Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车内饰干洗的方法,包括以下步骤:将汽车清洁剂倒入烟雾发生器内,形成烟雾状喷射于汽车内饰上,关闭车门;喷射10‑60min后,再打开车门用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰,即可;所述烟雾发生器为无高温的烟雾发生器。本发明的方法采用将汽车清洁剂和高压高速气流混合成为气溶胶,不会因高温导致清洁剂失效,通过高压、高速气流,形成气化烟雾,喷射与内饰上,覆盖范围广,穿透能力强,当它覆盖并穿透于汽车内饰上时,将污垢乳化分解,达到清洁、杀菌除味及保养的效果,同时清洗速度快,效率高,客户体验感强。

本发明涉及汽车养护技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车内饰干洗的方法。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车业的飞速发展,现全国汽车拥有量已达1.7亿辆,其中私人轿车已达到1.2亿辆,人们对汽车清洗、护理提出了新的要求。现有的清洗汽车内饰的方法一般为使用泡沫清洁剂均匀喷洒于车内后,再使用软毛刷刷洗,刷洗结束后再使用湿毛巾擦拭干净,由于泡沫较难擦拭干净,因而一般需要使用湿毛巾擦拭2-3遍以上,清洗工作量大,效率低;另外,如果一次泡沫喷洒的太多,泡沫不及时擦洗掉会变干,变干后不易擦洗掉,反而增加了清洗难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种全面杀菌、清洁干净,可去除异味,清洗效率高的汽车内饰干洗的方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车内饰干洗的方法,包括以下步骤:将汽车清洁剂倒入烟雾发生器内,形成烟雾状喷射于汽车内饰上,关闭车门;喷射10-60min后,再打开车门用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰,即可;所述烟雾发生器为无高温的烟雾发生器。本发明所使用的无高温的烟雾发生器选自本申请人的中国专利申请号为CN201611259848.1的无高温的烟雾发生器。
较佳地,所述汽车清洁剂由重量比为1:0.1-0.3的干洗剂及干洗助剂组成,所述干洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:净洗剂10-15份、消毒杀菌剂0.5-3份、烟雾助剂25-35份及除味剂0.01-0.03份。
较佳地,所述净洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺6-13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15份、碳酸钠2-6份及三聚磷酸钠3-8份组成。
所述的椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺属于非离子表面活性剂,易溶于水、具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能。能加强清洁效果、可用作添加剂、泡沫安定剂、助泡剂、主要用于香波及液体洗涤剂的制造。在水中形成一种不透明的雾状溶液,在一定的搅拌下能完全透明,在一定浓度下可完全溶解于不同种类的表面活性剂中,在低碳和高碳中也可完全溶解。
十二烷基苯磺酸钠是中性的,对水硬度较敏感,不易氧化,起泡力强,去污力高,易与各种助剂复配,成本较低,应用领域广泛,是非常出色的阴离子表面活性剂。十二烷基苯磺酸纳对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效果。
所述的碳酸钠,中文名称:纯碱,外文名称:Sodium carbonate,它可用于制造玻璃,如平板玻璃、瓶玻璃、光学玻璃和高级器皿;还可利用脂肪酸与碳酸钠的反应制肥皂;在硬水的软化、石油和油类的精制、冶金工业中脱除硫和磷、选矿、以及铜、铅、镍、锡、铀、铝等金属的制备、化学工业中制取钠盐、金属碳酸盐、漂白剂、填料、洗涤剂、催化剂及染料等均要用到它,在陶瓷工业中制取耐火材料和釉也要用到碳酸钠。
较佳地,所述消毒杀菌剂为大叶桉油和/或纳米银溶胶;所述烟雾助剂为乙二醇和/或丙三醇。大叶桉油是一种无色略有桉木香气的精油,大叶桉油中含有1,8-桉叶素(80%以上)、莰烯、水芹烯、松油醇、乙酸香叶醇、异戊醛、香茅醛和胡椒酮等,具有优秀的杀菌消毒效果,且无毒副作用,是绿色植物源杀菌剂。纳米银对耐药病原菌如耐药大肠杆菌、耐药金葡萄球菌、耐药绿脓杆菌、化脓链球菌、耐药肠球菌,厌氧菌等有全面的抗菌活性;其具有广谱抗菌、强效杀菌、渗透性强及抗菌持久的功效。
较佳地,所述除味剂由以下重量份的原料组成:薄荷提取液1-5份、常青藤提取液1-5份、丁香提取液1-5份、甘油5-10份及软水加香茅醇100-200份。本发明的薄荷提取液、常青藤提取液及丁香提取液采用常规的提取工艺即可制得,其中薄荷提取液是从薄荷中萃取的薄荷油,薄荷油的主要成分为左旋薄荷醇(Mentho1)和黄酮类,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎镇痛的作用,还对中枢神经系统、消化系统、抗菌消炎系统具有重要的调节功能,广泛应用于食品及医药行业,可缓解车主行车疲劳;常青藤提取液是从常青藤中萃取的精油,其主要用途是促进呼吸系统健康,主要有效成分为茎含鞣质(12.01%)、树脂、常青藤甙、肌醇和胡萝卜素,能够起到治疗支气管炎等疾病的作用,保证车主的呼吸系统健康;丁香提取液的主要成分是丁香酚、乙酰丁香酚、石竹烯、香草醛和酯等,丁香可长期有效地抑制霉菌生长,丁香提取液抑菌效果显著,而且具有色泽浅淡、香气纯正等特点。香茅醇为无色油状液体,有新鲜玫瑰似特殊香气,有苦味。有d-,dl-和l-三种天然品,l-香茅醇即玫瑰醇,一般所称的香茅醇,系指d-香茅醇。沸点225℃,闪点102℃,溶于乙醇和大多数非挥发性油及丙二醇,不溶于甘油,难溶于水,天然香茅醇(d-型)存在于香茅油、香叶油等70余种精油中,使用时可将香茅醇溶于少量乙醇中后再与水混合。

