Abstract

一种脚踏车之动力驱动装置,系由:圆盘状之牵转具、复数个行星齿轮、内周设有环形齿轮之外壳及配设于中央部之太阳齿轮所构成之行星齿轮装置。其特征在于:上述行星齿轮装置乃具有与太阳齿轮构成一体之动力传递用飞轮,复将装设有前述牵转具之主轴连结于一端枢接于脚踏车之踏板之驱动臂之另一端而作为驱动轴。

Description

本发明乃关于脚踏车之动力驱动装置,尤指一种于脚踏车之驱动轴或后轮轴上装设有行星齿轮装置者。
查传统之脚踏车用驱动装置乃如图9所示,系包括:一个或多个重叠设置于一藉踏板之操作而连动之曲轴100之一端之大半径(例如约10cm~13cm)飞轮或大链轮101;一设于后轮轴上之小链轮(图中未示)及一绕挂于上述中之一飞轮101与后轮侧之小链轮间之链条(图中未示)所构成,并藉此装置以传达动力者;因此,其速度比即增速比或减速比仅能依驱动轴之飞轮(大链轮)101与后轮轴之小链轮之齿数差而决定。是故,欲得较大之增速比则只有加大曲轴100之飞轮101之直径,但后轮轴之小链轮则相对应缩小直径;又如欲得较大之驱动力与减速比,则必需构成相反之构造。
然而脚踏车曲轴100之位置通常保持离地面约一定之高度(约20cm),驱动臂103因经规格化而保持自曲轴100之中心起约16cm之长度,飞轮101所能增加之直径受到限制,以致实际上之减速当无庸置言,所能得之增速比亦有限,尤其飞轮101之重量甚重,且通过曲轴100之中心之飞轮101之直径甚大之故,需要较大之驱动力,在脚踏车之操作行驶时,特别是遇到上坡道时,其速度受到限制同时多费无谓之体力。
本发明乃为消除上述传统脚踏车所具缺点而研创完成者,其主要目的在于提供一种使用小直径之飞轮而能得相当大之增速比,并利用杠杆原理而得以用较小之力量而获得大驱动力之脚踏车之动力驱动装置。
为实现上述目的及解决上述问题,本发明系于脚踏车之驱动轴或后 轮轴上装设以行星齿轮装置,驱动轴设有与太阳齿轮构成一体之动力传递用飞轮(大链轮),支持有牵转具之主轴(或曲轴)之一端枢接于驱动臂之一端,此驱动臂之另一端枢支有脚踏车之踏板,牵转具上则枢支有行星齿轮啮合于太阳齿轮;另于后轮轴上设有与壳部形成一体之太阳齿轮,而轴支有牵转具之主轴上设有链轮,牵转具上亦设有行星齿轮啮合于太阳齿轮。
依本发明,因于脚踏车之驱动轴及/或后轮轴上设有行星齿轮装置,因此可以小出力而获得大驱动力。
兹依照附图就本发明之驱动装置详细说明如下:

