Abstract

冷冻机用压缩机的各滑动部位的润滑性是由与循环冷冻剂中所含的冷冻剂具有相溶性的润滑油来确保的。然而,压缩机在起动时,由于压缩机内的循环冷冻剂供给各滑动部位需要一定的时间,因而存在压缩机起动时润滑不良的问题。为了弥补这种起动时的润滑不良,有人提出了在滑动部位涂布含有固体润滑剂的用于形成润滑膜的组合物(例如参照专利文献1)。
然而,即便实施这种涂布,也不能说仅此就充分满足了滑动部位在起动时的润滑性,根据条件不同,涂布的润滑膜有发生磨损,造成烧结的情况。
另外,即便在正常状态运转时,例如二氧化碳气冷冻剂等,根据所用冷冻剂的种类不同,滑动部位的面压升高,即便实施上述涂布,也有该涂层磨损,出现滑动部位润滑不良的情况。

发明内容
本发明是在这种状况下进行的,目的在于提供能确保冷冻机用压缩机在起动时和运转时滑动部位的润滑性的冷冻机用组合物、使用该组合物的压缩机以及冷冻装置。
本发明人等为了实现上述目的,进行了深入的研究,结果发现:通过将包含粘合剂和固体润滑剂的用于形成润滑膜的组合物涂布在构成压缩机构部分的部件的至少部分滑动面上,与具有特定组成的冷冻机油组合物组合,能够解决上述课题。本发明正是基于这一发现而完成的。
即,本发明提供冷冻机油组合物,其特征在于:该组合物用于冷冻机用压缩机,该压缩机中构成压缩机构部分的部件的至少部分滑动面上涂有用于形成润滑膜的组合物,该用于形成润滑膜的组合物以热变形温度为100℃以上的树脂作为粘合剂,并含有固体润滑剂;所述冷冻机油组合物在含有100℃的动态粘度为3-50mm2/s的聚氧化亚烷基二醇的基油中,含有基于冷冻机油组合物总量为0.01-1%质量的下述通式(1)-(3)所示化合物中的至少一种,

