Abstract

本发明的线缆可传输信号及能量,其包括一对信号传输导体、一个绝缘层、一个锡铜编织层、一对能量传输导体及一个绝缘外衣,其中一对绝缘层分别包容了相应的信号传输导体,锡铜编织层呈螺旋状包覆于该对绝缘层之外,一对能量传输导体位于锡铜编织层外,且将信号传输导体夹于其中间,绝缘外衣包覆于信号传输导体与能量传输导体之外,进而大大减小了线缆尺寸。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种线缆,尤指用于传输信号与能量的线缆。
【背景技术】
由于电子技术的进步,小巧的消费性电子产品越来越能吸引消费者的注意。用于传输信号与能量的线缆作为消费性电子产品的附加物件由此也应该小巧化。Micro-USB连接器是一种用于便携式消费性电子产品的普通连接器,如为MP3播放器、数码相机等提供信号与能量。通常一个扁平线缆及另一与Micro-USB连接器相配合的线缆分别传输信号与能量,因此,应小型化需求,传输信号与能量的线缆尺寸应进一步小型化。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种小型线缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明用于传输信号与能量的线缆包括一对信号传输导体、一对绝缘层、一个锡铜编织层、一对能量传输导及一个绝缘外衣,其中一对绝缘层分别包容了相应之信号传输导体,锡铜编织层呈螺旋状包覆于该对绝缘层之外,一对能量传输导体位于锡铜编织层外,且将信号传输导体夹于其中间,绝缘外衣包容了信号传输导体与能量传输导体。
相较于现有技术,本发明的线缆通过一个绝缘外衣将信号传输导体及能量传输导体包容,进而可用于传输信号与能量,且大大减小了线缆的尺寸。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1所示,本发明的线缆1包括一对信号传输导体10、一对绝缘层15、一个锡铜编织层13、一对能量传输导体12及绝缘外衣16。其中一对能量传输导体12将一对信号传输导体10夹于中间。每一根信号传输导体10设有若干互相缠绕的铜线100。一对绝缘层15分别将信号传输导体10包容于其内,锡铜编织层13呈螺旋状包覆于这对绝缘层15之外。每一根能量传输导体12设有若干互相缠绕的铜线100,这对能量传输导体12与锡铜编织层13相分离,且其符合UL(Underwriters Laboratories)的软线与软电缆标准。绝缘外衣16包容了能量传输导体12及锡铜编织层13,其实质上在本发明中,绝缘层15及绝缘外衣16使用高密度聚乙烯材料制成。
相较于现有技术,使用两根线缆分别传输能量与信号,本发明的线缆1只需要一个绝缘外衣16即可将能量传输导体10与锡铜编织层13包容。因此,本发明用于传输信号与能量的线缆1尺寸大大减小了。

Claims (5)

1.一种线缆,用来传输信号与能量,其包括一对信号传输导体、两个绝缘层、一个编织层、一对能量传输导体及一个绝缘外衣,其中两个绝缘层各自包容与之相应的信号传输导体,编织层呈螺旋状包覆于一对绝缘层及该绝缘层所包容的信号传输导体之外,一对能量传输导体位于编织层外并与其分离,且将信号传输导体夹于其中间,其特征在于:所述绝缘外衣包覆于能量传输导体与信号传输导体之外。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与绝缘外衣使用高密度聚乙烯制成,编织层为锡铜制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述信号传输导体设有若干互相缠绕的铜线。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述能量传输导体设有若干互相缠绕的铜线。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述能量传输导体符合UL(Underwriters Laboratories)的软线与软电缆标准。