附图中的图1至图4及图7乃显示本发明之一实施例,其中,14系行星齿轮装置,该装置乃由:圆盘状牵转具1,多个可转动地设在牵转具1上之行星齿轮4,内周设有内齿轮(环形齿轮)5之外壳6及设于中央部之太阳齿轮7所构成。此行星齿轮14之牵转具1系轴支于连结合驱动臂2之主轴(即曲轴)3上,而上述太阳齿轮7则与传递动力用之 飞轮(大链轮)8形成一体。
图5至图6及图8乃显示本发明之另一实施例,在本例中凡与上述图1至图4及图7相同或相当之部份均以同一标号表示而免去再说明。
9系主轴(即后轮轴),该主轴9上成一体设置有圆盘状牵转具1,至于太阳齿轮7上一体设置有后轮用轮壳部10之构造与前述实施例不同。
又,11系设于主轴9之一侧之动力传递用小链轮(小飞轮),此小链轮11内装备有空转时用之棘轮装置12,13系与主轴3及驱动臂2形成一体之较小链轮。
以下就具有如上构造之本发明动力驱动装置之动作说明之:
首先,踩动脚踏车之踏板以使驱动臂2与主轴3一齐旋转时,与主轴3连成一体之行星齿轮装置14之牵转具1亦随之旋转,于是轴支在牵转具1上之行星齿轮4乃与设于外壳6内周之环形齿轮5及设于主轴3上之中央部位之太阳齿轮呈相互啮合之状态一齐旋转。
因此,牵转具1乃沿驱动臂2之旋转方向一边公转、一边使牵转具1上之行星齿轮4本身保持啮合状态向相反之方向自转。
与行星齿轮4啮合之太阳齿轮7此时因会向与行星齿轮相反之方向自转,太阳齿轮7乃得与驱动臂2之旋转方向保持一致,此时其变速比为:
((太阳齿轮7之齿数))/((太阳齿轮7之齿数+环形5之齿数)) =(太阳齿轮7之变速比)假定,设太阳齿轮7之齿数为21齿,环形齿轮5之齿数为53齿,则太阳齿轮7之变速比= 21/(21+53) = 21/73 = 1/3.5
此时,主轴3每旋转一周时,与太阳齿轮7构成一体之动力传递用飞轮8则大约旋转3.5周,因之,假设飞轮8之齿数为35齿时,则可达到习用之飞轮101采用齿数为35×3.5=123齿之情形同样之效果。
实际上,习用之飞轮101其半径为11~13cm,齿数为48~52齿,因此若采用本发明之装置时,可得比习用构造约二倍之增速效果。
再者,对踩动踏板所必要之能量(力量)而言,本发明亦比习用者显著减少,具体言之,习用装置因其曲轴乃与飞轮101一体连结,其半径长(11~13cm)相当大且重量较重,故踩动曲轴踏板所需要之力量较大,体力消耗较多,以致在高速行驶或在陡坡行驶时极容易疲劳,但如使用本发明,因主轴3与飞轮8系分离式可个别运转者,且可将飞轮8之半径减至数分之一,重量相对减轻,尤其是,上述飞轮8之半径与连结踏板之驱动臂2之长度之比率增大(例如1∶4程度),乃可以较小之力量行长时间之高速运转,又如选择变换一组飞轮8中之较小径者以行变速时,则对于陡坡亦可容易地行驶上坡。
再者,图5至图6及图8所示之本发明之另一实施例中,因行星齿轮装置14设在后轮轴9上,在该结构中,牵转具1系由与曲轴3连成一体之小径链轮13随著驱动臂2之驱动旋转并经由链条以传动后轮轴9之飞轮11而旋转,其动作原理与前述者相同。
上述驱动力乃驱动与太阳齿轮7构成一体之轮壳10,固定于此轮壳10上之后轮之轮缘(轮圈)即成为一体同时旋转而使脚踏车前进。此时,如图8所示,因与曲轴3构成一体之链轮13之半径较图7所示者小甚多,重量因此减轻很多,同时链轮13之半径与踏板之驱动臂2之长度之比率甚大,故可以更小之力量获得更大之驱动力。
在上述二实施例中,系就行星齿轮装置14分别装置于驱动轴及后轮轴之二种情况加以说明者,但如将行星齿轮装置同时装设于驱动轴与后轮轴上时,将可获得更大之增速比者,自不待言。
如上所述,本发明因将飞轮与太阳齿轮构成一体,并以其上设有牵转具之曲轴作为驱动轴,或将太阳齿轮与后轮之轮壳部构成一体,并以其上装设有牵转具之主轴作为轴支有飞轮之后轮轴,而将行星齿轮装置 设置于脚踏车上,藉此,可以小力矩获得大驱动力,故在脚踏车之高速或上坡道之行驶中,操作将更为省力及容易,且可得价格低而装置简单之脚踏车之动力驱动装置,对于脚踏车业界堪称一极具价值之发明。

Claims (3)

1、一种脚踏车的动力驱动装置,它是由圆盘状的牵转具,多个行星齿轮,内周设有环形齿轮之外壳,及配设于中央部之太阳齿轮所构成的行星齿轮装置,上述行星齿轮装置具有与太阳齿轮构成一体的动力传递用飞轮,其特征在于:将装设有上述牵转具的主轴,与其一端枢接于脚踏车踏板的驱动臂的另一端相连接,作为驱动轴。
2、根据权利要求1所述的脚踏车的动力驱动装置,其特征在于,该行星齿轮装置具有与脚踏车之后轮轮壳构成一体的太阳齿轮,再将装有上述牵转具之主轴作为轴装有飞轮的脚踏车的后轮轴。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的脚踏车的动力驱动装置,其特征在于该行星齿轮装置是同时装设于脚踏车的驱动轴与后轮轴两者之上。