本发明的冷冻机油组合物可以确保冷冻机用压缩机在起动时和运转时滑动部位的润滑性。
实施发明的最佳方式
本发明的特征在于,在冷冻机用压缩机的构成压缩机构部分的部件的至少一部分涂布用于形成润滑膜的组合物,该组合物以热变形温度为100℃以上的树脂作为粘合剂,包含固体润滑剂。
此处,热变形温度(HDT)是指在施加一定负荷的状态下、以一定速度升温时塑料变形的温度。本发明中,以依据热变形温度测试ASTMD648(1.8MPa)的温度表示。
本发明中使用的粘合剂必须是热变形温度为100℃以上的树脂,优选热变形温度为150℃以上,更优选200℃以上,特别优选250℃以上。
具体可以例举环氧树脂、酚树脂、氟树脂、不饱和聚酯、聚缩醛、聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚碳酸酯、聚砜、聚苯硫醚、聚氮茚等,从与本发明的冷冻机油组合物中添加的化合物具有类似的结构式这一点考虑,优选含氮原子的树脂,特别优选聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺以及聚氮茚。
聚酰亚胺可以例举芳族聚酰亚胺、聚醚酰亚胺以及它们的改性体等,聚酰胺酰亚胺可以例举芳族聚酰胺酰亚胺以及它们的改性体等。聚氮茚可以优选例举聚苯并咪唑等。这些树脂可以一种单独使用或者多种混合使用。
在本发明中,上述粘合剂包含在用于形成润滑膜的组合物中,涂布在构成压缩机构部分的至少一部分部件的滑动面上。该用于形成润滑膜的组合物中粘合剂的含量优选基于该组合物的总量为20~80%质量。含量为20%质量以上,则下述固体润滑剂可以牢固地保持在润滑膜中,为80%质量以下,则可以获得充分的润滑性。从以上观点考虑,用于形成润滑膜的组合物中粘合剂的含量更优选为30~70%质量。
其次,固体润滑剂只要在固体状态显示润滑性即可,没有特别限制。具体可以例举黑铅、二硫化钼、硫化钨、氟树脂、氮化硼、石墨等,其中优选二硫化钼以及氟树脂。这些固体润滑剂可以一种单独使用或者多种混合使用。
对固体润滑剂在润滑膜中的平均粒径没有特别限定,从形成致密的润滑膜这一点考虑,优选为1~100μm。
相对于100质量份上述粘合剂树脂,固体润滑剂的含量优选为20~80质量份。含量在20质量份以上,则可以得到充分的润滑性,在80质量份以下,则通过减少粘合剂的含量,润滑膜中固体润滑剂的保持性不会降低,不会发生固体润滑剂的磨损或剥离。从以上观点考虑,相对于100质量份上述粘合剂树脂,固体润滑剂的含量更优选为30~70质量份。
另外,优选在用于形成润滑膜的组合物中添加成膜助剂。成膜助剂可适当例举如具有环氧基的化合物、硅烷偶联剂等,可以提高固体润滑剂的保持性。
成膜助剂相对于上述粘合剂树脂的含量以粘合剂树脂与成膜助剂的质量比计优选99∶1~70∶30。
根据需要,在用于形成润滑膜的组合物中可以配合公知的各种添加剂。可以适当配合如磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)等磷酸酯或亚磷酸三壬基苯酯等亚磷酸酯等的特压剂;酚类、胺类抗氧化剂;苯基缩水甘油基醚、环己烯氧化物、环氧化大豆油等的稳定剂;苯并三唑或其衍生物等的铜钝化剂等。除此之外,根据希望可以添加耐负荷添加剂、氯捕捉剂、洗涤分散剂、粘度指数提高剂、油性剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、流动点降低剂等。这些添加剂通常在用于形成润滑膜的组合物中以0.5~10%质量的量含有。
关于润滑膜的膜厚,在不影响本发明效果的范围内没有特别限定,优选为2~5μm。膜厚为μm以上,则可以确保充分的润滑性,为5μm以下,则可以维持耐疲劳性。从以上观点考虑,更优选润滑膜的膜厚为4~25μm。
上述用于形成润滑膜的组合物涂布在构成压缩机构部分的至少一部分部件的滑动面上,对涂布方法没有特别限定,可以例举如下方法:在有机溶剂中溶解上述粘合剂、分散固体润滑剂,制备用于形成润滑膜的组合物,之后将该组合物直接涂布在滑动部位的方法;将该组合物浸渍在滑动部位的方法等。在滑动部位涂布等的组合物通过干燥等方法除去溶剂,形成润滑膜。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物的特征在于:使用在100℃的动态粘度为3~50mm2/s的聚氧化亚烷基二醇作为基油。更具体地说,优选下式(4)表示的聚氧化亚烷基二醇,

此处,R10和R11分别独立表示氢原子或碳原子数1~8的烃基,其中特别优选R10和R11均为甲基的情况。R10和R11彼此可以相同或不同。其次,A表示碳原子数2~8的亚烷基,特别优选碳原子数3的亚烷基。另外,m表示1以上的整数,在m为2以上的的情况下,多个A可以相同或不同。应注意,在A有多种的情况下,AO可以无规或嵌段共聚。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物在上述聚氧化亚烷基二醇中含有下述通式(1)~(3)所示化合物中的至少一种,

