Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,其包括:a.混合胶炼,将硅胶生料与铂金硫化剂的A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混合并胶练,硅胶生料与A组铂金硫化剂比例600∶1,硅胶生料与B组硫化剂比例60∶1,混合胶练温度在50℃以下;b.挤出成型,将混合胶练好的混合物挤出成型,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为280-400转/分钟,牵引速度800-400转/分钟;c.硫化,将成型的电线电缆或套管硫化,硫化温度180-220℃,硫化时间36-45秒。本发明解决了阻燃硅橡胶电线电缆含有卤素不环保的问题,制作的成品无任何低分子析出,无任何异味;燃烧时低烟无卤素,不产生有害气体或有毒浓烟。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电线电缆或套管的制作方法,具体的将采用硫化法制作电线电缆或套管的制作方法。
背景技术
现代工艺制作电线电缆或套管一般采取硫化工艺,即线性高分子通过交联作用而形成的网状高分子的工艺过程。从物性上即是塑性橡胶转化为弹性橡胶或硬质橡胶的过程。通过硫化提高了材料机械性能和电气性能,延长了材料的使用寿命。现在所采用的硫化剂,一般为过氧化物硫化剂,如双二五、双二四等,这些硫化剂含有氯、氟、溴、碘或砹等卤素,在燃烧的时候产生大量的烟雾,烟雾中含有大量的有毒或有害物质,不利于人身安全和火灾救助。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明克服了上述缺点,其目的在于提供了一种具有良好的阻燃效果,并且燃烧起来没有毒害气体,更加环保的耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,其包括如下步骤:a混合胶炼,将硅胶生料与铂金硫化剂的A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混合并胶练,硅胶生料与A组铂金硫化剂比例为600∶1,硅胶生料与B组硫化剂比例为60∶1,混合胶练温度在50℃以下;b挤出成型,用挤出成型机将混合胶练好的混合物挤出成型,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为280-400转/分钟,牵引速度800-400转/分钟;c硫化,将成型的电线电缆或套管硫化,硫化温度180-220℃,硫化时间36-45秒。
所述的耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,在a步骤的混合胶炼中,是将硅胶生料分成三份,一份与A组硫化剂配比完成后混炼2-3次,直到混炼均匀;另两份与B组硫化剂配比完成后混炼2-3次直到混炼均匀;然后将分别与A组和B组混炼好的混合物混合在一起,进行胶炼2-3次。
所述的耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,所述硫化时间为36秒。
本发明以铂金硫化剂为电线电缆或套管制作过程中使用的硫化剂,这种铂金硫化剂具有硫化温度低,硫化速度快的优点,解决了阻燃硅橡胶电线电缆含有卤素不环保的问题,制作的成品无任何低分子析出,无任何异味;燃烧时低烟无卤素,不产生有害气体或有毒浓烟,能够用在地铁、机场等公共场所的电气部分。
具体实施方式
实施方式一
制作耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管
1、混合胶炼
取硅胶生料1200份,取A组硫化剂2份,B组硫化剂20份,将硅胶生料与铂金硫化剂A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混合后胶炼,混合和胶炼的温度在50℃以下;
2、挤出成型,用挤出成型机将混合胶炼以后的混合物挤出在金属导体上成电线电缆,或挤在模具中制成套管,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为280转/分钟,牵引速度400转/分钟。
3、硫化,将挤出成型的电线电缆在180-220℃的范围内,硫化36秒。
对经过硫化后的电线电缆进行检测,然后对成品进行包装。
实施方式二
制作耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管
1、混合胶炼
取硅胶生料1200份,取A组硫化剂2份,B组硫化剂20份,将硅胶生料与铂金硫化剂A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混合后胶炼,混合和胶炼的温度在50℃以下;
2、挤出成型,用挤出成型机将混合胶炼以后的混合物挤出在金属导体上成电线电缆,或挤在模具中制成套管,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为400转/分钟,牵引速度800转/分钟。
3、硫化,将挤出成型的电线电缆在180-220℃的范围内,硫化45秒。对经过硫化后的电线电缆进行检测,然后对成品进行包装。
最佳实施例
制作耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管
1、取硅胶生料1200份,取A组硫化剂2份,B组硫化剂20份,将硅胶生料分成两份,一份400份,一份800份,将400份的硅胶生料与2份的A组硫化剂混合然后混炼2-3次,直到混炼均匀;将800份硅胶生料与20份的B组硫化剂混合然后混炼2-3次,直到混炼均匀,然后将两种混炼过的混合物在混合在一起,进行胶炼2-3次。
2、挤出成型,用挤出成型机将混合胶炼以后的混合物挤出在金属导体上成电线电缆,或挤在模具中制成套管,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为360转/分钟,牵引速度600转/分钟。
3、硫化,将挤出成型的电线电缆在180-220℃的范围内,硫化36秒。
对经过硫化后的电线电缆进行检测,然后对成品进行包装。
本发明生产的电线电缆或套管具有卓越的性能,相对于传统的过氧化物硫化。
1、次性硫化,无需二段硫化;
2、硫化后的成品无任何低分子析出,无任何异味;
3、环保等级高,通过欧盟RoHS,美国FDA,德国LMBG食品级认证等各种严格的检测;
4、成型硫化速度快,成型温度低,提高成产率,节约能源的使用;
5、成型后的产品物理性能优异,尺寸稳定,收缩率低,产品拉促强度,抗撕裂强度,回弹性性能大大的提高;
6、低烟无卤素,不产生有害气体或有毒浓烟。

Claims (3)
1.一种耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:a混合胶炼,将硅胶生料与铂金硫化剂的A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混合并胶炼,硅胶生料与A组硫化剂比例为600∶1,硅胶生料与B组硫化剂比例为60∶1,混合胶炼温度在50℃以下;b挤出成型,用挤出成型机将混合胶炼好的混合物挤出成型,挤出温度在50℃以下,挤出速度为280-400转/分钟,牵引速度800-400转/分钟;c硫化,将成型的电线电缆或套管硫化,硫化温度180℃-220℃,硫化时间为36-45秒,对经过硫化后的电线电缆进行检测,然后对成品进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温硅橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,其特征在于:在a步骤的混合胶炼中,是将硅胶生料分成三份,一份与A组硫化剂配比完成后混炼2-3次,直到混炼均匀;另两份与B组硫化剂配比完成后混炼2-3次,直到混炼均匀;然后将分别与A组硫化剂和B组硫化剂混炼好的混合物混合在一起,进行胶炼2-3次。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温橡胶无卤电线电缆或套管的制作方法,其特征在于:所述硫化时间为36秒。
