背景技术

两性表面活性剂包括但不局限于甜菜碱、正烷基吡咯烷酮、咪唑啉和包含一种或多种上述表面活性剂的组合。
阳离子表面活性剂包括但不局限于季铵化合物,包括烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵、烷基三甲基氯化铵或溴化铵、有机或无机酸与脂肪胺、脂肪胺乙氧基化物的盐和包含一种或多种上述阳离子表面活性剂的组合。
可使用各种类型表面活性剂的混合物,例如非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的混合物。此类专有的混合物为购自Mona Industries,Inc的MonamulseDLE。

气味中和剂包括甜菜碱化合物。甜菜碱化合物可有效除臭碱性有味气体例如氨或三甲胺(TMA)以及酸性有味气体例如硫化氢或甲硫醇(MeSH)。合适的甜菜碱化合物的实例有甘氨酸甜菜碱,例如N-(羧甲基)-N,N-双(2-羟乙基)2-羟基乙基氯化铵(N-(carboxymethyl)-2-hydroxy-N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)chloride)。包含甜菜碱的组合物例如以EpoleonN-NZ和Epoleon-100购自EpoleonCorporation。

气味中和剂还包括紫罗酮。紫罗酮可具有气味掩盖性能。合适的紫罗酮的实例有α-紫罗酮、β-紫罗酮、γ-紫罗酮和包含一种或多种上述紫罗酮的组合。
气味中和剂为所述清洁剂组合物总重量的约0.125%-约0.5%。在另一个实施方案中,气味中和剂为所述清洁剂组合物总重量的约0.25%-约0.5%。在再一个实施方案中,气味中和剂为所述清洁剂组合物总重量的约0.375%-约0.5%。
在一个示例性的实施方案中,清洁剂组合物包含香料。香料可通过叠加占优势的但更令人愉快的气味,使得恶臭变得较令人愉快。香料的一个优点在于通常其沸点比其他物质低,因此来自这些材料的香味快速扩散至空气中,并与恶臭竞争,与嗅觉感受部位结合。由于来自这些香料的香味更易挥发,且在恶臭之前达到嗅觉感受部位,当恶臭最终到达时,嗅觉感受部位已被占据,因此有效掩盖恶臭的识别。

清洁剂组合物任选包含水溶助长剂,以帮助表面活性剂悬浮。一种合适的水溶助长剂为DeTrope CA-100,一种改性羧酸盐,购自DeForest Enterprises。由于DeTrope CA-100还可具有缓蚀性能,因此是有利的。

清洁剂组合物任选包含缓蚀剂。合适的缓蚀剂的实例有三唑、亚硝酸盐(例如亚硝酸钠)、钼酸盐(例如钼酸钠)、苯甲酸盐(例如1,2,3-苯并三唑)、葡糖酸盐和包含一种或多种上述缓蚀剂的组合。在一个实施方案中,缓蚀剂包括亚硝酸钠。

清洁剂组合物任选包含水溶性碱性碳酸钠盐作为助洗剂。助洗剂为降低表面活性剂临界胶束浓度(CMC)的化合物。本文使用的术语“碳酸盐”是指包含CO3 2-或HCO3 -阴离子的盐。可由一种或多种碳酸钠盐或碳酸氢钠提供碳酸盐。碳酸钠盐包括但不局限于碳酸钠本身、碳酸钠十水合物、碳酸钠七水合物、碳酸钠一水合物、倍半碳酸钠及其复盐和混合物。上述碳酸钠盐和碳酸氢钠的混合物也是特别有用的。

所述清洁剂组合物任选包含萜化合物。本文使用的术语“萜化合物”是指一类无环和环状的不饱和化合物,该化合物衍生自具有至少10个碳原子的天然精油和树脂。萜包括醇和醛以及不饱和烃。可使用多种萜化合物,包括这些萜的组合。合适的萜化合物的实例有α-萜品烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、δ-3-蒈烯、香茅醛、香茅醇、羟基香茅醛、d-苧烯、里哪醇、γ-萜品烯、四氢里哪醇和萜品醇等。在一个实施方案中,萜化合物为d-苧烯。

