Abstract
本发明涉及连续混炼挤压造粒机组的双转子。连续混炼挤压机转子,每根转子设有加料段和混炼段,混炼段由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成。整体式结构转子,大大提高了转子的刚性;同时也省略了芯轴的加工。加料段采用啮合或半啮合的多头螺纹,对物料进行强制输送;混炼段由正向与反向两段多棱螺旋组成,正向段把物料向前推,而反向段则使物料向回运动,使物料在多个相对独立的混炼空间内不断地被挤压、剪切、分散、混合、推进。具有极强的混炼与塑化作用,长径比通常小于12。本发明可以广泛应用于热塑性、或高粘度、或膏状物料连续混炼挤压造粒系统。
Description
一.技术领域
本发明涉及连续混炼挤压造粒机组,特别是造粒机组的双转子。
二.背景技术
混炼挤压造粒机组是石化行业乙烯工程最重要的装备之一。螺杆(在连续混炼挤压机机组中称为转子)是混炼挤压造粒机组的不可缺少的最核心部件。其作用是将加入的物料进行输送、压缩、混炼塑化、计量建压挤出等;为下一道工序提供混炼塑化良好、温度均匀一致、压力稳定、挤出量稳定的熔体;是完成对聚合物进行混炼、塑化等的功能部件,是评价机组性能的关键。
在混炼挤压造粒机组中,传统的螺杆为同向或异向旋转的,具有不同螺纹元件的积木组合式,即整根螺杆由螺杆芯轴与螺纹元件组成(如附图1所示)。这种组合形式具有优越的工艺性能:可根据不同加工物料的工艺,更换螺旋元件,改变螺杆组合形式,以达到预想的工艺效果;另外更换备件也比较方便,便于拆卸和维修,便于解体清洗。但是通常为了达到需要的塑化程度,螺杆的长径比比较大(一般为15-56);这样芯轴的材料选择与加工就增大了困难;螺杆组合时的装配难度也随之加大。
三.发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种连续混炼挤压机转子,既具有传统螺杆挤出机的强制输送塑化能力,又兼备了橡胶塑料密炼机极强的混炼能力。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:连续混炼挤压机转子,每根转子设有加料段和混炼段,混炼段由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成。
所述加料段采用啮合或半啮合的多头螺纹。
所述每根转子设有一个加料段。
所述转子上设有一个以上混炼段,各混炼段均为由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成螺纹,或者由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成螺纹混炼段与单向螺旋混炼段组合。
所述转子上设有一个加料段,加料段为啮合多头螺纹,或者为半啮合的多头螺纹,或者半啮合多头螺纹和啮合多头螺纹组合。
本发明与现有同类产品相比,具有显著的特点,每根转子上设有加料段和混炼段,形成整体式结构转子,大大提高了转子的刚性;同时也省略了芯轴的加工。加料段采用啮合或半啮合的多头螺纹,对物料进行强制输送;混炼段由正向与反向两段多棱螺旋组成,正向段把物料向前推,而反向段则使物料向回运动,这样物料在正向力和反向力的共同作用下,产生纵向、横向的拉伸和剪切,使物料在多个相对独立的混炼空间内不断地被挤压、剪切、分散、混合、推进。尤其对于那些难分散、混合、塑化的物料,采用本发明转子更能体现出它的超强混炼特性。由于其具有极强的混炼与塑化作用,因而长径比通常小于12。本发明可以广泛应用于热塑性、或高粘度、或膏状物料连续混炼挤压造粒系统。

五、具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本发明不限于具体实施例。
如图2所示的连续混炼挤压机转子,每根转子芯轴6设有一个加料段5和多个混炼段的整体式结构,长径比为10,如图2和3所示混炼段由正向与反向两段多棱螺旋组成,这种特殊的多棱转子结构正向段把物料向前推,而反向段则使物料向回运动,混炼效果极强;加料段5为啮合多头螺纹,或半啮合的多头螺纹,对物料进行强制输送。
每根转子上的混炼段可以采用相同或不同结构,如混炼段一4采用由正向与反向两段多棱螺旋组成,混炼段二2可以采用单向螺旋。
工作时,物料首先经由多头螺纹的加料段强制输送到混炼段一,进行在正向力和反向力作用下混炼后,经由半啮合或非啮合多头螺纹输送段3输送到混炼段二,混炼后的物料进入排料段1。
Claims (5)
1、连续混炼挤压机转子,转子为双转子,其特征是:每根转子设有加料段(5)和混炼段,混炼段由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成的螺纹。
2、根据权利要求1所述的连续混炼挤压机转子,其特征是:加料段(5)为啮合或半啮合的多头螺纹。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的连续混炼挤压机转子,其特征是:每根转子设有一个加料段(5)。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的连续混炼挤压机转子,其特征是:转子上设有一个以上混炼段,各混炼段均为由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成螺纹,或者由正向与反向多棱螺旋组成螺纹混炼段与单向螺旋混炼段组合。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的连续混炼挤压机转子,其特征是:转子上设有一个加料段,加料段为啮合多头螺纹,或者为半啮合的多头螺纹,或者半啮合多头螺纹和啮合多头螺纹组合。
