Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续式加热器,尤其是用于咖啡机,包括一个由导热的材料制成的流体引导管,该流体引导管与一个加热元件连接。
背景技术
已知用于咖啡机的连续式加热器,其中在加热管内的沸水通过一个相邻设置的管形的加热元件加热并且然后通过一个喷嘴在加热状态下排出。为了避免过度加热,在加热管上设置一个具有接触板的恒温器,其中为了装配,圆形的加热管或者设有一个焊接的接板或者进行压制,以便保持与接触板的充分平整的连接。焊接和压制的附加的工作过程一方面是耗费的并且另一方面导致,存在不利的接触平面。因此已知的连续式加热器的能量存储容量受限制。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是实现一种连续式加热器,该连续式加热器可简单地制造并且优化地利用热能。
该目的用一种以下特征的连续式加热器解决。
按本发明的连续式加热器,包括一个由导热的材料制成的流体引导管,该流体引导管与一个加热元件连接,其特征在于:流体引导管设计为挤出的管,并且具有一个平的表面,在该平的表面上装配一个恒温器。
按本发明,流体引导管具有一个平的表面,在该平的表面上装配一个恒温器。因此在不必进行加热管的压制的工作步骤的情况下,可以装配连续式加热器,因为平的表面在制造时已经设置,例如在管的挤出的情况下。
按一种优选的实施形式,平的表面设置在弧形弯曲的连续式加热器的内侧上,使得恒温器也设置在内部并且保证紧凑的结构。平的表面在此可以通过两个设置在角部区域内的材料加厚部构成,使得材料加厚部作为附加的蓄能器提供。另外流体引导管可以相邻于平的表面和壁厚均匀的材料加厚部并且横截面构成环形的,使得管保持还可弯曲的并且限制材料耗费。
按本发明一种优选的结构,流体引导管以及加热元件的壳体通过一个连接片彼此连接,使得保证良好的导热。在此流体引导管和加热元件的壳体整体地由金属优选由挤出的铝型材制成。因此由加热元件和流体引导管构成的单元可以特别简单地装配。
按本发明的一种结构,在加热元件上在朝向流体引导管的侧面上设置一个作为蓄能器的材料加厚部。因此延长加热元件的加热间歇,这延长寿命。
优选地通过在加热元件上的材料加厚部在一个侧面上构成一个平的表面,该平的表面平行于在具有恒温器的流体引导管上的一个平的表面延伸,尤其两个平的表面因此可以设置在一个共同的平面上。

具体实施方式
在一个连续式加热器1上设置一个用于使煮式饮料、尤其是咖啡保温的壶2,该壶以一个底部3放在保温板4上。在保温板4的下面设置一个带有加热元件6和一个流体引导管7的主体5,它们通过一个整体地构成的连接片8彼此连接。因此主体5构成一个热导体和蓄能器,使得在加热元件6加热时,也同时加热保温板4,该加热元件用于加热在流体引导管7内的水。主体5在此弧形地以马蹄铁的形状构成并且至少设置在保温板4下面的区域内。主体5的曲折形的结构也是可能的。
主体5由一个挤出的铝型材制造,该铝型材首先制成为直的型材并且紧接着弯曲。
在图2中以横截面图形式描述主体5。加热元件6由一个电阻丝构成,该电阻丝由一个绝缘件14和一个包套13、优选铜管包围。通过加热元件6热量排出到壳体12上,该壳体通过主体5构成。
在加热元件6的远离流体引导管7的侧面上构成一个平的表面9,在该平的表面上贴靠保温板4。
另外在加热元件6上在远离流体引导管7的侧面上设置一个作为蓄能器的材料加厚部20。通过材料加厚部20在主体5的内侧上构成一个平的表面10。
另外在主体5上相邻于流体引导管7地构成另一平的表面11。在该平的表面11上装配一个恒温器17,该恒温器以一个平板18贴靠在表面11上。当加热元件6加热时,加热主体5并且热能通过连接片8引导至流体引导管7。如果在流体引导管7内没有用于冷却的水,那么必须保证,不继续加热连续式加热器。恒温器17用于此,该恒温器包含一个双金属元件,该双金属元件在达到确定的温度时自动地机械地变形。这种变形用于断开回路。从而在超过预定的温度的情况下,断开加热元件6,直到通过冷却又进行双金属元件的往回变形。
在显示的实施例中,加热元件6设置在保温板4与流体引导管7之间。当然也可能的是,加热元件6和流体引导管7不是垂直上下地而是水平并排地设置。
加热元件6包含相邻于流体引导管7的材料加厚部20作为补充的热存储器。当然可能的是,多个材料加厚部以肋等的形式设置在加热元件6的壳体20上。

Claims (6)

1.连续式加热器,包括一个由导热的材料制成的流体引导管(7),该流体引导管与一个加热元件(6)连接,其特征在于:流体引导管(7)设计为挤出的管,并且具有一个平的表面(11),在该平的表面上装配一个恒温器(17);在加热元件(6)上在朝向流体引导管(7)的侧面上设置一个作为蓄能器的材料加厚部(20);并且通过材料加厚部(20)构成一个平的表面(10),该平的表面平行于在流体引导管(7)上的包括恒温器(17)的一个平的表面(11)延伸。
2.按权利要求1所述的连续式加热器,其特征在于:所述平的表面(11)设置在弧形弯曲的连续式加热器(1)的内侧上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的连续式加热器,其特征在于:所述平的表面(11)通过两个设置在角部区域内的材料加厚部构成,并且流体引导管(7)相邻于所述平的表面(11)和壁厚均匀的材料加厚部并且横截面构成环形的。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的连续式加热器,其特征在于:流体引导管(7)以及加热元件(6)的壳体(12)通过一个连接片(8)彼此连接,并且流体引导管(7)和加热元件(6)的壳体(12)整体地由金属制成。
5.按权利要求1所述的连续式加热器,其特征在于:通过在加热元件(6)上的材料加厚部(20)构成的平的表面(10)和包括恒温器(17)的平的表面(11)设置一个平面上。
6.按权利要求1所述的连续式加热器,其特征在于:该连续式加热器用于咖啡机。
