Abstract

背景技术
由文献DE 20 2006 019 411已知这样的固定装置。已知的用于将附件固定在承载件上的固定装置具有盖板,在该盖板上形成有至少两个弹簧支腿。每个弹簧支腿具有第一支腿区段和第二支腿区段,该区段经折弯区段彼此相连。另外,每个弹簧支腿装配有两个支撑侧壁,该侧壁在支腿区段上形成,并包围另一支腿区段。对于固定装置的常规的设置,支撑侧壁卡住嵌在承载件中的容纳凹槽中的边缘,从而使固定装置可靠地固定在承载件上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供前述类型的固定装置,其特征在于极高的撤出力。
通过具有权利要求1的特征的前述类型的固定装置实现了本发明的目的。
将支撑侧壁设置在支撑侧壁凹进部,其被嵌在支腿区段中,并包围在另一支腿区段上形成的支撑侧壁,通过这种方式,支撑侧壁用远离盖板的边沿支撑在相对立的支撑侧壁凹进部的边棱,从而相对于高的撤出力获得特别高的阻力。
在从属权利要求中给出了适宜的设计方案。

具体实施方式
图1用立体图示出了根据本发明的固定装置的实施例。在冲压-折弯工艺中由金属条带制成的根据图1的实施例具有四角形的盖板1,在它的窄侧面形成有卷曲的支承舌,用于安放在附件(图1未示出)上。在盖板1的纵侧面上形成有弹簧支腿4、5,该支腿沿着盖板1向外延伸。另外,在盖板1中,在长纵侧的几近中央处嵌入了两个通路开口6、7,在该长纵侧放置了弹簧支腿4、5,该通路开口使得能够从盖板1的远离弹簧支腿4、5一侧进入到由弹簧支腿4、5包围的内部空间。
作为第一支腿区段,弹簧支腿4、5具有外支腿区段8,其与盖板1相连。在每个外支腿区段8中形成有向外敞开的支撑侧壁凹进部9、10,其在纵向上位于外支腿区段8的几近中央处。
在外支腿区段8的远离盖板的一端,存在折弯区段11,该折弯区段将每个外支腿区段8与作为第二支腿区段的内支腿区段12相连。内支腿区段12设置于外支腿区段8之间的内室中,并从折弯区段11在盖板1的方向上延伸。在每个内支腿区段12上形成两个支撑侧壁13、14,该支撑侧壁由内支腿区段12出发通过支撑侧壁凹进部9、10经外支腿区段8的外侧向外延伸。支撑侧壁13、14在此与外支腿区段8和内支腿区段12呈直角,并设置有指向外的边棱印纹,以使装配力维持得相对小。
每个支撑侧壁13、14在它的远离折弯区段11的一端具有装置区段15,其相对于支撑侧壁呈直角,并与盖板1几乎平行,其中,在内支腿区段12上形成的支撑侧壁13、14的装置区段15相互对准。
在根据本发明的固定装置的常规设置中,装置区段15卡住被嵌在承载件(图1中未示出)中的容纳凹槽的边缘,从而使附件固定在承载件上。
在盖板1和支撑侧壁凹进部9之间,在靠近支承舌2、3的边缘侧上的外支腿区段8上形成有阻隔侧壁16、17,其在另一外支腿区段8的方向上延伸并通过两个舌形区段18、19形成,其彼此发生交叉,并且与对立的阻隔侧壁16、17的舌形区段18、19发生重叠。由此给出了用于外支腿区段8的折弯的挡板。
图2以盖板上方的俯视图示出了根据图1的实施例,同时可以穿过通路开口6、7进行观察。由图2可以看到,在内支腿区段12形成有探入舌片20,该探入舌片相对于内支腿区段12发生卷曲。由此,可以在推进卸载工具(图2中未示)的两个叉尖时使内支腿区段12从外支腿区段8上离开。由此,可以使在弹簧支腿4、5松弛设置时经外支腿区段8凸出的支撑侧壁13、14运动至与外支腿区段8的外侧至少齐平的设置中,从而促使本发明的固定装置与承载件(图2未示出)在外部咬合,进而使附件安装在承载件上。
图3示出了根据图1的在沿着图2的Ⅲ-Ⅲ线、通过弹簧支腿4、5的纵截面的实施例。由图3可以很好地看出舌形区段18、19的重叠设置,其限定了外支腿区段8的弹性路径。
图4示出了根据图1的在沿着图3的Ⅳ-Ⅳ线的截面的实施例,其相对于图3的截面旋转了90°。由图4可以看出,支撑侧壁13、14的远离盖板1的边棱21以一个小的、优选不超过金属板材料厚度的间距与支撑侧壁凹进部9、10的靠近盖板1的边棱33相对立,从而使边棱21、22在盖板1的内支腿区段12发生很小的相对运动时相互抵靠,并由此使得本发明的固定装置相对于较大的外拉力而言具备很高的阻力。
Claims (6)
1.一种用盖板(1)将附件固定在承载件上的固定装置,在所述盖板上形成有至少两个弹簧支腿(4、5),所述弹簧支腿具有第一支腿区段(8)和第二支腿区段(12),所述支腿区段经折弯区段(11)彼此相连,其中,每个支腿区段(4、5)具有两个支撑侧壁(13、14),所述支撑侧壁在一个支腿区段(8、12)上形成,并包围另一支腿区段(8、12),其特征在于,每个支撑侧壁(13、14)都设置在支撑侧壁凹进部(9、10)中,所述支撑侧壁凹进部嵌在支腿区段(8)中,所述支撑侧壁凹进部包围在另一支腿区段(12)上形成的支撑侧壁(13、14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,在所述弹簧支腿的松弛设置状态,所述支撑侧壁(13、14)的靠近折弯区段(11)的边棱(21)和支撑侧壁凹进部(9、10)的靠近盖板(1)的边棱(22)以不超过支撑侧壁(13、14)的材料厚度的间距彼此间隔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述支撑侧壁(13、14)的远离盖板(1)的边棱(21)和支撑侧壁凹进部(9、10)的靠近盖板(1)的边棱(22)彼此呈直角。
4.根据权利要求1至3的任意一项所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述支撑侧壁(13、14)在它的靠近盖板(1)的一侧分别具有装置区段(15),所述装置区段平行于盖板(1)。
5.根据权利要求1至4的任意一项所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧区段(4、5)分别具有两个阻隔侧壁(16、17),所述阻隔侧壁指向另一弹簧支腿(4、5)的方向,其中,所述阻隔侧壁(16、17)在它的自由端具有舌形区段(18、19),所述舌形区段与在对立的弹簧支腿(4、5)上形成的阻隔侧壁(16、17)的舌形区段(18、19)形成咬合。
6.根据权利要求1至5的任意一项所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述盖板(1)具有至少一个通路开口(6、7),而且,在每个弹簧支腿(4、5)上形成探入舌片(20),所述探入舌片通过每个通路开口(6、7)并利用工具来解除弹簧支腿(4、5)与承载件的卡合。
