本申请要求2007年4月12日在韩国知识产权局申请的韩国专利申请No.10-2007-0035839的优先权,该申请的内容通过参考结合于此。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于防锁死制动系统的阀。更具体地,本发明涉及一种用于防锁死制动系统的阀,其中对阀壳体的结构进行了修改,从而降低制造成本。
背景技术
通常,用于车辆的液压制动器通过相应于制动踏板的操作施加至主缸的油压来完成制动操作。在这种情况下,如果施加至轮胎的制动力大于路面和轮胎之间的静摩擦力,轮胎将在路面上打滑。
然而,由于动摩擦系数小于静摩擦系数,就必须防止打滑现象以实现最佳的制动性能。另外,必须防止其中在制动操作时手柄不受控的手柄锁紧现象。
已经建议了防锁死制动系统(ABS)以通过控制施加至主缸的液压来来防止上述手柄锁紧现象。ABS基本上包括多个电磁阀、用于控制电磁阀的ECU、蓄压器以及液压泵。
参照图1,传统的电磁阀安装在调节器模块1上以增大集成度,并且阀孔2形成于调节器模块1中以在其中安装阀。
形成有和调节器1中的内流路相通的入口3a和出口3b的空心阀壳体3安装在阀孔2中。
圆柱形套筒5与阀壳体3的一端相结合以使得安装在圆柱形套筒5中的电枢4可前后移动。阀芯6结合至套筒5的开口端以堵塞套筒5的开口端并且允许电枢4前后移动。
另外,电枢4向着阀座7(其安装在空心部分中)延伸,以通过往复运动打开/关闭阀座7的孔7a。另外,弹性元件8安装在电枢4和阀芯6之间以便给电枢4提供弹力。
这种传统的电磁阀具有其中阀壳体3提供有分别形成入口和出口的入口3a和出口3b,并且阀座7压配合于阀壳体3中的构造。
然而,根据上面的构造,由于阀座7安装在阀壳体3中,阀的尺寸就变大。另外,由于入口3a和出口3b必须形成于径向和长度方向上,所以需要复杂的切割工艺来制造阀壳体3。
调节器模块1的这种尺寸增大以及复杂的切割工艺导致了用于防锁死制动系统的制造成本的增大。
发明内容
于是,本发明的一个方面是提供一种用于防锁死制动系统的电磁阀,其能获得紧凑的结构以及简化切割过程,从而降低制造成本。
本发明的其它方面和/或优点将在后面的描述中部分地阐明,并且部分地将从描述中变得明显或者可以通过本发明的实践来了解。
本发明的前述和/或其它方面通过提供一种用于防锁死制动系统的电磁阀来实现,该电磁阀包括:阀芯;电枢,其布置于阀芯之下并且具有安装在电枢一端的球形元件;圆柱形套筒,其结合在阀芯和电枢的外圆周处以允许电枢前后移动;第一弹性元件,其安装在阀芯和电枢之间;阀壳体,其结合在圆柱形套筒的一端处并且其中形成有沿着阀壳体纵向延伸的空心部分;座活塞,其安装在空心部分中以前后移动并且形成有由球形元件打开/关闭的第一孔;第二弹性元件,其安装于座活塞的上端以及阀壳体的下端之间;以及过滤器座,其在外圆周和下部处分别提供有入口和出口,并且压配合入阀壳体的下部外圆周部分。
根据本发明的一个方面,过滤器元件安装于入口中以过滤流体。
根据本发明的一个方面,根据座活塞的前后移动而打开/关闭的第二孔安装于过滤器座的出口中。
根据本发明的一个方面,具有根据座活塞的前后移动而打开/关闭的第二孔的座套压配合入过滤器座的出口中。
根据本发明的一个方面,具有环形形状的固定元件安装于阀壳体和过滤器座之间以支撑弹性元件的下部。

具体实施方式
现在将参照附图详细地描述本发明的实施例,实施例的例子在附图中示出,其中相同的参考数字始终涉及相同的元件。下面将参照附图描述这些实施例以解释本发明。
下面,将参照附图详细地描述本发明的优选实施例。
如图2所示,用于根据本发明的防锁死制动系统的电磁阀20提供有阀壳体22,其压配合于调节器模块21的孔21a中。
圆柱形套筒24结合至阀壳体22的一端以使得安装于圆柱形套筒24中的电枢23可前后移动。阀芯25结合至套筒的开口端以堵塞套筒24的开口端并且允许电枢23前后移动。
第一弹性元件26安装于阀芯25和电枢23之间以在向下的方向上给电枢23施加弹力,并且球形元件23a安装在电枢23的下端处。
空心部分22a沿着阀壳体22纵向地形成,以允许电枢23前后移动。具有第一孔27a的座活塞27安装在电枢23的下面,所述第一孔27a由球形元件23a根据电枢23的前后运动而打开/关闭。
座活塞27被支撑以使得座活塞27类似于电枢23那样穿过空心部分22a地前后移动。第二弹性元件28安装在阀壳体22的下端和座活塞27之间,以在向上的方向上给座活塞27施加弹力。
用于安装第二弹性元件28的凸缘部分27b从座活塞27的上端径向地延伸,以支撑第二弹性元件28的上端和封闭空心部分22a。凸缘部分22b形成于阀壳体22的空心部分22a的下端处。第二弹性元件28具有比第一弹性元件26要小的弹性系数。
