Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于气囊模块的盖板。
背景技术
用于气囊模块、特别地用于驾驶员的气囊模块的盖板通常具有盖子部分,即狭义上的盖板,和与盖子部分连接的多个互连的壁。所设置的壁通常是前后壁以及将上述壁相互连接的两个侧壁。该壁在横截面上呈直线状或轻微弯曲。
在已知的盖板中,盖子部分和壁具有大致相同的壁厚。由于它们被制造为单个零件,例如通过注射成型,因此在从盖子部分到壁的过渡点上,该制造方法导致在盖子部分的可见表面上形成缩痕。
如果壁厚对盖子部分的厚度之比为1∶3到最大的1∶2,就能够避免缩痕。在已知的气囊盖板中,为了获得上述的壁厚比,在壁向盖子部分的过渡点上提供变薄的部分。在制造之后,构成底切的所述变薄的部分不得不借助滑块或通过强行脱模进行脱模。这两种类型的脱模都具有缺陷。强行脱模可能会导致部件的变形。滑块是昂贵的且限制了设计盖板的撕裂缝(tearing seam)的可能性。
发明内容
因此,本发明基于避免盖子部分向壁的过渡点上的可见表面上的缩痕的目的,企图确保气囊板从生产工具上容易脱模。
根据本发明,通过一种用于气囊模块的盖板实现了这些目的,所述盖板具有盖子部分、前壁和后壁,其中所述前壁和所述后壁通过侧壁彼此连接,并且其中所述前壁、所述后壁和所述侧壁基本上垂直于所述盖子部分延伸,其特征在于,当从所述后壁和所述侧壁各自的横截面上观察时,所述后壁和所述侧壁中的每个壁以交替的方式在不同方向上延伸比各自壁的长度短的距离,从而所述后壁和两个侧壁中的每个壁具有曲折的或正弦的横截面,其中在支靠发生器支架的设置有紧固元件的那些壁区域的壁部分处提供开口,用于将发生器支架锁到所述盖板,其中所述壁的横截面在所述开口的边缘处改变方向,并且其中所述壁的厚度是所述盖子部分的厚度的一半至三分之一。
在用于气囊模块,特别是驾驶员的气囊模块的盖板中,盖板具有盖子部分和基本上垂直于盖子部分延伸的至少一个壁。根据本发明,当从壁的横截面观察时,所述壁以交替的方式在不同方向上延伸比壁的长度短的距离。所述壁优选地以曲折的方式延伸。借助壁的这样的横截面轮廓,可以将所述壁设计成显著地比现有技术的壁更薄,并获得和后者相同的刚度。因此能够在没有底切的情况下获得壁厚对盖子部分厚度的上述比率。因而,首先,能够在盖子部分的表面上避免缩痕,并且,其次,不需要复杂的脱模工具。此外,还节省了材料,进而也节省了重量。与现有技术的壁相比,还能够获得对盖板的撕裂缝的设计的更大自由度。
如果该横截面以例如正弦地弯曲的方式延伸,则同样能够获得与壁的曲折切面所具有的类似的优点。
优选地,用来将发生器支架锁在盖板上的开口设置在靠在发生器支架的设置有紧固元件的那些壁区域上的壁部分。优选地,壁的横截面在开口的边缘改变了方向。
优选地,壁的厚度是盖子部分厚度的一半或三分之一。为了在这种壁厚下获得壁强度的进一步增加或者为了进一步减小壁的厚度,壁可以具有增强肋。这些都不需要任何附加的脱模工具。优选地,该增强肋从盖子部分大致垂直地延伸开,而不与盖子部分连接。
在一个实施例中,提供四个相互连接的壁,其中的三个在横截面上以交替的方式在不同方向上延伸。
优选地,根据本发明设计两个侧壁和后壁。
至少一个壁至少部分地相对于盖子部分大致垂直地被切开,以便壁在锁定到发生器支架期间更容易弹性变形。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中所示的盖板1具有盖子部分2、前壁3和后壁4。所述两个壁通过侧壁5、6相互连接。在壁3、4在横截面中基本上呈直线的情况下,侧壁5、6以稍弯曲的方式延伸并且在前部和后部向内弯曲。但是,这种外形在侧壁5、6的强度方面几乎不提供任何超过直线外形的改进。
在侧壁5、6中提供开口,在图3和图4中示出了其中一个开口7。锁钩8接合在所述开口中,以便将发生器支架(未示出)锁到盖板1上。

Claims (5)