着色剂和染料可任选加至清洁剂组合物中,以增强视觉吸引力和性能印象。当使用着色剂时,可使用足以使清洁剂组合物着色,但低于可导致织物着色的含量。
在一个实施方案中描述了一种制备所公开的清洁剂组合物的方法,所述方法包括将水溶助长剂和水混合以形成第一混合物,加入表面活性剂以形成第二混合物,随后加入气味中和剂和香料以形成清洁剂组合物。

为了形成清洁剂组合物,将水和水溶助长剂混合以形成第一混合物。随后将表面活性剂加至第一混合物以形成第二混合物。随后将剩余的组分混入以形成最终的清洁剂组合物。当于约25℃下储存24个月时,表3中给出的对照制剂在pH为约9.5-约11.5时储存不稳定。
实施例2-清洁的客观数据(cleaning-objective data)
对实施例1的本发明的清洁剂/气味中和剂进行清洁试验和除味试验。用污物处理织物(地毯和head liner)试样。由受过训练的技师清洁织物试样(技师不知道使用了哪种清洁剂制剂),且由受过训练的评级师评价清洁效果。清洁以机械方式进行以消除由于清洗引起的结果差异。由受过训练的评级师进行主观测试,将优选的清洁能力评级。评价的污物包括咖啡、用过的发动机油、芥末、调味番茄酱、巧克力糖浆、葡萄汁、汽水(可乐)和奶。
对于清洁试验,使用比色计利用漫反射客观地测定。这是一种工业标准测试仪。通过由于清洁引起织物颜色的变化来测定污点的除去。对于每个污点,测定初始织物与施用污点、干燥和清洁后织物颜色的总体差异。越接近初始颜色,则清洁剂越好也越安全。基于ASTMD4265在3个轴L、A和B(相应于蓝、黄和红色)上测定颜色。
首先检查方差齐性(HOV),检查两组中的方差相同。方差不同暗示评价方法可能存在缺陷,且可使得ANOVA分析不太合理。对于总体平均值差异,特别是在n相同的情况下,且还由于该测试本身不必非常完善,因此HOV不如ANOVA的其他假设或t-测试有决定性。
接着进行ANOVA,查看平均差异,进行Tukeys测试,表明在何处出现平均差异。还进行2个试样T-试验,突出ANOVA的p值接近0.05处的差值。
对于清洁剂试验,将2种市售清洁剂与本发明制剂1相比较:
A.Blue Coral Upholstery and Carpet Cleaner(Blue Coral)
B.Turtle Wax Power Out Interior Cleaner(Turtle Wax)

本发明制剂1清洁大多数污点,这表明比竞争者结果改进,但清洁后某些污点仅与以前类似。此类清洁性能导致结果分布较宽,因此不符合正态分布。
实施例3-清洁室内装潢的主观数据(cleaning-subjectivedata-upholstery)
实验室测试基于AS-345p地毯清洁方法,且为主观和双盲的。对结果进行ANOVA(P为确定偶然事件发生的置信限度的值-该统计分析的显著水平为95%,p值为0.05或以下)。MSE(基于ANOVA分析量规R & R(重复性和再现性)的测定系统分析)确定明显不同的种类(distinct categories)数为6,对于使用的Likert 7点量表是可接受的。
由于织物编织疏松,因此对室内装潢未成功地进行客观比色计测试。织物后面的背景影响比色计,导致测定标准偏差大。由于明显不同的种类数为0(参见MSE比色计/室内装潢),MSE表明测试方法不能区分各试样。

因此,在对室内装潢上的污点的主观测试中,本发明实施例1的制剂与商品清洁剂相当。
实施例4-清洁地毯的主观数据(Cleaning-subjective data-carpet)
测试方案使用比色计,支持数据来自雇用评级师的室内主观实验室测试,该测试方啊基于最初的地毯清洁方法。该测试为双盲的。对结果进行ANOVA。MSE确定明显不同的种类数为6,对于使用的Likert 7点量表是可接受的。参见附随的MSE、测试方法、数据和分析结果。

