Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种动力传动带,尤其是涉及一种其中用PBO纤维加强的动力传动带。
背景技术
在传统的动力传动带中,所述带具有内压缩部,外张紧部和中间中性面。通常,成螺旋线缠绕的加强线位于中性面内,而且因此所述中性面也为称为负载区域。该传动带还具有多个凹槽和凸缘构造,采用纵向或横向凹槽或两者的结合。所述凹槽位于带的内压缩部,其用于在动力传动系统中帮助啮合带轮。对于某些传动带,凹槽和凸缘构造也可由外张紧部提供。
负载区域的加强线为带提供了大部分的抗张强度。因此,构成带的材料是十分重要的。所知的是用高模量材料的加强线,包括采用聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole))。然而,由于PBO纱独特的物理性质,在动力传动带中用简单的PBO纱代替已知的聚合酯或芳族聚酰胺线,是不能得到令人满意性能的传动带的。
发明内容
本发明针对一种动力传动带,其包括但不仅限于同步传动带或各种多楔带。所述带具有压缩部,张紧部和负载部。该负载部由多根加强线构成。加强线由聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)形成。在每一根加强线中,线具有的纱捻度大于线捻度,而且线捻度为合股捻度的1/4-1/2。
本发明的其它方面,加强线的纱捻系数为1.0-1.5的范围,加强线的合股捻系数为3.2-4.3的范围,而且加强线的线捻系数为1.7-4.1的范围。
本发明的另一方面,所述PBO加强纱的旦尼尔(denier)范围为1090分特-3270分特(dTex)。
本发明的另一方面,所述传动带具有纵方向,而且,该加强线相对该带的纵向倾斜0°-30°的角度。
本发明的另一方面,所述PBO线具有选自由1×2,1×2×3,1×4×3或1×4×5组成的组的构造。

具体实施方式
下文是本发明的一个或多个最优实施形式。其目的是以实施例形式对本发明的主要原理进行描述,但并不限制本发明。本发明的范围应参考权利要求书。
图1中主要示出同步传动带10,其具有张紧部12,负载部14和压缩部16。压缩部具有多个横向凸缘18,其带有多个横向凹槽20。该负载部14具有纵向加强线22,其埋入合适的材料24中。
所述带的张紧部12由弹性体材料形成。该弹性体可以是已知的适用于该带的任意一种,如:聚氯丁烯,聚氨酯,NBR,IIR,IR,SBR,CSM,EPDM,其它热固树酯,热塑塑料弹性体和其它聚合物合金。
所述压缩部16由弹性体材料形成。该弹性体材料可以是本领域所知的任何适用的材料。形成压缩部16的弹性体材料可以与形成张紧部12的材料相同或类似。可以选择地是,压缩部16的弹性体与张紧部12中的弹性体可以是不同的基复合材料。该弹性体材料也可以用离散化纤维加强。优选地是,该纤维横向延伸并且具有从纵向凸缘18的侧面凸出的部分。由该带的最终用途而定,线或纤维的连续加强层可位于压缩部16的表面。该压缩部16的最外表面,形成带10的最内表面,其可具有改变带10表面性能的纤维层26。
根据本发明,在负载部14中的加强线22为多纤丝聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(“PBO”)纱或线。目前有两种PBO纤维,即AS(初生型)和HM(高模量型)。PBO-AS纱的旦尼尔范围为278分特-1670分特,而PBO-HM纱的旦尼尔范围为273分特-3270分特。对于本发明,PBO-HM纱的旦尼尔优选范围为1090分特-3270分特。该PBO纱扭捻成线;适宜的线构造包括1×2,1×2×3,1×4×3和1×4×5。
为了在保持PBO线高模量时仍能达到期望的挠曲疲劳,单独的PBO纱的捻系数范围应为1.0~1.5,由若干纱形成的合股捻系数范围应为3.2-4.3,而且该线具有一最终捻系数1.7-4.1。所述的任一捻系数都由通用捻系数公式计算,其中捻系数等于每米的捻回数乘以单位为分特的线密度的平方根,然后再除以3000(即捻系数=[每米的捻回数×分特的平方根]/3000)。在期望的捻系数范围内,合股捻度通常比纱捻度要大,而线捻度要小于纱或合股捻度。优选地是,线捻度为1/4-1/2合股捻度。具有这些捻度系数值的PBO线使得传动带在保持高模量时还具有良好的挠曲疲劳。较高的捻度值可使得传动带具有略微优化的挠曲疲劳,但同时也会减小传动带模量。相反地,较低捻度将会增加传动带模量,但会减小挠曲疲劳(动力传动带的决定性特征)。纱和合股在同一方向扭捻,而线则在相反方向扭捻;因此线以ZZS或SSZ扭捻。
由于强度由PBO线提供,所以传动带的宽度可比传统带的宽度小。这在所述系统和带的寿命期间节省了动力传动系统的费用。
在传动带10内,其加强线22相对于该带的纵向倾斜0°-30°的角度。线22的倾斜角影响带的拉伸性能。由于加强线22的高抗张强度,带内的线22的倾斜角越小,带的拉伸性能越低,而线倾斜角越大,带就越有弹性。
PBO纱可涂覆适当的粘合剂,其包括双层粘合剂,第一层粘合剂为环氧乳胶化合物,第二层粘合剂为间苯二酚-甲醛乳胶(RFL)。该双层浸纱在专利US6,824,871中有详细描述;该专利通过引用完全结合在本发明中。
图2示出了多楔带(poly-v)30。该带30具有张紧部32,负载部34和压缩部36。该压缩部36具有多个纵向凸缘38,其带有多个横向凹槽40。该负载部34具有纵向加强线42,其埋入合适的材料44中。与图1所示的带10相似,该加强线42可由上述类型的PBO纱和线形成。
Claims (7)
1.一种传动带,其具有压缩部、张紧部和负载部,该负载部包括纵向加强线,该线由聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑纱形成,其特征在于:
所述加强线的纱捻度大于线捻度,而且加强线的线捻度为合股捻度的1/4-1/2;其中
纱和合股在同一方向扭捻,而线则在相反方向扭捻;
加强线的纱捻系数范围为1.0-1.5;
加强线的合股捻系数范围为3.2-4.3;以及
加强线的线捻系数范围为1.7-4.1。
2.如权利要求1所述的传动带,其中加强纱的旦尼尔范围为1090分特-3270分特。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的传动带,其中所述传动带具有一纵向,该加强线相对该带的纵向倾斜0°-30°的角度。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的传动带,其中加强线具有1×4×5的构造。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的传动带,其中加强线具有1×4×3的构造。
6.如权利要求3所述的传动带,其中加强线具有1×4×5的构造。
7.如权利要求3所述的传动带,其中加强线具有1×4×3的构造。
