Abstract
本发明属于添加剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种可释放负氧离子的添加剂及其制备方法。可释放负氧离子的添加剂由独居石、沸石、麦饭石和托玛琳制成。本发明永久性释放负氧离子、发射远红外线、无毒、无害、无放射性、能祛除室内甲醛、苯、氨气等有害气体,具有除臭抑菌、净化水和空气等保健功能。

技术领域
本发明属于添加剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种可释放负氧离子的添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
负氧离子医学是一门集电子学、物理化学、材料学、高分子学、生命科学及临床医学等多门学科为一体的基础科学。负氧离子是指获得1个或1个以上的电子带负电荷的氧气离子。空气中生成的负氧离子绝大多数是空气负氧离子。它是空气中的氧分子结合了自由电子而形成的。自然界的放电(闪电)现象、光电效应、喷泉、瀑布等都能使周围空气电离,形成负氧离子。负氧离子具有极佳的净化除尘、减少二手烟危害、改善预防呼吸道疾病、改善睡眠、抗氧化、防衰老、清除体内自由基、降低血液粘稠度的效果,在医学界享有“维他氧”“空气维生素”“长寿素”“空气维他命”等美称。
负氧离子的医疗保健原理主要是因为负氧离子具有抗氧化(还原性)防衰老的突出作用,而负氧离子的抗氧化性(还原性)是一种基本化学原理,负氧离子带有负电位,即有多余的电子,可以补充给老化细胞或血球电子,从而实现抗氧化防衰老,消减自由基的作用。在生物体内,脂质的电子被抢夺,会氧化成老年斑;蛋白质的电子被抢夺,细胞功能将失常;基因的电子被抢夺,就会得癌症。在生物体内,这种抢夺电子的物质被称为“自由基”,从量子医学层次讲,电子被抢夺是万病之源。同样,铁生锈,石头风化,植物腐烂,都是氧化的结果。负氧离子带有负电位,即有多余的电子,电子补充给自由基后,自由基被还原即消除了自由基,而自身转变为氧分子O2。
现代科学研究发现,负氧离子是一种对人体健康非常有益的远红外辐射材料,适宜人体吸收的远红外线最佳波长为9.6μm,而负氧离子矿物晶体辐射远红外线的波长在2-18μm范围内,且辐射功率发射密度为0.04w/cm2略高。以上数据可充分证实,负氧离子矿物晶体辐射的远红外线与人体协调很好,可被人体全部吸收。一般而言,人每天需要约130亿个负氧离子,而我们的卧室、办公室、娱乐场所等环境,只能提供约1-20亿个。这种供求之间的巨大反差,往往容易导致肺炎、气管炎的呼吸疾病。集中采暖以及冷气设备的空调系统,负氧离子常被驱除。合成纤维、地毯带有正电荷易吸收负氧离子。钢筋、纤维板都吸收负氧离子。负氧离子浓度的高低与人们的健康息息相关,人们时刻需要负氧离子,尤其在污染日益严重的今天。据环境学家研究,当每立方厘米空气中负氧离子数20个以下时,人就会感到倦怠、头晕脑胀;当每立方厘米空气中的负氧离子数在1000~10000个之间时,人就会感到心平气和、平静安定;当每立方厘米空气中的负氧离子数在10000个以上时,人就会感到神清气爽、舒适惬意;而当每立方厘米空气中的负氧离子数高达10万个以上时,就能起到镇静、止喘、消除疲劳、调节神经等防病治病效果。
负氧离子发现与应用是人类在十九世纪的事,第一个国际学术会上证明负氧离子对人体有功效的是德国物理学家菲利浦莱昂纳博士,他认为地球自然环境对人类健康有益的负氧离子最多的地方是瀑布周围。在医学界,负氧离子被确认是具有杀灭病菌及净化空气的有效手段。其机理主要在于负氧离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡,最终降沉于地面。医学研究表明,空气中带负电的微粒使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫能力,增强人体机能,调节机体功能平衡的作用。据考证,负氧离子对人体7个系统,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的保健作用更为明显。
当人类确认负氧离子对人有功效作用时,为了改善环境促进健康,各种负氧离子发生器大量被发明出来,主要采用两个途径,一种是利用高压电产生电离使空气产生负氧离子,另一种利用天然矿物质,经加工而成。地球上有很多能释放负氧离子的材料,通常指能量石,有各种矿石,海藻类海底石和含有蛋白的轻质页岩,利用此种材料采用高科技技术加工成细粉体,与高分子材料相配合,可研究出很多产品,应用在纺织工业,塑料产品、纸制品等,形成各种负氧离子功能产品,这些产品负氧离子释放数量每立方厘米可达1200-5000个,不亚于人类在郊外、田野的自然环境中。
我国是负氧离子矿石资源最丰富的国家之一,国内很多科研人员也对负氧离子矿石进行了不少的研究。近几年一些负氧离子材料的发明也相继问世,采用负氧离子添加剂应用于各种生活用品是负氧离子研究的方向。在利用天然矿石加工负氧离子添加剂的方案也有很多,但大多数负离子添加剂使用效果并不理想。客观上需要一种负氧离子添加剂,能具有永久性释放负氧离子、发射远红外、无毒、无害、无放射性、能祛除室内甲醛、苯、氨气等有害气体等多种环保功能。在(CN104987038)一种可以消除异味的陶瓷器皿及其制备方法的专利中,虽然采用了独居石、托玛琳等天然矿石,但其所述的纳米抗菌粉的制备方法中又用了硝酸银、硝酸锌等价格高昂的化工材料,而且工艺复杂,原材料及能耗都比较高,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可释放负氧离子的添加剂,具有永久性释放负氧离子、发射远红外线、无放射性的功能;本发明同时提供了可释放负氧离子的添加剂的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的可释放负氧离子的添加剂由独居石、沸石、麦饭石和托玛琳制成。

