Abstract

Description

用于推动油膜轴承配合和脱离轧机中的辊颈的装置
技术领域
本发明总的涉及轧机油膜轴承,具体地说涉及对于设计成推动轴承配合和脱离轴颈的液压致动装置的改进。
背景技术
在传统轧机的油膜轴承中,采用环形的液压致动活塞/液压缸单元以推动轴承配合和脱离辊颈。该活塞/液压缸单元轴向地安装在辊颈的圆柱段上,并且在内端由辊颈上的台肩来限定,在外端由安置在辊颈凹槽中的开口扣环来限定。该开口扣环具有中心支架,锁定臂通过铰链销连接至该中心支架。锁定臂可绕铰链销在从辊颈凹槽中移出的打开位置和安置在凹槽中的关闭位置之间枢转地调节。
经验表明,当辊子在轧机工作过程中转动时,由于铰链销或锁定臂的围绕铰链销的区域失效,有时就会发生问题。当问题发生时,离心力引起锁定臂向外甩出,从而导致损伤轴承和中断轧制过程。
已作出努力来克服这一问题,包括:安装单独的安全罩,这些安全罩设计成万一铰链连接失效时保持锁定臂;以及在铰链销和锁定臂之间引入较大的间隙,以试图消除麻烦的相互干涉。安全罩不利地增加了轴承的复杂性和成本,而增大的间隙趋于使扣环的安装和拆卸在一定程度上变得更难。
本发明的目的是提供一种用于可靠地将锁定臂保持在其封闭位置的改进装置。
发明内容
根据本发明,环形的液压致动活塞液压缸单元安装在辊颈的圆柱段上。辊颈的圆柱段在内端由辊颈上的环形台肩来限定,在外端由辊颈中的环形凹槽来限定。扣环具有可枢转地移动入环形凹槽中的安置位置的锁定臂。活塞液压缸单元可以第一模式工作,来与锁定臂成抵靠关系而推动轴承配合辊颈,并且可以第二模式工作,来与辊颈台肩成抵靠关系而推动轴承脱离辊颈。活塞液压缸单元和锁定臂具有互补的锥形面,锥形面设置成相互协作,以响应于活塞液压缸单元与锁定臂的抵靠而将锁定臂向内推动到安置位置。

具体实施方式
首先参见图1,轧机油膜轴承组件总的用附图标记10来示出,且安装在辊颈12上。辊颈包括锥形段14,该锥形段14与圆柱段16结合,该圆柱段16则又通向缩小直径的圆柱外段18,该圆柱外段18在内端由辊颈上的环形台肩20来限定,在外端由环形凹槽22来限定。
套筒24具有锥形的内腔,该锥形内腔紧密地配合在辊颈的锥形段14上。套筒在附图标记26处用键固定到辊颈,并且可转动地轴颈支承在包含于轴承座(chock)30内的衬套28中。因为这种轴承是传统的,当轧机工作时,在轴承负载区域,高压油膜被流体动力地保持在套筒24和衬套28之间。套环32在附图标记34处用键固定到套筒24,并且由推力轴承36的内圈来抵靠。该推力轴承被止动器38所包围,而该止动器38由在附图标记42处附连至轴承座30的轴环40来保持。端板44在附图标记46处固定于轴环40,轴承的外端由盖子48来封闭。
环形活塞/液压缸单元50安装在辊颈的圆柱段18上。活塞/液压缸单元包括活塞52,该活塞52具有环形台肩54,以与周围液压缸56和液压缸端盖58协配而形成第一和第二腔室60a、60b。活塞52具有外螺纹段62,在该外螺纹段62上螺纹地拧上锁定螺母64。活塞52以及因此的整个活塞/液压缸单元50轴向地限定在辊颈圆柱段18上,且位于辊颈上的台肩20和安置在凹槽22中的扣环66之间。
当将轴承安装到辊颈上时,活塞/液压缸单元50响应于加压液压流体引入第一腔室60a而以第一模式工作,并且与扣环66成抵靠关系以向左(如图1所示)推动液压缸56。液压缸因此通过推力轴承36和套环32来将套筒24并由此将整个轴承10推到其安装在辊颈锥形段14上的安置位置。活塞/液压缸单元50响应于加压液压流体引入第二腔室60b而以第二模式工作,并且与台肩20成抵靠关系以向相反方向(如图1所示向右)推动液压缸56。液压缸上的外部环形台肩因此与端板44配合,该端板44通过轴环40发生作用以使轴承座30与衬套28和套筒24一起脱离辊颈。
如同可在图2中最佳看到的那样,扣环66包括中心支架68,该中心支架68用螺栓70附连至活塞52的外端。锁定臂72由铰链销74枢转地连接至支架68。锁定臂可在如图2中实线所示的安置在凹槽18中的关闭位置和在附图标记72’处虚线所示的打开位置之间作出调节。
此外参见图3,可以看到活塞52的外端和锁定臂72的内侧分别设有互补的锥形面76a、76b,锥形面76a、76b设置成在沿箭头78方向推动活塞时抵靠在共同的界面上,当如前所述活塞/液压缸单元在其第一工作模式中被致动时,就会发生这种推动。
锥形面76a将力“F”施加在锥形面76b上。力F可以分解成水平分量FH和垂直分量FV,垂直分量FV用来向内推动锁定臂72,并且将锁定臂保持在凹槽22中的其安置位置。
有利的是,将可弹性压缩的橡胶缓冲器80安置在锁定臂72内表面中的孔82中。当通过生成的力分量FV来向内推动锁定臂时,橡胶缓冲器的尺寸为可在凹槽22的基部和锁定臂72之间形成紧配合。
根据前述,熟悉本领域的技术人员现在将意识到,本发明提供了一种将锁定臂72向内推动到辊颈凹槽22中的牢固安置位置的简单高效的装置。因此,不再需要安装现有技术的包围安装罩。也不必考虑在铰链销和锁定臂之间形成较大的间隙。

Claims (2)

1.用于推动油膜轴承配合和脱离轧机中的辊颈的装置,所述装置包括:
环形的液压致动活塞液压缸单元,所述活塞液压缸单元安装在所述辊颈的圆柱段上,所述圆柱段在一端由所述辊颈上的环形台肩限定,在相对端由所述辊颈中的环形凹槽限定;
扣环,所述扣环具有可枢转地移动入所述凹槽中的安置位置的锁定臂,所述活塞液压缸单元响应于加压液压流体引入第一腔室而以第一模式工作,以便与所述锁定臂成抵靠关系而推动所述轴承配合所述辊颈,并且响应于加压液压流体引入第二腔室而以第二模式工作,以便与所述台肩成抵靠关系而推动所述轴承脱离所述辊颈;以及
所述活塞液压缸单元和所述锁定臂具有互补的锥形面,所述锥形面设置成相互协作,以响应于所述活塞液压缸单元与所述锁定臂的抵靠而将所述锁定臂向内推动到所述安置位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括在所述凹槽底部处的可弹性压缩的装置,所述可弹性压缩的装置响应于由所述互补锥形面的协作而引起的对所述锁定臂的向内推动起作用,从而在所述凹槽的基部和所述锁定臂之间形成紧配合。
