Abstract

Description

用于铰接连接雨刷器的雨刷片与雨刷臂的装置
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于铰接连接雨刷器的雨刷片和雨刷臂的装置。
由WO 02/40328 A1已知这种型式的装置。它包括板钩头形状的接合构件、塑料制成的转接器和与雨刷臂固定连接的连接构件。接合构件借助于钩头和/或通过焊接固定在以两个平行延伸的弹簧条形式的雨刷片的支承构件上。它具有一种U形横截面轮廓，其中侧壁从邻接于支承构件的底部件出发弯离支承构件大约90°。在这些侧壁里设有开口，轴承盖螺栓抗扭转地装入在该开口里。在接合构件的侧壁之间侧面地导引的转接器，通过毂可摆动地支承在该轴承盖螺栓上。转接器具有卡锁机构和固定机构，通过这些机构，它夹入到接合构件的向着雨刷片方向敞开的轮廓(Profil)里。在安装的位置上，连接构件从外面既包围住转接器，也包围住接合构件的侧壁。在刮水过程中，在雨刷臂和雨刷片之间有相对运动时，可以在连接构件的内侧面和接合构件的外侧面之间形成接触。因为这两个零件一般由金属制成，因此在此产生增大的摩擦，因此还可能损伤其腐蚀防护。
由DE 103 47 637 A1已知有一种用于铰接连接雨刷片和雨刷臂的类似装置。这里为板钩头形式的接合构件具有一种中间的在纵向方向上延伸的导板，它从雨刷片的支承构件伸出，并在其中抗扭转插入横向延伸的摆动轴。在纵板的两侧悬伸出的摆动轴上，通过轴承孔可摆动地支承有转接器，该轴承孔布置在侧面的弹簧舌里。由塑料制成的转接器从外面包住钩头，并借助于卡锁机构和固定机构而夹入到向着雨刷片方向敞开的接合构件里，该接合构件与雨刷臂固定连接。转接器一方面通过内部的导板侧面地在板钩头上导引，另一方向在其侧壁上无间隙地插入在连接构件里。因此由塑料制成的转接器使连接构件与接合构件脱耦，因此保证了良好的耐蚀性和小的摩擦损失。由于接合构件、转接器和接合构件之间的开口和间隙，在雨刷器运行时，就使喷射水和雨水在行车风的高压力作用下被压入到接合装置里。在接合构件里汇集的水通过负压、尤其是在导流板后面从接合装置里抽吸出去，并通过向下运动时的流动甩到已经清洗过的刮水区域上。这种过程被称之为“过喷(over-spray)”或者“水过喷(Wasserueberspritzen)”，并被认为有妨碍的。
本发明的优点
按照本发明，在连接构件里在面向雨刷臂的侧面上设有填充件，它用于保证行车风不将喷射水和雨水压入到装置的间隙和空腔里去，尤其是在雨刷器刮水运动时，行车风在雨刷片的纵向方向上具有重要的分力。如果填充件紧接着转接器，并密封地贴靠在连接构件的内壁上和/或转接器的邻接的端面上，那就使效果得到改善。为了使水不能沿着雨刷片钻入到装置里，尤其是设有导流板时，那么按照本发明的构造方案，在接合构件的驱动侧(Antriebsseite)上设有横交于雨刷片延伸的隔板，该隔板以小的间隙嵌入到填充件的槽缝里。在隔板上，沿着雨刷片和导流板向装置的方向流动的水被偏转向车窗玻璃，因此就不会在装置里积聚水了。按照本发明的措施，可以实现需要少得多的刮水循环，就在下雨或者喷水结束时使车窗玻璃上没有水滴。可见，隔板在没有填充件时也产生显著的效果，因此也可以用于没有填充件地与雨刷臂连接的雨刷片。
按照本发明的另一种构造方案，填充件以至少一个挡边贴靠在连接构件的敞开侧面的边缘上。另外一种构造方案还规定：转接器的邻接于填充件的端面搭接地嵌入到在填充件的前面上的凹槽里。通过在构件过渡部位上多重转向，改善了在填充件和邻接部件之间的密封。
填充件由转接器伸出一段进入到连接构件里，该连接构件固定或模制在雨刷臂的自由端上。如果连接构件侧面被弯曲，从而使雨刷片大致侧面平行于雨刷臂而延伸，那就使填充件更适宜地至少填充弯曲部位。

