本实用新型涉及一种电容器，尤其涉及一种抗震动超级电容器。
背景技术
超级电容器是一种新型储能装置，具有良好的大功率充放电性能，能量转换效率高、温度特性好、循环使用寿命长和绿色环保等优点，使超级电容器成为当前绿色储能领域研究和发展的热点，而受到世界各国的普遍重视。超级电容器的应用范围也十分广泛，主要应用于电力电子、数码、汽车、医疗、卫生、通讯、能源、军事等领域。
目前大容量圆柱型超级电容器装配后，外壳和卷芯之间都会存在一定间隙，当超级电容器使用在震动比较大的装置上时，内部卷芯会产生移动，而造成正极和负极引出铝条相互接触短路或断裂，使超级电容器不能正常工作。为使超级电容器可以使用在震动环境中，一般采用灌胶或橡胶卡簧的方式，但是灌胶会降低超级电容器的散热性和使外壳的防爆凹槽丧失防爆功能，而降低超级超级电容器的安全性能；使用橡胶卡簧增加了超级电容器的原材料成本和制作成本，如果橡胶卡簧与电解液发生反应还会降低超级电容器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制作方便、散热效果好的抗震动超级电容器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种抗震动超级电容器，包括向上开口的壳体，壳体内装有卷芯，卷芯上带有正极铝条和负极铝条，其特征是：壳体上设计有凹槽，凹槽处壳体的内径与卷芯的外径相同，壳体上端带有盖板，盖板上设计有接线端子，接线端子上分别与正极铝条和负极铝条相焊接，壳体的底部外表面设计有防爆槽。
此结构中，所述凹槽的宽度为3~10mm。
此结构中，相邻凹槽之间的距离为10~20mm。
本实用新型的优点效果在于：由于本实用新型的这种结构，壳体上的凹槽对超级电容器的卷芯起到了支撑作用，防止了强烈的震动造成正极引出铝条和负极引出铝条相互接触或断裂，并且制作方式简便，不会影响超级电容器的散热，所以保证了产品的使用寿命，提高了其功率性能；由于壳体内不灌胶，不会对壳体防爆凹槽产生影响，保证了超级电容器的安全性能；由于不引入其他原材物料也降低了超级电容器的生产成本。

本实用新型如图1、2所示，一种抗震动超级电容器，包括向上开口的壳体3，壳体3内装有卷芯2，卷芯2上带有正极铝条5和负极铝条6，其特征是：壳体3上设计有凹槽1，凹槽1处壳体3的内径与卷芯2的外径相同，壳体3上端带有盖板4，盖板4上设计有接线端子7，接线端子7上分别与正极铝条5和负极铝条6相焊接，壳体3的底部外表面设计有防爆槽8。在本实施例中，所述凹槽1的宽度为3~10mm。在本实施例中，相邻凹槽1之间的距离为10~20mm。

1.一种抗震动超级电容器，包括向上开口的壳体（3），壳体（3）内装有卷芯（2），卷芯（2）上带有正极铝条（5）和负极铝条（6），其特征是：壳体（3）上设计有凹槽（1），凹槽（1）处壳体（3）的内径与卷芯（2）的外径相同，壳体（3）上端带有盖板（4），盖板（4）上设计有接线端子（7），接线端子（7）上分别与正极铝条（5）和负极铝条（6）相焊接，壳体（3）的底部外表面设计有防爆槽（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗震动超级电容器，其特征在于：所述凹槽（1）的宽度为3~10mm。
