Abstract
发明涉及一种紧扣装置,包括用于插入凹口的卡扣式底部(3)。卡扣式底部(3)具有从顶部件(1)延伸出的底轴(4),并且卡扣式底部(3)设置有与底轴(4)边界面相连的多个翼部(7、8)。底轴(4)包括多个边板(5、6),边板(5、6)之间形成开口(20)。紧扣装置由此实现重量更轻弹性更高。
Description
发明涉及如权利要求1前序部分所述的紧扣装置。
该紧扣装置可从DE10006593A1中了解到。现有的紧扣装置具有插入凹口的卡扣式底部和盘状底部轴,底部轴从顶部件延伸一段距离,两翼部在其边界面连接。
发明目的是提供一种与前述类型的紧扣装置相比重量更轻弹性更高的紧扣装置。
对于前述类型的紧扣装置,本发明通过权利要求1中的特征实现这一发明目的。
对于发明的紧扣装置,底部轴具有相互间隔开的边板围绕开口,底部轴虽然重量较轻,但弹性高,适于凹口尺寸在较大范围内变化,由于边片使得底部轴具有高弹性。
发明所作出的其它有用的结构在从属权利要求中体现。
其它有用的改进和优点将参考附图,在以下的发明优选实施例的描述中体现。
图1是包括卡扣式底部的发明紧扣装置实施例的透视图。
图2是图1实施例的卡扣式底部的截面图。
图1发明紧扣装置实施例的透视图,包括顶部件1,设置漏斗形盖板2,开口朝向发明装置的卡扣式底部3。卡扣式底部3可插入例如例如两半式基础件的凹口(图1未示)。两半式基础件包括通过紧扣装置连接的两部分。在描述的实施例中,卡扣式底部3设置在底部轴4上,从顶部件1延伸一段距离,并且包括第一边板5和第二边板6。所述边板5、6彼此相对设置。第一翼7与第一边板5的外表面连接,第二翼8相应的设置在第二边板6外表面上。
边板5、6在远离顶部件1的方向的一端通过底部轴4的底边9彼此相连。底边9包括连接在所述底边9上彼此基本平行设置的短底部10、11,各较长的中间部分12、13彼此远离向外弯曲,较短的顶部14、15与底部10、11相对设置。顶部材料厚度大于底部10、11以及中部12、13的材料厚度,顶部14、15相对的内表面材料特别厚。顶部14、15连接在与盖板2内表面相连的连接件16、17上。稳定件18、19设置在连接件16、17之间,与连接件16、17一起使盖板2稳定在凹口的中心区域,提高紧扣装置的稳定性。开口20设置在底轴4上,从顶部件1延伸到底边9,由边板5、6的两个长边围成。
发明紧扣装置的翼部7、8分别具有与边板5、6的顶部14、15相连的陷入部分21、22,其圆周朝远离顶部件1的方向增大。陷入部分21、22分别朝底部10、11的方向延伸到变尖的圆周朝底部10、11方向减小的接合部23、24。在陷入部分21、22和变尖的接合部23、24之间的过渡区域为卡扣面25、26,其具有卡扣式底部3最大的圆周,面朝顶部件1,并且当发明的紧扣装置按要求设置时,卡扣面25、26与基础件接合,被基础件掩盖,从而使紧扣装置与基础件固定连接。
一方面,设置开口20使底轴4相对于实心的情况减少了重量,另一方面发明的紧扣装置的底轴4具有较高的弹性,插入的凹口横向尺寸可以在较大范围那变化。再有,翼部7、8本来就有弹性,也可使横截面可以变得更小,特别是在与边板5、6的中间部分12、13相连的中间区域,可以通过边板5、6一起弯曲使横截面变得更小。
图2表示图1实施例中卡扣式底部3在陷入部分21、22区域作截面,向底边9方向看的视图。从图2可以看出,边板5、6相对中心面在横向上彼此偏置,使得发明的紧扣装置可以采用喷射模塑法,制造较为简单。
Claims (7)
1.一种紧扣装置,包括用于插入凹口的卡扣式底部(3),其中所述卡扣式底部(3)具有从顶部件(1)延伸出的底轴(4),并且所述卡扣式底部(3)设置有与所述底轴(4)边界面相连的多个翼部(7、8),其特征在于:所述底轴(4)包括多个边板(5、6),边板(5、6)之间形成开口(20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:所述边板(5、6)与所述翼部(7、8)的数量相同,翼部(7、8)分别与指定的边板(5、6)连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:边板(5、6)分别具有向外弯曲的中间部分(12、13)。
4.如权利要求1到3中任一权利要求所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:所述边板(5、6)在所述顶部件(1)所对的端部通过所述底轴(4)的底边(9)彼此连接。
5.如权利要求1到4中任一权利要求所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:所述边板(5、6)在朝向所述顶部件(1)的各端部,形成与所述顶部件(1)连接的连接件(16、17)。
6.如权利要求1到5中任一权利要求所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:所述边板(5、6)分别具有朝向所述顶部件(1)的顶部(14、15),并且所述边板(5、6)的材料厚度大于其他部分的材料厚度。
7.如权利要求1到6中任一权利要求所述的紧扣装置,其特征在于:两个相互面对的边板(5、6)相对中心面彼此偏置。
