇页的打开和关闭期间在框架和扇页之间的区域中不变形或者很少变形,因为它们随着基本上保持不变形的空心件绕框架铰链轴和扇页铰链轴摆动。因为线缆安装在空心件中,所以还防止这些线缆在扇页和框架之间被夹住。
为了使得空心件在扇页的打开和关闭时尽可能少地变形并且因此不会妨碍扇页的打开和关闭,特别有利的是,沿着铰链轴的方向观察,空心件近似地呈铰链U形夹的形状。基于这种措施可以确保空心件产生与铰链U形夹相同的角度关系,从而在扇页的打开和关闭时空心件至少基本上跟随铰链U形夹的运动。这种构造还具有如下优点,即在扇页打开时可看到的空心件会呈现出与铰链机构至少类似的视觉外观,由此同样改善了在扇页打开时由框架-扇页装置所呈现的视觉外观。
如果空心件由塑料注塑件构成,空心件可特别成本低廉地制造。
当-特别优选-为了可摆动地支撑空心件,框架铰链轴和扇页铰链轴设有被在框架和扇页上设置的销座所容纳的空心销时,可以实现特别好且持久以及至少基本上不可见的线缆引导。于是线缆可以从所述销的端侧-大多数情况下从下面-穿过空心件,并从另一空心销的下端侧伸出。因此在扇页摆动时,线缆基本上承受扭应力。所述扭应力可以被电缆、液压线缆或气压线缆所使用的多种材料吸收。如果在个别情况下所产生的特殊状况并非如此,那么还存在这种可能性,即在空心销的端部上为液压的或气压的线缆设置回转接头和为电缆设置滑动接点。

具体实施方式
图1中整体标有100的装置用于在固定的框架1和通过图中未示出的铰链机构(其例如由DE 101 05 264 C1已知)可摆动地支撑在框架上的扇页2(框架1中仅示出框架型材3,扇页2中仅示出扇页型材4)之间引导线缆,该装置包括在框架1和扇页2之间延伸的空心件5。通过图中未示出的铰链机构,框架围绕框架铰链轴线R可摆动地支撑,扇页围绕扇页铰链轴线S可摆动地支撑。同样,空心件5围绕这些铰链轴线F、R可摆动地支撑,其中图中仅示出的空心销6、7用于支撑,这些空心销被安装到设置在框架型材3和扇页型材4上的销座8、9中。
空心件5用于引导线缆10,所述线缆例如可以是电缆、液压线缆或气压线缆。其中概念“线缆”也应包括线缆集合体,例如由多根单个线缆构成的电缆束带。线缆10通过框架型材3的内部穿过空心销6延伸并且空心件5的内部经过空心销7延伸到扇页型材4的内部中,如图2至4所示。
如特别是由图2至4的系列图可见,在所示的扇页2的关闭过程中,线缆10在空心件的区域中并未变形,由此不会妨碍扇页的摆动过程,且避免了线缆在框架和扇页之间被夹住或挤断的危险。线缆10仅在空心销6、7的内部承受扭应力。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于在固定的框架(1)和通过铰链机构可摆动地支撑在所述框架(1)上的扇页(2)之间引导线缆的装置,其中所述铰链机构包括铰链U形夹,该铰链U形夹绕位于所述框架内部的框架铰链轴线(R)和绕位于所述扇页(2)内部的平行于所述框架铰链轴线(R)的扇页铰链轴线(F)可摆动地支撑,其特征在于,所述装置(100)包括在所述框架和所述扇页之间延伸的空心件(5),该空心件绕所述框架铰链轴线和所述扇页铰链轴线(R,F)可摆动地支撑,其中为了绕所述框架铰链轴线和扇页铰链轴线(R,F)可摆动地支撑所述空心件,设有各空心销(6,7),所述空心销被在所述框架(1)和所述扇页(2)上设置的销座(8,9)容纳。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,沿着所述铰链轴线(F,R)的方向观察,所述空心件(5)大致呈铰链U形夹的形状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述空心件(5)由塑料注塑件构成。
