Abstract

一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上特定针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干导片,所述跳帽外壳底部对应所述连接器上的针脚设有若干槽孔,所述若干导片放置于对应槽孔内并可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,所述若干槽孔顶部设有一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可选择性地电性连通其中两导片,所述切换开关通过所述导片控制连接器的特定针脚间的相互连接,避免了现有技术中不同针脚连接过程中对跳帽的插拔操作,同时也可防止取下体积较小的跳帽造成的跳帽丢失。

跳帽
技术领域
本发明涉及一种跳帽,特别是涉及一种用于控制电脑主板上连接器的特定针脚间相互连接的跳帽。
背景技术
电脑主板上通常会有可供使用者设定的连接器,这类连接器包括设于主板上的若干针脚和供使用者设定哪些针脚相互连接的跳帽。如图1所示为现有跳帽使用状态的示意图,一个包含三针脚的连接器30可以有三种连接方式:针脚A和针脚B接通,针脚B和针脚C接通及所有针脚都不接通,这三种连接方式分别由将跳帽20置于针脚A和针脚B、将跳帽20置于针脚B和针脚C及不使用跳帽20来实现。当连接器30的位置周围有其他电子元件时,此时取下后再插上跳帽20是比较困难的,此外取下的跳帽20由于体积较小容易丢失。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可方便电脑主板上连接器的特定针脚间相互连接的跳帽。
一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上特定针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干导片,所述跳帽外壳底部对应所述连接器上的针脚设有若干槽孔,所述若干导片放置于对应槽孔内并可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,所述若干槽孔顶部设有一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可选择性地电性连通其中两导片。
相较现有技术,所述切换开关通过所述导片控制连接器的特定针脚间的相互连接,避免了现有技术中不同针脚连接过程中对跳帽的插拔操作,同时也可防止取下体积较小的跳帽造成的跳帽丢失。

具体实施方式
请一并参考图2和图3,本发明跳帽较佳实施方式10包括一跳帽外壳11、一切换开关12及若干导片13。所述跳帽外壳11为一矩形体,所述跳帽外壳11底部对应主板连接器上的针脚设有若干槽孔112,所述若干槽孔112顶部设有一滑道113,所述跳帽外壳11顶部设有同所述滑道113连通的一开口111。
所述导片13为导电性材料制成,其包括一连接体131,所述连接体131的下边两侧缘垂直同向延伸出两侧壁132,所述两侧壁132斜向上延伸形成两弹片133,所述连接体131的顶部边缘向水平方向弯折延伸形成一顶壁134。所述导片13可牢固的固定于所述槽孔112内,当所述跳帽10插入所述连接器时,所述导片13可夹持所述连接器上的针脚使得所述跳帽10与针脚对接稳定,并使所述导片13同所述针脚有良好的电性连接。
所述切换开关12下部为一矩形滑块121,所述滑块121下表面涂有导电材料,所述滑块121置于所述滑道113内并通过其下表面的导电材料同所述导片13的顶壁134电性连接,所述切换开关12上部为一方形把手122,所述把手122从所述跳帽外壳11顶部的开口111露出,推动所述把手122可操纵滑块121在所述滑道113内滑动。
所述切换开关12的不同位置对应于所述连接器上针脚的不同连接关系。当拨动所述把手122使得切换开关12滑到不同的位置时,相邻两块导片13通过切换开关12底部的导电材料可实现相互连接,同所述导片13对应连接的连接器上的针脚也相互连接,从而实现了特定针脚之间的相互连接。
请一并参考图4和图5,当所述跳帽10与一连接器40的针脚匹配连接时,将跳帽10插入连接器40。拨动所述把手122使得切换开关12处于左边位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚D和针脚E接通;拨动所述把手122使得切换开关12处于右边位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚E和针脚F接通;拨动所述把手122使得切换开关12处于中间位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚D、E和F均不接通。在使用所述跳帽10控制连接器40的不同针脚相连接时,只需拨动所述切换开关12于不同位置即可。
请参考图6和图7,为本发明跳帽另一较佳实施方式的示意图。当跳帽50的切换开关52处于左边位置时,连接器60上的针脚1和2接通;当切换开关52处于中间位置时,连接器60上的针脚3和4接通;当切换开关52位于右边位置时,连接器60上的针脚5和6接通。在使用跳帽50控制所述连接器60的不同针脚相连接时,只需拨动所述切换开关52于不同位置即可。
本发明的跳帽不仅限于以上实施方式中的结构形式,还可根据具体应用的连接器的针脚数目进行相应的改变。本发明的跳帽一定程度上方便了用户在设置连接器时经常插拔跳帽的操作,同时也避免了取下体积较小的跳帽造成的跳帽丢失。

Claims (4)

1. 一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上特定针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干导片,所述跳帽外壳底部对应所述连接器上的针脚设有若干槽孔,所述若干导片放置于对应槽孔内并可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,所述若干槽孔顶部设有一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可选择性地电性连通其中两导片。
2. 如权利要求1所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述切换开关下部为一滑块,所述滑块下表面涂有导电材料。
3. 如权利要求2所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述滑块上方设有一把手,所述跳帽外壳顶部设有一同所述滑道连通的开口,所述把手从所述开口露出,推动所述把手可操纵滑块在所述滑道内滑动。
4. 如权利要求1所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述导片包括一连接体,所述连接体的下边两侧缘垂直同向延伸出两侧壁,所述两侧壁斜向上延伸形成两弹片,所述连接体的顶部边缘向水平方向弯折延伸形成一顶壁。