较佳地,还包括,使用皮革养护巾对汽车内饰的皮革进行保养护理。所述皮革养护巾采用本申请人中国专利申请号为CN201410565432.7皮革养护巾的方法制得。
异构醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚是非离子表面活性剂;与各种表面活性剂、助剂、添加剂、溶剂配伍性好,耐酸、耐碱,抗氧化,具有优异的乳化、分散能力;具有优异的渗透性及耐碱性;具有优异的洗涤、去污能力.特别对机械油脂、防锈油、植物油等各类污物有极好的洗涤效果;极低的泡沫,属于超低泡界面活性剂,不使用消泡剂,因此没有硅斑问题;无毒、无刺激、无异味、不易燃易爆,使用安全。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的汽车内饰干洗的方法采用将汽车清洁剂和高压高速气流混合成为气溶胶,不会因高温导致清洁剂失效,通过高压、高速气流,形成气化烟雾,喷射在内饰上,覆盖范围广,穿透能力强,当它覆盖并穿透于汽车内饰上时,将污垢乳化分解,从而360度全方位,深层次清洁汽车内饰污垢,并杀菌除味;而传统的泡沫清洗方法,喷洒泡沫后只会以水珠的形式停留于内饰的表面,穿透能力弱,故而相对传统的清洗方法,本方法清洗速度快,效率高,客户体验感强;
(2)本发明的汽车清洗剂具有独特的渗透性及消毒杀菌功效,可有效杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌等各种感染性细菌,同时清洗剂内含有除味剂,除味剂中的薄荷提取液、常青藤提取液、丁香提取液及甘油,均具有抑菌杀菌作用,有效成分通过化学的方式杀灭真菌和有害气体,且均含有天然香气,可快速消除汽车室内的烟味、汗味、霉味等各种异味,从根源上解决车内异味的同时还能够提神醒脑,减少司机驾驶的疲劳感;
(3)本发明的干洗方法在使用汽车清洗剂清洁后,采用重垢清洗剂对汽车内饰重垢部位进行重点擦拭清洗,具有良好的污垢清除效果;并利用皮革养护巾对汽车内饰中的皮革进行保养护理,防止皮革老化的同时,可很好的消除皮革制品表面的裂纹及大大增加其表面光泽度。

实施例1
一种汽车内饰干洗的方法,包括以下步骤:将汽车清洁剂的干洗剂及干洗助剂混合好后倒入烟雾发生器的压力密封容器内,利用雾化喷头的微孔技术将气溶胶状态的液滴破碎,形成烟雾状喷射于汽车内饰上,关闭车门及车门窗;喷射30min后,再打开车门用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰如车门、车内顶棚、载物架、后备箱蒙皮、操作台等部位,经过喷雾,汽车内每个角落均可充满烟雾,再经毛巾或海绵轻轻擦拭即可完成车内的清洁,从而达到清洁、消毒、杀菌及除味的效果;所述烟雾发生器为无高温的烟雾发生器。
所述汽车清洁剂由重量比为1:0.2的干洗剂及干洗助剂组成,所述干洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:净洗剂12份、消毒杀菌剂1份、烟雾助剂30份及除味剂0.02份;其中净洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、碳酸钠4份及三聚磷酸钠5份组成;消毒杀菌剂由重量比为1:1的大叶桉油和纳米银溶胶组成;烟雾助剂由重量比为1:1的乙二醇和丙三醇组成;除味剂由以下重量份的原料组成:薄荷提取液3份、常青藤提取液2份、丁香提取液2份、甘油7份及软水加香茅醇150份;干洗助剂由重量比为1:1的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和硅烷酮乳化液组成。
干洗剂的制备方法为将净洗剂、消毒杀菌剂和烟雾助剂按上述的重量份数置入搅拌容器中,充分搅拌后再置入75℃的蒸馏釜内,保温5min,然后倒入不锈钢或搪瓷容器内冷却至常温后加入除味剂,搅拌均匀后经灌装机灌装到小容器内待用,即完成干洗剂的制备。
实施例2