此处,R1表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,这些烷基和烯基为直链状、支链状或环状。R2和R3分别独立表示氢原子、碳原子数1~10的烃基、碳原子数1~10的含氮原子的烃基或者碳原子数1~10的含氧原子的烃基,这些烃基为直链状、支链状或环状,可以含有芳族环、不饱和键等。R2和R3彼此可以相同或不同。
通式(1)所示化合物可以例举脂肪酸与胺反应生成的酰胺。反应所用的脂肪酸的具体例子可以例举硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、月桂酸、椰油脂肪酸等,其中特别优选硬脂酸、油酸。反应所用的胺的具体例子可以例举四亚乙基五胺、氨、二乙醇胺、二乙基氨基乙基胺等,其中特别优选二乙基氨基乙基胺。
R4-CO-NR5-R6-COO-X (2)
此处,R4表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,与(1)式中的R1相同。R5表示氢原子或碳原子数1~4的烷基,R6表示碳原子数1~8的亚烷基。X表示氢原子、碱金属原子、碳原子数1~30的烃基、碳原子数1~30的含氮原子的烃基或者碳原子数1~30的含氧原子的烃基。应注意,这些烃基为直链状、支链状或环状,还可以含有芳族环、不饱和键等。
通式(2)所示化合物由脂肪酸与氨基酸、其盐或氨基酸酯反应得到。脂肪酸可以例举硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、月桂酸、椰油脂肪酸等,其中,从溶解性的角度考虑,优选硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、油酸;从获得的容易程度考虑,优选油酸、月桂酸以及椰油脂肪酸。氨基酸的具体例子可以例举肌氨酸(N-甲基甘氨酸)、甘氨酸、谷氨酸等,氨基酸盐可以例举上述氨基酸的钾盐、钠盐等。氨基酸酯可以例举氨基酸异丙基酯、氨基酸-2-羟基十六烷基酯、氨基酸-2-羟基十四烷基酯、氨基酸-2-羟基十二烷基酯等,其中,从获得的容易程度、合成的容易性角度考虑,特别优选氨基酸-2-羟基十六烷基酯、氨基酸-2-羟基十四烷基酯、氨基酸-2-羟基十二烷基酯等的氨基酸-2-羟基脂肪酸酯。
R7-NR8R9 (3)
此处,R7碳原表示子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,与(1)式中的R1相同。R8和R9分别独立表示氢原子或碳原子数1~4的烷基,R8和R9可以彼此可以相同或不同。
通式(3)所示化合物为脂族胺,具体可以例举油基胺、二异丙基胺等。
根据需要,本发明的冷冻机油组合物可以配合公知的各种添加剂。在本发明的冷冻机油组合物中,优选含有磷特压剂作为特压剂,优选酸性磷酸酯和/或其胺盐、酸性亚磷酸酯和/或其胺盐等。特别优选酸性磷酸酯和/或其胺盐。酸性磷酸酯和/或其胺盐的具体例子可以例举二正丁基磷酸酯、二正丁基磷酸酯的十二烷基胺盐、正辛基胺盐、环己基胺盐;二-2-乙基己基磷酸酯、二-2-乙基己基磷酸酯的正辛基胺盐、正丁基胺盐、正乙基胺盐、环己基胺盐等。酸性亚磷酸酯和/或其胺盐的具体例子可以例举二油基氢亚磷酸酯、二油基氢亚磷酸酯的十二烷基胺盐、正辛基胺盐、环己基胺盐;二月桂基氢亚磷酸酯、二月桂基氢亚磷酸酯的十二烷基胺盐、正辛基胺盐、环己基胺盐等。
本发明的冷冻机油组合物优选含有抗氧化剂、酸捕捉剂。
抗氧化剂可以例举酚类、胺类抗氧化剂,具体来说,酚类可以例举2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基酚(DBPC)、2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚等,胺类可以例举N,N’-二异丙基-对苯二胺、N,N’-二仲丁基-对苯二胺、α-萘基胺等。
酸捕捉剂可以例举如含有缩水甘油醚基的化合物、环氧化脂肪酸单酯类、环氧化油脂、含有环氧基环烷基的化合物、α-烯烃环氧化物、含有缩水甘油酯基的化合物等。