另外,阀20的具有入口29a和出口29b的过滤器座29安装在阀壳体22的下部。
入口29a和出口29b分别形成于过滤器座29的径向和纵向上。过滤元件29c安装于入口29a中以过滤流体。
过滤器座29的内圆周部分压配合入阀壳体22的下部外圆周部分,同时在其间保持气密性状态。阶梯状突起29d形成于过滤器座29的上部内圆周部分以便限定压配合位置,并且通过确保阀壳体22和过滤器座29之间的宽阔接触区域来增强密封力。
形成于过滤器座29的下部处的出口29b具有形成根据座活塞27的前后运动打开/或闭合的第二孔29e的上端。
第二孔29e与第一孔27a相通,并且具有稍微大于座活塞27的下端的直径。座活塞27的下端插入第二孔29e中以堵塞入口29a和出口29b之间的流路。入口29a和出口29b在座活塞27向上移动时直接地彼此连接。
图3示出了本发明的另一个实施例。当在过滤器座29中形成第二孔时,用于形成第二孔的方式不是完全形成在过滤器座29上,而是用于形成出口29b的空心部分形成于过滤器座29中,并且然后用于形成第二孔30a的座套30压配合入空心部分中。
于是,由于安装了其形状能易于通过塑料工艺制造的座套30,与其中第二孔直接形成于过滤器座29中的情况相比,能省略切割过程,从而降低制造成本。
图4示出了本发明的又一个实施例。这个实施例与上面实施例的不同之处在于,具有环状形状的固定元件31置于阀壳体22和过滤器座29之间,以形成用于支撑第二弹性元件28的下端的凸缘结构。
固定元件31安装在形成于过滤器座29上的阶梯状突起29d上,以使得在过滤器座29压配合入阀壳体22中时能压下固定元件31。
如果采用这种固定元件31,除了用于在形成阀壳体22的过程中形成空心部分的过程之外,用于凸缘部分的切割过程能省略,因此能降低阀壳体的制造成本。
以下,将描述用于根据本发明的具有上述结构的防锁死制动系统的阀的打开/关闭操作。
在正常操作中,由于第一弹性元件26具有大于第二弹性元件28的弹性系数,电枢23朝着座活塞27移动以使得第一孔27a由球形元件23a封闭。
在阀20操作时,电枢23朝着阀芯25往回移动以使得第一孔27a打开。这时,由于高制动压力施加于入口29a,电枢23就会由于入口29a和出口29b之间的压力差在座活塞27之前往回移动,从而打开第一孔27a。
之后,如果流体穿过第一孔27a以使得入口29a和出口29b之间的压力差保持在预定水平之下,座活塞27就被第二弹性元件28向上移动以使得第二孔29e打开。于是,入口29a直接地连接至出口29b,以使得大量流体流向出口29b,从而迅速增大液压管线中的压力。
如上所述,根据本发明的用于防锁死制动系统的阀,该阀包括阀壳体、安装于阀壳体的下部处的座活塞以及过滤器座,该过滤器座结合至阀壳体和座活塞的外圆周并且形成有入口和出口。
因此,阀壳体能被设计为紧凑结构,阀壳体的部件能易于彼此装配,并且阀的形状得到简化,因此能省略用于形成复杂形状的切割过程,从而降低制造成本。
虽然已经示出并且描述了本发明的几个实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解到,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神之下,可在这些实施例中做出变化,本发明的范围在权利要求及其等同物中限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于防锁死制动系统的阀,该阀包括:
阀芯;
电枢,其布置于阀芯之下并且具有安装在电枢一端的球形元件;
圆柱形套筒,其结合在阀芯和电枢的外圆周处以允许电枢前后移动;
第一弹性元件,其安装在阀芯和电枢之间;
阀壳体,其结合在圆柱形套筒的一端处并且其中形成有沿着阀壳体纵向延伸的空心部分;
座活塞,其安装在空心部分中以前后移动并且形成有由球形元件打开/关闭的第一孔;
第二弹性元件,其安装于座活塞的上端以及阀壳体的下端之间;以及
过滤器座,其分别在外圆周和下部处提供有入口和出口,并且压配合入阀壳体的下部外圆周部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀,其中过滤器元件安装于入口中以过滤流体。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀,其中根据座活塞的前后移动而打开/关闭的第二孔安装于过滤器座的出口中。
4.如权利要求1所述的阀,其中具有根据座活塞的前后移动而打开/关闭的第二孔的座套压配合入过滤器座的出口中。
5.如权利要求1所述的阀,其中具有环形形状的固定元件安装于阀壳体和过滤器座之间以支撑弹性元件的下部。