使用的测试方案为主观和双盲的。材料来源不影响任一种气味中和剂的除味能力。因此,使用室内装潢和地毯两种试样。

总之,实施例1的制剂的除味性能比商品清洁剂有改进。

Claims (25)
1.一种清洁剂组合物,所述组合物包含:
表面活性剂,
钠源,
气味中和剂,
香料,和
抗微生物剂,
其中所述气味中和剂包括甜菜碱化合物、氨基醇、多元醇和紫罗酮,和
其中当于约25℃下储存24个月时,在pH为约9.5-约11.5下,所述清洁剂组合物稳定。
2.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述表面活性剂包括环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物的烷基加成物、烷基多苷、烷基硫酸盐和乙氧基化的醇。
3.权利要求2的清洁剂组合物,其中所述烷基多苷包括至少8个碳原子且不多于16个碳原子的烷基碳链。
4.权利要求2的清洁剂组合物,其中所述烷基多苷还包括C8-C10醇乙氧基化物丙氧基化物加上癸烯环氧化物。
5.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述香料为樟脑、莰烯、水杨酸戊酯、萜品醇或包含一种或多种上述香料的组合。
6.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述钠源为柠檬酸钠。
7.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述多元醇包括三甘醇。
8.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述甜菜碱化合物包括N-(羧甲基)-N,N-双(2-羟乙基)-2-羟基乙基氯化铵。
9.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,其中所述氨基醇包括二乙醇胺。
10.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,所述组合物还包含缓蚀剂。
11.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,所述组合物还包含水溶性碱性碳酸钠。
12.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,所述组合物还包含水溶助长剂。
13.权利要求1的清洁剂组合物,所述组合物还包含助洗剂。
14.一种喷雾分配器,所述分配器包含清洁剂组合物和任选的推进剂,其中所述清洁剂组合物包含:
表面活性剂,
钠源,
气味中和剂,
香料,和
抗微生物剂,
其中所述气味中和剂包括甜菜碱化合物、氨基醇、多元醇和紫罗酮,和
其中当于约25℃下储存24个月时,在pH为约9.5-约11.5下,所述清洁剂组合物稳定。
15.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,其中所述表面活性剂包括环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物的烷基加成物、烷基多苷、烷基硫酸盐和乙氧基化的醇。
16.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,其中所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或包含一种或多种上述表面活性剂的组合。
17.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,其中所述香料为樟脑、莰烯、水杨酸戊酯、萜品醇或包含一种或多种上述香料的组合。
18.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,所述喷雾分配器还包含缓蚀剂。
19.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,所述喷雾分配器还包含水溶性碱性碳酸钠。
20.权利要求14的喷雾分配器,所述喷雾分配器还包含水溶助长剂。
21.一种清洁、除臭或清洁和除臭汽车内饰的方法,所述方法包括对被污染的汽车内饰施用清洁剂组合物,其中所述清洁剂组合物包含:
表面活性剂,
钠源,
气味中和剂,
香料,和
抗微生物剂,
其中所述气味中和剂包括甜菜碱化合物、氨基醇、多元醇和紫罗酮,和
其中当于约25℃下储存24个月时,在pH为约9.5-约11.5下,所述清洁剂组合物稳定。
22.权利要求21的方法,其中所述表面活性剂包括环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物的烷基加成物、烷基多苷、十二烷基硫酸钠和乙氧基化的醇。
23.权利要求21的方法,其中所述香料为樟脑、莰烯、水杨酸戊酯、萜品醇或包含一种或多种上述香料的组合。
24.一种清洁剂组合物,所述组合物包含:
气味中和剂,
其中所述气味中和剂包括甜菜碱化合物、氨基醇、多元醇和紫罗酮。
25.权利要求24的清洁剂组合物,所述组合物还包含一种或多种表面活性剂、钠源、香料、抗微生物剂、助洗剂或其混合物。
