Abstract
本发明一种电动工具的电池,有一顶盖、一底盖、一电池本体及一活动组件;顶盖与底盖固接,内部形成一容置空间,在顶盖上形成有多个第一凹槽,在底盖上形成多个与外部连通的穿孔、第一贯孔及导接孔;电池本体置设于容置空间中,具有多个位于导接孔中的导接端片;活动组件具有一活动件及多个弹簧,活动件具有多个凸柱、第二凹槽及多个第二贯孔,各凸柱是位于穿孔中,各弹簧是分别置于第一凹槽与第二凹槽间;当凸柱受外力所推抵时,便推移该活动件压缩弹簧,使第二贯孔与第一贯孔呈连通的开放状态,以导入外部的气体加以散热,当凸柱不受外力所推抵时便由弹簧推移该活动件,使第二贯孔与第一贯孔呈不连通的封闭状态。
Description
技术领域
本发明是与电动工具的附属设备有关,特别是指一种电动工具的电池。
背景技术
为使电动工具的电池能具有较大的蓄电量以提供较长时间的电力供应,因此目前业界以采用具有较大蓄电量的锂电池为其主流型式。
但,虽然锂电池具有较大的蓄电量,但其于充电的过程中亦将产生大量的热能而使本身的温度大幅提高,虽然有些充电器具有可散热的装置,但其散热装置皆仅限于对充电器作散热作用,虽对充电器本身及电池的外周遭有些许的散热效果,但对电池本身而言并无法作有效的降温、散热,使得电池仍有因温度过高而烧毁的情事发生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种电动工具的电池,是具有较佳的散热功效。
为达成上述的目的,本发明所提供一种电动工具的电池,其包含有:一顶盖,内部形成有一第一容室及多个第一凹槽;一底盖,内部形成一第二容室,该底盖是与该顶盖固接,使该第一容室与该第二容室连通而构成一容置空间,该底盖顶端形成有多个与外部连通的穿孔,该底盖底端形成有多个连通该第二容室与外部的通孔,该底盖侧边则形成有多个连通该第二容室与外部的第一贯孔及导接孔;一电池本体,是用以蓄电,并置设于该容置空间中,具有多个位于该底盖导接孔中的导接端片,以供外界的一电子设备电性导接;一活动组件,具有一活动件及多个弹簧,该活动件是置于容置空间中,该活动件具有多个凸柱、第二凹槽及多个第二贯孔,该各凸柱是位于该穿孔中,该各弹簧是分别置于该第一凹槽与该第二凹槽间;当该凸柱受外力所推抵时,便推移该活动件压缩该弹簧,使该第二贯孔与该第一贯孔呈连通状态,而能导入外部的气体加以散热,当该凸柱不受外力所推抵时,便由该弹簧推移该活动件,使该第二贯孔与该第一贯孔呈不连通状态。

具体实施方式
为能详细说明本发明的构造及特点,兹举下列较佳实施例并配合图式说明如下:
请参阅图1至图3,是本发明所提供一较佳实施例电动工具的电池100,其包含有一顶盖10、一底盖20、一活动组件30及一电池本体40;其中:
该顶盖10,内部形成有一第一容室11及形成于该第一容室11底部周缘的多个第一凹槽12,该顶盖10的外侧边上并设有二弹性卡掣件13,是用以与一充电器或电动工具相互卡掣,该顶盖10的顶端上并形成有多个连通该第一容室至外部的透孔14。
该底盖20,内部形成有一第二容室21,并于其顶端周缘形成有多个连通外部的穿孔22,该底盖20的底端则形成有多个连通该第二容室21至外部的通孔23,并于该底盖20的外侧面上形有多个连通该第二容室21至外部的第一贯孔24,及于该底盖20侧边邻近于其底端的位置处形成有多个连通该第二容室21至外部的导接孔25。
该活动组件30,具有一活动件31及多个弹簧32;该活动件31具有一穿套部311及一外伸部312,该穿套部311为一预定型态的环形体,该穿套部311的侧边上形成有多个与该底盖20第一贯孔24位置相对应的第二贯孔313,且该第二贯孔313是连通该穿套部311的内、外侧,该外伸部312是自该穿套部311的顶端向外侧所延伸而成,且该外伸部312的顶端上形成有多个与该顶盖20的第一凹槽12位置相对应的第二凹槽314,并于该外伸部312的底端上形成有多个与该底盖20穿孔22位置相对应的凸柱315;该等弹簧32分别为一压缩弹簧。
该电池本体40,具有一控制电路板41、多个蓄电容器42及多个导接端片43;该控制电路板41是置于该蓄电容器42的顶端,并与该蓄电容器42电性导接,该等导接端片43是置于该蓄电容器42的底端,并与该控制电路板41及该等蓄电容器42电性导接,且该各导接端片43的位置是对应于该底盖20的各导接孔25位置。
