Abstract

一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干与连接器的针脚对应的电性导片,所述跳帽外壳内对应设有收容所述电性导片的槽孔,所述导片的底部可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,相间隔的两导片顶部分别向同一侧延伸出一延伸部且所述两延伸部不相连,所述槽孔顶部相连通形成一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可电连接两相邻导片的顶部或相间隔的两导片的延伸部。所述跳帽可方便控制电脑主机板上连接器的针脚之间的连接。

跳帽
技术领域
本发明涉及一种跳帽,特别涉及一种用于控制电脑主机板上连接器的针脚间相互连接的跳帽。
背景技术
电脑主机板上通常会有可供使用者设定的连接器,这类连接器包括设于主机板上的若干针脚和供使用者设定哪些针脚相互连接的跳帽。如图1所示为现有跳帽110使用状态的示意图,一个包含三针脚的连接器120可以有四种连接方式:针脚A和针脚B接通,针脚B和针脚C接通,所有针脚都不接通及针脚A和针脚C接通,前三种连接方式可分别由跳帽110置于针脚A和针脚B、跳帽110置于针脚B和针脚C及不使用跳帽110来实现,但所述跳帽110无法实现针脚A和针脚C的接通。并且,当连接器120的位置周围有其他电子元件时,此时取下后再插上跳帽110是比较困难的,此外取下的跳帽110由于体积较小也容易丢失。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可方便电脑主机板上连接器的针脚间相互连接的跳帽。
一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干与连接器的针脚对应的电性导片,所述跳帽外壳内对应设有收容所述电性导片的槽孔,所述导片的底部可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,相间隔的两导片顶部分别向同一侧延伸出一延伸部且所述两延伸部不相连,所述槽孔顶部相连通形成一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可电连接两相邻导片的顶部或相间隔的两导片的延伸部。
相较现有技术,所述切换开关通过选择性地连接两相邻导片的顶部或相间隔的两导片的延伸部可控制连接器的任意两个针脚间的电连接,从而避免了现有技术中不同针脚连接过程中对跳帽的插拔操作,同时还可防止取下体积较小的跳帽造成的跳帽丢失。

具体实施方式
请共同参考图2和图3,本发明跳帽20的较佳实施方式包括一切换开关210、一跳帽外壳220、及三个导片230。所述导片230的数量可根据实际的需要相应的增加,本实施方式中仅以三个为例加以说明。
所述跳帽外壳220为一略呈倒“7”字型方柱体,所述跳帽外壳220底部对应主机板连接器上的针脚设有三个槽孔224,所述槽孔224顶部相连通形成一滑道226,所述跳帽外壳220顶部设有同所述滑道226连通的一“T”字型开口222。其中,两侧槽孔224之间的间距大于所述滑块212的长度。
所述导片230为导电性材料制成,其包括一连接体232,所述连接体232的下边两侧缘垂直同向延伸出两侧壁234,所述两侧壁234斜向上延伸形成两弹片236,所述连接体232的顶部边缘向水平方向弯折延伸形成一顶壁238,两外侧的导片230的顶壁238分别向同一侧延伸出一直角形延伸部239,所述两延伸部239相对且不相连,所述两延伸部239的间距小于所述滑块212的长度。所述导片230可牢固地固定于所述槽孔224内,当所述跳帽20插入所述连接器时,所述导片230可夹持所述连接器上的针脚使得所述跳帽20与针脚对接稳定,并使所述导片230同所述针脚有良好的电性连接。
所述切换开关210下部为一矩形滑块212,所述滑块212下表面涂有导电材料,所述滑块212置于所述滑道226内并可通过其下表面的导电材料同所述导片230的顶壁238或延伸部239电性连接,所述切换开关210上部为一方形把手214,所述把手214从所述跳帽外壳220顶部的开口222露出,推动所述把手214可操纵滑块212在所述开口222内滑动。
所述切换开关210的不同位置对应于所述连接器上针脚的不同连接关系。当拨动所述把手214使得切换开关210滑到不同的位置时,其中两块相邻导片230或所述两延伸部239通过切换开关210底部的导电材料可实现相互连接,同所述导片230对应连接的连接器上的针脚也相互连接,从而实现了两针脚之间的相互连接。
请共同参考图4和图5,当所述跳帽20与一连接器30的针脚匹配连接时,将跳帽20插入连接器30。拨动所述把手214使得切换开关210处于X位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚D和针脚E接通;拨动所述把手214使得切换开关210处于Y位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚E和针脚F接通;拨动所述把手214使得切换开关210处于中间位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚D、E和F均不接通;拨动所述把手214使得切换开关210处于Z位置时,所述连接器40上的针脚D和针脚F接通。在使用所述跳帽20控制连接器30的不同针脚相连接时,只需拨动所述切换开关210于不同位置即可。
本发明的跳帽不仅限于以上实施方式中的结构形式,还可根据具体应用的连接器的针脚数目进行相应的改变。本发明的跳帽一定程度上方便了用户在设置连接器时经常插拔跳帽的操作,同时也避免了取下体积较小的跳帽造成的跳帽丢失。

Claims (6)

1.一种跳帽,用以控制连接器上针脚之间的连接,所述跳帽包括一跳帽外壳、一切换开关及若干与连接器的针脚对应的电性导片,所述跳帽外壳内对应设有收容所述电性导片的槽孔,所述导片的底部可与连接器上的针脚对应电性相连,相间隔的两导片顶部分别向同一侧延伸出一延伸部且所述两延伸部不相连,所述槽孔顶部相连通形成一滑道,所述切换开关活动地设置于所述滑道内并可电连接两相邻导片的顶部或相间隔的两导片的延伸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述跳帽外壳为一略呈倒“7”字型方柱体,所述跳帽外壳顶部设有同所述滑道连通的一“T”字型开口。
3.如权利要求2所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述切换开关下部为一滑块,所述滑块下表面涂有导电材料,所述滑块置于所述滑道内并可通过其下表面的导电材料同两相邻导片的顶部或相间隔的两导片的延伸部电连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述延伸部为直角形。
5.如权利要求3所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述滑块上方设有一把手,所述把手从所述开口露出,推动所述把手可操纵滑块在所述滑道内滑动。
6.如权利要求1所述的跳帽,其特征在于:所述导片包括一连接体,所述连接体的下边两侧缘垂直同向延伸出两侧壁,所述两侧壁斜向上延伸形成两弹片,所述连接体的顶部边缘向水平方向弯折延伸形成一顶壁,相间隔的两导片的顶壁分别向同一侧延伸出所述延伸部。