实施例的说明
雨刷臂10通过装置20与雨刷片12铰接连接，其包括有两个侧面装入到雨刷条18里的支承构件16和一个导流板14。支承构件16具有扁平的弹簧条的形状，它在纵向方向上预弯曲，使得雨刷条18在雨刷臂10的力作用下在纵向方向上以有利的压力分布贴靠在汽车车窗玻璃上。
装置20包括有一个接合构件22，该接合构件用钩头24固定在支承构件16上。附加或者代替钩头24，可以通过焊接使接合构件22与支承构件16相连接。接合构件22具有在纵向方向延伸的导板26，该导板具有铰接毂(Gelenknabe)28，用于未示出的铰接轴，在该铰接轴上可摆动地支承有一个转接器30。该转接器具有导向轮廓32，通过该导向轮廓，转接器相对于导板26和连接构件38在侧面被导引。转接器30通过固定机构40可以拆开地与连接构件38连接，该连接构件在它那侧面固定或者说模制在雨刷臂10的自由端上。转接器30在其上侧面上具有一个按键34，该按键通过一个弹簧舌36连在转接器30上，并在装配位置中嵌入到连接构件38的开口42里。通过该按键34使转接器30在纵向方向上相对于连接构件38固定位。
在所示的实施方式中(图1)，雨刷臂10在行车风的迎流方向上在雨刷片12前面并大致与其平行地延伸。因此连接构件被相应地侧面弯曲。因为与连接构件38的上侧面相比，雨刷臂10到汽车车窗玻璃的距离更小，因此在连接构件38的走向里形成有台阶39，该台阶大致平行于雨刷臂10延伸。紧接着转接器30，在弯曲部位里设有填充件44，它密封地贴靠在连接构件38的内壁上和转接器30的面向的端面上。在图1中用虚线表示出填充件44的位置。它填充了在转接器30和雨刷臂10的构造成雨刷杆的端部之间的空腔，并具有台阶56，该台阶类似于连接构件38的台阶39。如果连接构件38模制于雨刷臂10上，那么适宜的是，填充件44这样深地伸入到雨刷臂10里，使得在雨刷臂上沿着流动的水在离开装置20一定距离处通过填充件44向汽车车窗玻璃偏转。
为了改善填充件44相对于连接构件38的密封，填充件44具有挡边46，这个挡边至少局部地覆盖住连接构件38的下边缘47。填充件44还在其前面48上向着转接器30具有凹槽50和52，转接器30的邻接部分，例如按键34和导向轮廓32，搭接地嵌入到该凹槽里，并因此形成密封连接。另外一个凹槽54设于填充件44的下侧面上，用于雨刷条18的上面部分(图2)。
为了阻止在雨刷片12或者雨刷臂10的纵向方向上流动的水钻入装置20里并在那里汇集，在雨刷片12上横交于纵向方向设有隔板60，这隔板用钩头64固定在支承构件16上(图3)。隔板60向着雨刷条18具有凹槽62，它密封地贴靠在雨刷条18的上面部分上(图4)。隔板60以小的间隙嵌入到填充件44的槽缝58里(图5)，因此有效地中断了在纵向方向上的通流。如果雨刷片10具有导流板14，那么这是特别适宜的，通过导流板一般使更多的水在雨刷片12的纵向方向上输送。在接合构件22的区域里，在导流板14里设有窗口。在窗口两侧，导流板14伸入到填充件44和连接构件38的接合轮廓66里。

Claims (9)

1.用于铰接连接雨刷器的雨刷片(12)和雨刷臂(10)的装置(20)，它具有连接构件(38)，该连接构件可以与雨刷片(12)的接合构件(22)连接，并且该连接构件具有向着接合构件(22)敞开的轮廓，其特征在于，在所述连接构件(38)里在面向雨刷臂(10)的侧面上布置有填充件(44)，该填充件密封地贴靠在连接构件(38)的内壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置(20)，其特征在于，在所述与雨刷片(12)的支承构件(16)固定连接的接合构件(22)上可摆动地支承有转接器(30)，其中该转接器(30)在连接构件(38)的向着接合构件(22)敞开的轮廓里通过固定机构(34，40)进行固定，并且所述填充件(44)紧接着转接器(30)布置，并密封地贴靠在连接构件(38)的内壁上和/或转接器(30)的邻接的端面上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置(20)，其特征在于，所述填充件(44)以至少一个挡边(46)贴靠在连接构件(38)的敞开侧面的边缘(47)上。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的装置(20)，其特征在于，所述转接器(30)的邻接于填充件(44)的端面搭接地嵌入到填充件(44)的前面(48)的凹槽(50，52，54)里。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(20)，其特征在于，在所述接合构件(22)的驱动侧上设有横交于雨刷片(12)延伸的隔板(60)，该隔板以小的间隙嵌入到填充件(44)的槽缝(58)里。
6.雨刷片(12)，具有用于应用到如权利要求1至5中任一项所述装置(20)里的接合构件(22)。
7.雨刷片，具有用于与雨刷臂(10)、尤其与如权利要求1至5中任一项所述装置连接的接合构件(22)，其特征在于，所述接合构件(22)具有至少一个横交于雨刷片(12)延伸的隔板(60)。
8.连接构件(38)，具有用于应用到如权利要求1至5中任一项所述装置(20)里的填充件(44)。