所以,上述即为本发明所提供一较佳实施例电动工具的电池100的构成要件介绍,接着再将其组成方式及其使用特点介绍如下:
首先,将该各弹簧32以其一端置于该顶盖10的第一凹槽12中,再将该活动件31置位于该顶盖10的第一容室11中,并使该弹簧32的另一端置于该活动件31的第二凹槽314中,接着将该电池本体40的各蓄电容器42穿入于该活动件31的内部,再将该底盖20的顶端与该顶盖10的底端相互固定锁接,使由该顶盖10的第一容室11与该底盖20的第二容室21共同构成一容置空间,并使该活动件31的凸柱315穿入于该底盖20的穿孔22中,而该电池本体40的导接端片43则位于该底盖20的导接孔25中,而可供外界的一充电器或一电动工具电性接触,而将充电器的电力通过由该导接端片43输入至该蓄电容器42内蓄电、或通过由该导接端片43将该蓄电容器42内的电力输出至电动工具上,且此时该底盖20的第一贯孔24是与该活动件31的第二贯孔313呈错位的不连通状态如图2所示。
当欲将本发明的电池100插置于一充电器50中进行充电时,则由该底盖20插入于该充电器50的充电插槽中,并由该导接端片43与该充电器50的充电端片(图中未示)接触,使由该充电端片将电力经该导接端片43而输入至该蓄电容器42内,以进行充蓄电的作业。
而当该电池100插入于该充电器50的充电插槽中时,该活动件31的凸柱315并受该充电器50上的一凸块51所顶抵,使该凸柱315受该凸块51的顶抵而往上位移,即由该活动件31开始压缩该各弹簧32,使该活动件31由一第一位置位移至一第二位置上,而原本该活动件31位于第一位置时其第二贯孔313与该底盖20的第一贯孔24是呈错位不连通的状态,而由该活动件31位移至第二位置上后,使该活动件31的第二贯孔313与该底盖20的第一贯孔24呈相向而连通的状态(如图3所示)。如此一来,该电池100进行充电时,便能由该第一、二贯孔24、313的连通而将气体导入该容置空间内而流经于该底盖20内的电池本体40中,使电池本体40所产生的热量能被流动的气体带出于该底盖20的通孔23外,以对该电池本体40进行散热降温的作用,或由该透孔14将气体导入至该容置空间内并再经由该通孔23将气体导出,而达成对电池本体40进行散热降温的功效。
待充电完成后,即将该电池100自该充电器50中加以抽出,使该活动件31的凸柱315不再受外力(凸块)所作用时,便能由该等弹簧32将该活动件31推移至第一位置上,使该底盖20的第一贯孔24与该活动件31的第二贯孔313形成错位而不连通的状态,以避免外物的进入污染。
Claims (4)
1.一种电动工具的电池,其特征在于包含有:
一顶盖,内部形成有一第一容室及多个第一凹槽;
一底盖,内部形成一第二容室,该底盖是与该顶盖固接,使该第一容室与该第二容室连通而构成一容置空间,该底盖顶端形成有多个与外部连通的穿孔,该底盖底端形成有多个连通该第二容室与外部的通孔,该底盖侧边则形成有多个连通该第二容室与外部的第一贯孔及导接孔;
一电池本体,是用以蓄电,并置设于该容置空间中,具有多个位于该底盖导接孔中的导接端片,以供外界的一电子设备电性导接;
一活动组件,具有一活动件及多个弹簧,该活动件是置于容置空间中,该活动件具有多个凸柱、第二凹槽及多个第二贯孔,该多个凸柱是位于该穿孔中,该各弹簧是分别置于该第一凹槽与该第二凹槽间;当该多个凸柱受外力所推抵时,便推移该活动件压缩该弹簧,使该第二贯孔与该第一贯孔呈连通状态,而能导入外部的气体加以散热,当该多个凸柱不受外力所推抵时,便由该弹簧推移该活动件,使该第二贯孔与该第一贯孔呈不连通状态。
2.依据权利要求1所述电动工具的电池,其特征在于:该顶盖的外侧边上并设有二弹性卡掣件,是用以与外界的电子设备相互卡掣结合。
3.依据权利要求1所述电动工具的电池,其特征在于:该活动件具有一穿套部及一外伸部,该穿套部是穿套于该电池本体外,该第二贯孔是形成于该穿套部的侧边上,该外伸部是自该穿套部的顶端向外侧延伸而成,且该外伸部的顶端上形成有多个与该顶盖的第一凹槽位置相对应的该第二凹槽,并于该外伸部的底端上形成有多个与该底盖穿孔位置相对应的该凸柱。
4.依据权利要求1所述电动工具的电池,其特征在于:该顶盖上形成有多个连通该第一容室及外部的透孔。