除此之外,本发明的冷冻机油组合物可以含有用于现有技术润滑油的公知添加剂,例如可以含有除以上描述之外的特压剂。该特压剂可以例举如:一硫化物类、多硫化物类、亚砜类、砜类、硫代亚磺酸酯类、硫化油脂、硫代碳酸酯类、噻吩类、噻唑类、甲磺酸酯类等有机硫化合物类的特压剂;硫代磷酸三酯类等硫代磷酸酯类的特压剂;高级脂肪酸、羟基芳基脂肪酸类、多元醇酯类、丙烯酸酯类等酯类的特压剂;氯化烃类、氯化羧酸衍生物等有机氯类的特压剂;氟化脂族羧酸类、氟化乙烯树脂、氟化烷基聚硅氧烷类、氟化黑铅等有机氟化类的特压剂;高级醇等醇类的特压剂;萘酸盐类(萘酸铅等)、脂肪酸盐类(脂肪酸铅等)、硫代磷酸盐类(二烷基二硫代磷酸锌等)、硫代氨基甲酸盐类、有机钼化合物、有机锡化合物、有机锗化合物、硼酸酯等金属化合物类的特压剂等。
除此之外,可以适宜配合苯基缩水甘油基醚、环己烯氧化物、环氧化大豆油等稳定剂;苯并三唑或其衍生物等铜钝化剂等。而且,根据希望,可以添加耐负荷添加剂、氯捕捉剂、洗涤分散剂、粘度指数提高剂、油性剂、防锈剂、防腐剂、流动点降低剂等。这些添加剂通常在冷冻机油组合物中以0.5~10%质量的量含有。
本发明的冷冻机油可以使用各种冷冻剂,例如可以使用二氧化碳气冷冻剂、烃类冷冻剂、氨类冷冻剂、氟利昂(flon)类冷冻剂等。这些冷冻剂中,特别优选使用二氧化碳气冷冻剂。
其次,本发明的压缩机的特征在于:使用上述的冷冻机油组合物,在构成压缩机构部分的部件的滑动面上涂有用于形成润滑膜的组合物,该用于形成润滑膜的组合物以含氮原子的树脂作为粘合剂,包含选自二硫化钼和氟树脂的至少一种。此处,构成压缩机构部分的部件例如在斜板式压缩机中是指斜板、活塞、闸瓦等,在这些部件的滑动面上涂布上述用于形成润滑膜的组合物,通过使用上述冷冻机油组合物,可以确保这些滑动面的润滑性。
斜板式压缩机通常是一对汽缸柱前后相对设置,在结合部分形成与循环冷冻剂的吸入口连通的斜板室,各汽缸柱经各自的阀片通过前后的外壳使其两外端闭塞。各外壳中都形成有吸入室和排出室,后侧的排出室与排出排出冷冻剂的排出口相连通。各汽缸柱的共有中心轴孔中插嵌支撑有驱动轴,固定在该驱动轴上的斜板收纳在斜板室内,可以旋转。汽缸柱中在驱动轴周围形成有平行配置的前后多对孔,各孔中嵌有经闸瓦系留在斜板中的自由直动的两头形活塞。各阀片中形成有在各孔之间经吸入阀与各外壳的吸入室相连通的吸入口,同时形成有在各孔之间经排出阀与各外壳的排出室相连通的排出口。而且,斜板室与各外壳的吸入室通过在汽缸柱内形成的吸入通路相连通,前侧外壳的排出室与后侧外壳的排出室通过在汽缸柱内形成的排出通路相连通。
在上述的斜板式压缩机中,循环冷冻剂通过冷冻回路经吸入口导入斜板室,斜板室内的循环冷冻剂经吸入通路导入前后吸入室。而且,由于活塞通过驱动轴的旋转经斜板在各孔内直动,各吸入室内的循环冷冻剂分别经吸入口吸入容积扩大通路上的各孔内。之后,压缩冷冻剂分别从容积缩小通路上的各孔经各自排出口排出到前后排出室。前侧排出室内的压缩冷冻剂经排出通路集中在后侧排出室中,后侧排出室内的压缩冷冻剂经排出口排出到冷冻回路,再次在冷冻回路中循环。
本发明还包括在包含上述压缩机、放热器、膨胀机构和蒸发器的冷冻回路中使冷冻剂二氧化碳循环的冷冻装置。
实施例
接下来,通过实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
冷冻机油组合物的评价通过往复动摩擦磨损试验(バウデンレ-ペン试验)进行。评价5次往复、100次往复和200次往复后的摩擦系数。
测试条件如下:
球:SUJ2 3/16英寸
板:取下株式会社丰田自动织机生产的实际机器的斜板使用。具体来说,该斜板是在FCD700母材上涂布厚度为30μm的用于形成润滑膜的组合物,该组合物使用聚酰胺酰亚胺作为粘合剂,使用二硫化钼、石墨和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为固体润滑剂,之后进行加工,使膜厚为10~20μm、表面粗糙度Rz(10点平均粗糙度)为3.2μm以下而成的。

