Abstract
本发明提供了一种能长期产生负离子、远红外的抗菌板材。其由下述配方按重量百分比经混合搅拌,制坯,然后放入轨道窑中恒温烤制而成:电气石精矿20~40%、纳米级电气石粉5~10%、纳米级二氧化钛粉5~10%、人造大理石物料40~70%。这种抗菌板材做成的地板能长期产生负离子、远红外线,能杀灭空气中的细菌和有害物质,能促进人体血液循环,活化人体组织细胞,提高人体免疫力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建材,特别是一种能产生负离子,发射远红外的抗菌板材。
背景技术:
目前,家庭装修所使用的地板,一般为木地板、大理石、花岗岩、瓷砖等。众所周知,木地板要上漆、粘合,都不同程度的含甲醛、氨、苯等有害物质。花岗岩或多或少的含重金属或放射性物质。具有关测定,使用这些材料装修的居室,有害气体可以滞留5~8年,对人的健康危害很大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足而公开一种能产生负离子、发射远红外的抗菌板材,或称电气石地板,或称托玛琳地板。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现:
制造本发明地板的原料配方及各组分用量的重量百分比为
电气石精矿 20~40%;
80~300纳米的电气石粉 5~10%;
80~300纳米的二氧化钛粉 5~10%;
人造大理石复合物料 40~70%。
所述的电气石英文名为tourmaline,音译”托玛琳”其化学通式为Na(Mg,Fe,Mn,Li,Al)3Al6[Si6O18](BO3)3(OH,F)4,是一种以含硼为特征的铝、铁、钠、镁、锂的环状结构硅酸盐矿物.摩氏硬度7-7.5,比重2.98-3.20,主要成分有镁、铝、铁、硼等20多种对人体有利的微量元素。由于它是一种结构特殊的极性结晶体,自身能产生电离子,并永久释放空气负离子和远红外线,故取名”电气石”,电气石具有特殊的热电性和压电性,在受热、受压或者受到其它能量激发时都会产生电荷,释放出大量的负离子,并能发射对人体有益的远红外线,具有特别的电磁波防护功能。
所述的纳米级二氧化钛具有光催化性能及抗辐射性能,有着超亲水性及亲油性,能降解空气中的有害有机物及有机磷农药,能降解环境污染中的甲醛、甲苯等致癌物,其降解机理是:在光照条件下将这些有害物质转化为二氧化碳,水和有机酸。
本发明抗菌板材的制造方法包括如下步骤:
1.按配方重量比称取电气石精矿,纳米级电气石粉,纳米级二氧化钛粉及人造大理石复合物料;
2.将电气石精矿,纳米级电气石粉,纳米级二氧化钛粉添加倒人造大理石复合物料中,混合搅拌均匀;
3.再按制造人造大理石技术制板材;
4.切割成所需规格,放入轨道窑炉中60℃恒温,烤2小时即得到能产生负离子、远红外的地板砖,或称电气石地板砖,或称托玛琳地板砖。
本发明的优点在于:
1.配方独特,能产生负离子和发射远红外。众所周知,负离子素有“空气维生素”、“血管清道夫”及“细胞活化素”之美称,能改善肺的换气功能,促进血液循环,提高人的免疫力;能杀死空气中带正电荷的多种细菌,净化空气,清除家庭装修等环境中的有害物质。远红外现能穿透人体皮肤10mm的深度,对活化人体组织细胞,促进及改善人体血液循环,提高机体免疫力都有良好作用。
据有关部门分析检验,该产品释放负离子数830~960个/cm3,远红外发射率为0.87,对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率大于99%。
2.具多种颜色,可广泛应用于家庭、桑拿房、光波房,岩盘浴等保健行业。
3.不会出现老化,功能退化和饱和现象。
具体实施方式:
制备1000公斤本发明负离子、红外线地板砖,可称取电气石精矿250公斤,100纳米的电气石粉50公斤,100纳米的二氧化钛50公斤,人造大理石复合物料650公斤,将前三种添加到人造大理石复合物料之中,用制造人造大理石技术制砖,放入轨道窑炉中恒温60℃,烤制2小时即成。
Claims (2)
1.能产生负离子远红外的抗菌板材,包括人造大理石复合物料,其特征是:在人造大理石复合物料中添加电气石精矿、纳米级电气石粉、纳米级二氧化钛,经混合搅拌,制成板材或砖,并经烤制而成,各原料组分用量的重量百分比为:
电气石精矿 20~40%
纳米级电气石粉 5~10%
纳米级二氧化钛粉 5~10%
人造大理石物料 40~70%
其中:纳米级电气石粉为80~300纳米的细度;二氧化钛粉为80~300纳米的细度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能产生负离子远红外的抗菌板材的制作方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)按配方用量重量百分比称取电气石精矿,纳米级电气石粉;纳米级二氧化钛粉及人造大理石复合物料;
(2)将电气石精矿,纳米级电气石粉,纳米级二氧化钛粉添加到人造大理石复合物料中,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)再按制造人造大理石技术制板材或地板砖;
(4)切割成所需规格,放入轨道窑炉中60℃恒温,烤2小时即得到能产生负离子、远红外的地板砖,或称电气石地板,或称托玛琳地板。