所述汽车清洁剂由重量比为1:0.3的干洗剂及干洗助剂组成,所述干洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:净洗剂15份、消毒杀菌剂3份、烟雾助剂35份及除味剂0.03份;其中净洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、碳酸钠6份及三聚磷酸钠8份组成;消毒杀菌剂为纳米银溶胶;烟雾助剂为丙三醇;除味剂为由以下重量份的原料组成:薄荷提取液5份、常青藤提取液5份、丁香提取液5份、甘油10份及软水加香茅醇200份;干洗助剂为硅烷酮乳化液。
干洗剂的制备方法为将净洗剂、消毒杀菌剂和烟雾助剂按上述的重量份数置入搅拌容器中,充分搅拌后再置入75℃的蒸馏釜内,保温5min,然后倒入不锈钢或搪瓷容器内冷却至常温后加入除味剂,搅拌均匀后经灌装机灌装到小容器内待用,即完成干洗剂的制备。

一种汽车内饰干洗的方法,包括以下步骤:将汽车清洁剂的干洗剂及干洗助剂混合好后倒入烟雾发生器的压力密封容器内,利用雾化喷头的微孔技术将气溶胶状态的液滴破碎,形成烟雾状喷射于汽车内饰上,关闭车门;喷射30min后,再打开车门用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰如车门、车内顶棚、载物架、后备箱蒙皮、操作台等部位,经过喷雾,汽车内每个角落均可充满烟雾,再经毛巾或海绵轻轻擦拭即可完成车内的清洁,从而达到清洁、消毒、杀菌及除味的效果;然后使用重垢清洁巾擦拭汽车内饰重垢部位,并用皮革养护巾对汽车皮革座椅进行擦拭保养护理;所述烟雾发生器为无高温的烟雾发生器。

所述重垢清洁巾内浸润有重垢清洁剂,所述重垢清洁剂由以下重量份的原料制成:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯12份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物0.2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、三聚磷酸钠5份及水50份。
重垢清洁剂的制备方法为:将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物、十二烷基苯磺酸钠及三聚磷酸钠加入水中,加热至65℃,混合均匀后经灌装机灌装到小容器内即可。
使用本发明的汽车内饰的干洗方法,清洗速度快,效率高;在将汽车清洁剂喷射于一部小汽车车内饰上后的静置时间,可以擦拭另外的车辆,而且省去了毛巾擦干的工序,平均2个人花0.5个小时左右即可清洗10台车,用纸巾检测清洁程度,纸巾无污渍;而传统的清洗方法则需3个人花费3-4个小时才可以清洗完成。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将汽车清洁剂倒入烟雾发生器内,形成烟雾状喷射于汽车内饰上,关闭车门;喷射10-60min后,再打开车门用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰,即可;所述烟雾发生器为无高温的烟雾发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述汽车清洁剂由重量比为1:0.1-0.3的干洗剂及干洗助剂组成,所述干洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:净洗剂10-15份、消毒杀菌剂0.5-3份、烟雾助剂25-35份及除味剂0.01-0.03份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述净洗剂由以下重量份的原料组成:椰子油烷基二乙醇酰胺6-13份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15份、碳酸钠2-6份及三聚磷酸钠3-8份组成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述消毒杀菌剂为大叶桉油和/或纳米银溶胶;所述烟雾助剂为乙二醇和/或丙三醇。
5.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述除味剂由以下重量份的原料组成:薄荷提取液1-5份、常青藤提取液1-5份、丁香提取液1-5份、甘油5-10份及软水加香茅醇100-200份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述干洗助剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和/或硅烷酮乳化液。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:再用湿润的毛巾或海绵擦拭所述汽车内饰后,还包括使用重垢清洁巾擦拭汽车内饰重垢部位。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:所述重垢清洁巾内浸润有重垢清洁剂,所述重垢清洁剂由以下重量份的原料制成:异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5-15份、C8-10脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯8-12份、二乙烯三胺五乙酸铁-钠络合物0.05-0.2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份、三聚磷酸钠2-5份及水30-50份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的汽车内饰干洗的方法,其特征在于:还包括,使用皮革养护巾对汽车内饰中的皮革进行保养护理。