基油使用重复单元为氧化丙烯(PO)、两末端为甲基、在100℃的粘度为10mm2/s的聚亚烷基二醇,向其中添加表1记载的添加剂、0.5%质量作为抗氧化剂的2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚(DBPC)、1.5%质量作为酸捕捉剂的α-烯烃环氧化物、以及0.9%质量磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP),制备冷冻机油组合物。依据上述方法进行评价,结果示于表1。
需要说明的是,摩擦系数为0.115的值表示涂层磨损,板(母材FCD700)与球(SUJ2)接触时的摩擦系数。

5.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中聚氧化亚烷基二醇具有下述通式(4)所示的结构:
R10-O-(AO)m-R11 …(4)
式中,R10和R11各自独立表示氢原子或碳原子数1~8的烃基,A表示碳原子数2~8的亚烷基,m表示1以上的整数,条件是在m为2以上时,多个A可以相同或不同。
6.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其还含有酸性磷酸酯类和/或其胺盐。
7.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其还含有选自抗氧化剂和酸捕捉剂的至少一种。
8.权利要求1或2所述的冷冻机油组合物,其中压缩机是压缩冷冻剂二氧化碳的。
9.冷冻机油组合物在压缩机中的应用,其特征在于:所述冷冻机油组合物在含有100℃的动态粘度为3~50mm2/s的聚氧化亚烷基二醇的基油中,含有基于组合物总量为0.01~1%质量的下述通式(1)~(3)所示化合物中的至少一种,该压缩机中构成压缩机构部分的部件的滑动面上涂有用于形成润滑膜的组合物,该用于形成润滑膜的组合物以含氮原子的树脂作为粘合剂,并含有选自二硫化钼和氟树脂的至少一种,

式中,R1表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,R2和R3各自独立表示氢原子、碳原子数1~10的烃基、含氮原子的烃基或者含氧原子的烃基,
R4-CO-NR5-R6-COO-X …(2)
式中,R4表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,R5表示氢原子或碳原子数1~4的烷基,R6表示碳原子数1~8的亚烷基,X表示氢原子、碱金属原子、碳原子数1~30的烃基、含氮原子的烃基或者含氧原子的烃基,
R7-NR8R9 …(3)
式中,R7表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,R8和R9各自独立表示氢原子或者碳原子数1~4的烷基。
10.权利要求9所述的应用,其中粘合剂是含有选自聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺和聚氮茚的至少一种的树脂。
11.权利要求9或10所述的应用,其中压缩机是压缩冷冻剂二氧化碳的。
12.权利要求9或10所述的应用,其中构成压缩机构部分的部件是选自斜板、活塞和闸瓦的至少一种。
13.冷冻机油组合物在冷冻装置中的应用,其特征在于:该冷冻装置是在包含压缩机、放热器、膨胀机构和蒸发器的冷冻回路中使冷冻剂二氧化碳循环的冷冻装置,压缩机中使用所述冷冻机油组合物,其是在含有100℃的动态粘度为3~50mm2/s的聚氧化亚烷基二醇的基油中,含有基于组合物总量为0.01~1%质量的下述通式(1)~(3)所示化合物中的至少一种的冷冻机油组合物,并且是在滑动部位涂有用于形成润滑膜的组合物的压缩机,该用于形成润滑膜的组合物以含有选自聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺和聚氮茚的至少一种的树脂作为粘合剂,并含有选自二硫化钼和氟树脂的至少一种,

式中,R1表示碳原子数6~30的烷基或碳原子数6~30的烯基,R2和R3各自独立表示氢原子、碳原子数1~10的烃基、含氮原子的烃基或者含氧原子的烃基,
