Abstract

本发明涉及一种圆柱形锂电池,其包括筒体、容纳于筒体内部的电池单元、用于密封筒体的上盖板、下盖板,电池单元轴心设置有支撑物,该支撑物为中空的金属筒,金属筒具有轴向开口,筒壁上设置有多个小孔,并且支撑物上端呈收拢状,支撑物的下端与下盖板连接为一体,支撑物的下端可通过焊接的方式与下盖板连接为一体;为进一步将电池单元固定于筒体内,电池单元的两端还设置有绝缘垫片。这种结构的电池,其中心富集的热量能及时传递至下盖板,从而具有良好的散热性能,故电池的安全性高,不易爆炸。

【技术领域】
本发明涉锂电池领域,具体涉及圆柱形锂电池。
【背景技术】
随着电子工业、信息产业的迅速发展,人们对各类电器电源的要求越来越高。圆柱形锂离子电池作为高能电源被应用多种移动设备,如移动电话、数码相机、笔记本电脑、便携式电动工具。
通常锂电池就其外形可主要分为方形锂电池、圆柱形锂电池,圆柱形锂电池较方形锂电池具有较小的表面积与容量比,因此散热效果较较方形电池差很多。所以圆柱形锂电池内部的热量更容易产生安全隐患,特别是当大电流放电时极易导致电池爆炸。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种易于散热、安全性能好的圆柱形锂电池。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种圆柱形锂电池,包括筒体、容纳于筒体内部的电池单元、用于密封筒体的上盖板、下盖板,电池单元轴心设置有支撑物,该支撑物与下盖板连接为一体。
进一步地,所述支撑物为中空的金属筒;更进一步地,所述支撑物的侧壁上设置有多个小孔。
进一步地,所述支撑物具有轴向开口。
进一步地,所述支撑物的上端呈收拢状。
根据实施例,阐述本发明的有益效果:1)由于支撑物与下盖板连接为一体,所以电池中心富集的热量能及时传递至下盖板,因此能使电池及时散热,提高电池的安全性;2)支撑物为中空的金属筒,其具有质量轻的有点;3)支撑物地侧壁上设置地多个小孔易于电池内部点解液的渗透;4)支撑物设置有轴向开口,方便在电池装配;5)支撑物地上端呈收拢状,方便制造过程中的电池装配。

【具体实施方式】
实施例1,参阅图1、图3、图4,一种圆柱形锂电池,包括筒体1、容纳于筒体1内部的电池单元2、用于密封筒体1的上盖板3、下盖板4,电池单元2轴心设置有支撑物5,该支撑物5为中空的金属筒,金属筒具有轴向开口8,筒壁上设置有多个小孔6,并且支撑物5上端7呈收拢状,支撑物5的下端与下盖板4连接为一体,支撑物5的下端可通过焊接的方式与下盖板4连接为一体;为进一步将电池单元2固定于筒体1内,电池单元2的两端还设置有绝缘垫片9。
实施例2,参阅图2、图3、图4,一种圆柱形锂电池,包括筒体1、容纳于筒体1内部的电池单元2、用于密封筒体1的上盖板3、下盖板4,电池单元2轴心设置有支撑物5,该支撑物5为中空的金属筒,金属筒具有轴向开口8,筒壁上设置有多个小孔6,并且支撑物5上端7呈收拢状,其支撑物5的下端与下盖板4连接为一体,支撑物5的下端可通过焊接的方式与下盖板4连接为一体;为进一步将电池单元2固定于筒体1内,电池单元2的两端还设置有绝缘垫片9。

Claims (4)

1.一种圆柱形锂电池,包括筒体、容纳于筒体内部的电池单元、用于密封筒体的上盖板、下盖板,电池单元轴心设置有支撑物,其特征是,支撑物为中空的金属筒,支撑物与下盖板焊接为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池,其特征是,支撑物的上端呈收拢状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池,其特征是,所述支撑物的侧壁上设置有多个小孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形锂电池,其特征是,所述支撑物具有轴向开口。