本发明所述的可释放负氧离子的添加剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)原料用水力去泥除杂净选;
(2)干燥脱水;
(3)粗级破碎;
(4)超微粉碎加工;
(5)分级提纯精选;
(6)将计量好的原料混合制得粉体混合物,然后采用表面活性剂,用表面物理涂覆法对粉体混合物进行表面改性活化处理,即得。
步骤(6)中所述的表面活性剂为蔗糖酯。
表面物理涂覆法是一种对无机粉体进行简单改性的工艺方法。它主要是利用表面活性剂对粉体表面进行“覆膜”处理而达到表面改性的目的。
在制作添加剂时,配方比例含量可视不同情况而定。
本发明所述的独居石是稀土金属矿的主要矿物之一。有油脂光泽或玻璃光泽,贝壳状至参差状断口,性脆,莫氏硬度为5-5.5,密度约为4.9-5.5g/cm3,我国白云鄂博是独居石的重要产地。麦饭石是一种天然的硅酸盐矿物,其主要矿物是火山岩,含有硼、锗、铜、锌、锡、镓、铬、镍、铟、钼、钒、钴、铌、钽、锆、硒、铍、钡、锶,以及稀土元素镧、铈、钇、镱等。我国麦饭石资源极为丰富,几乎各省、市、自治区均有分布。沸石是一种含水的碱金属或碱土金属的铝硅酸矿物,具有吸附性、离子交换性、催化和耐酸耐热等性能,河北省围场县为目前我国境内已发现的沸石储量最高的地区。托玛琳是一种天然晶体宝石,在矿物学中称为电气石,是一种含硼及成分复杂的硅酸盐矿物。一般为柱状结晶体形态。托玛琳既是一种晶体,又是一种电介质,还是一种带电的石头;具有独特的压电效应和热电效应,对人体健康有多种促进作用,可发射被称为“生命之光”的波长4-14微米的远红外,与人体远红外波长相匹配,改善微循环;还可释放被称为“空气维生素”的负氧离子。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明永久性释放负氧离子、发射远红外线、无毒、无害、无放射性、能祛除室内甲醛、苯、氨气等有害气体,具有除臭抑菌、净化水和空气等保健功能。特别是该产品中含有微量元素“锗”和“锶”,能抑制杀灭人体癌细胞、活化人体细胞、降低血压,改善睡眠、助长牙齿增长、增强免疫力、延缓皮肤衰老。
2.本发明采用科学配方和经过提纯的物理制备工艺,采用纳米包裹技术进行改性活化表面处理,经处理过的高纯负氧离子远红外多功能添加剂,更具环保性、安全性,功能性效果更佳。
3.本发明制作的添加剂可广泛应用于各种陶瓷、涂料、装饰建材、医疗保健品等行业,应用范围更广。
4.本发明比市场上的负氧离子材料纯度更高,释放的负氧离子具有较高的活性,有着很强的氧化还原的作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到一个抗菌杀菌的目的。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料组成:独居石39%,沸石7%,麦饭石29%,托玛琳25%,以重量百分比计。将所有原料按如下工艺步骤进行加工处理:(1)用水力去泥除杂净选;(2)干燥脱水;(3)粗级破碎;(4)超微粉碎加工;(5)分级提纯精选;(6)按以上质量百分比配料混合制得粉体混合物,然后采用表面活性剂蔗糖酯,用表面物理涂覆法对粉体混合物进行表面改性活化处理,即得。
实施例2
原料组成:独居石33%,沸石23%,麦饭石23%,托玛琳21%,以重量百分比计。将所有原料按如下工艺步骤进行加工处理:(1)用水力去泥除杂净选;(2)干燥脱水;(3)粗级破碎;(4)超微粉碎加工;(5)分级提纯精选;(6)按以上质量百分比配料混合制得粉体混合物,然后采用表面活性剂蔗糖酯,用表面物理涂覆法对粉体混合物进行表面改性活化处理,即得。
实施例3
原料组成:独居石45%,沸石8%,麦饭石25%,托玛琳22%,以重量百分比计。将所有原料按如下工艺步骤进行加工处理:(1)用水力去泥除杂净选;(2)干燥脱水;(3)粗级破碎;(4)超微粉碎加工;(5)分级提纯精选;(6)按以上质量百分比配料混合制得粉体混合物,然后采用表面活性剂蔗糖酯,用表面物理涂覆法对粉体混合物进行表面改性活化处理,即得。
实施例1-3制备出的添加剂经检测负氧离子释放量每克每秒达2050个-25000个,远红外发射波长2-18um。添加剂对远红外的发射率为90%以上;添加剂中产生的负氧离子具有较高的活性,有着很强的氧化还原的作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到一个抗菌杀菌的作用,对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率达到98%以上。

(6)将计量好的原料混合制得粉体混合物,然后采用表面活性剂,用表面物理涂覆法对粉体混合物进行表面改性活化处理,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可释放负氧离子的添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(6)中所述的表面活性剂为蔗糖酯。
