Abstract
本发明涉及机动车辆内的镜子,尤其涉及化妆镜。优选地至少一个反射的有机发光二极管与镜子的周缘邻接。
Description
本发明涉及机动车辆内的镜子,尤其涉及化妆镜(vanity mirror),至少一个优选地反射的有机发光二极管(OLED)无间隔地设置在化妆镜的周缘。
镜子充分地在现有技术中为人所知,并且如今镜子上设置有额外的特征。举例而言,DE10140689A1公开了一种车辆镜,其包括镜板及由两个衬底与有机发光二极管层所形成的有机发光显示器,镜板直接地形成了有机发光二极管显示器的衬底中的一个。在该镜子的情况下,将信息投射到反射表面是可能的。进一步的具有显示单元的后视镜公开于DE10325845A1中。此外,从现有技术中已经获知具有照明的镜子。根据现有技术,镜子的照明基于一种构造,该构造由壳体、白炽灯泡、灯泡固定器、配线、反射器及散射屏幕组成。这些构造具有几毫米的高度。而且,散射屏幕必须配置成可移动的形式,以便能够更换有缺陷的白炽灯泡。这些缺点限制了将这些照明用于车辆镜照明,尤其用于化妆镜照明的可能性。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种镜子,其不具有现有技术的缺点。
此目的借助机动车辆内的镜子,尤其是化妆镜而得以实现,至少一个优选地反射的有机发光二极管无间隔地设置在化妆镜的周缘。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,这是非常惊人并且可能无法预料的:根据本发明镜子可获得很好的照明。镜子周缘的有机发光二极管设置的如此平坦,从而使有机发光二极管和镜子可设置在框架内。此外,有机发光二极管灯没有使观察者眩晕。由于有机发光二极管非常高的寿命的缘故,可以免除有机发光二极管的拆除。
在本发明含义内的镜子为任何反射表面,其反射最高可能比例的入射光,优选地反射100%的入射光。根据本发明,至少一个有机发光二极管设置在镜子的周缘。因此,有机发光二极管不是反射表面的一部分,而是至少部分地与反射表面邻接。
根据本发明,根据本发明的照明单元具有有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light Emitting Diode)。有机发光二极管构成了电子元件,该电子元件大体上具有多个薄的有机导电层。有机发光二极管具有小于3毫米,优选地小于1.4毫米,特别优选地小于1毫米的厚度。优选地,有机发光二极管在非驱动状态下具有大于70%,优选地大于75%的透射率(transmission)。有机发光二极管大体上具有承载层,比如玻璃,其上涂覆有发光涂层,及覆盖层,比如同样的玻璃。承载层优选地具有反射层,该反射层反射由二极管发射的光,并且该反射层在二极管的非驱动状态下作为镜子使用。有机发光二极管发射明亮且不会眩晕的散射光。有机发光二极管以非常快的响应速度而出名。通过安装滤光器,白色的发光有机发光二极管可发射具有任何所需要颜色的光。这是有利,比如对于阅读灯是有利的。然而,在没有滤光器的情况下,有机发光二极管的颜色效果也可获得。此外,它们非常轻巧,并且具有非常高的耐用性,从而使得比如车辆的重量与照明单元的替换间隔可被减小。一般地讲,由于较长寿命的缘故,可完全消除替换。由于有机发光二极管相对较低重量的缘故,也可获得相对较大的照明区域。
有机发光二极管优选地为反射有机发光二极管。本发明的实施例具有优点:反射性有机发光二极管在非驱动状态下看起来像镜子。从而出现与镜子有关且具有同质的反射外观的表面。
优选地,镜子具有有机发光二极管,有机发光二极管至少位于镜子周缘的一部分上。镜子进一步优选地具有位于镜子周缘的两个相对部分上的相应的有机发光二极管。优选地,镜子与有机发光二极管设置在一个平面内,尤其设置在面向位于一个平面内的使用者的区域内。
在进一步的优选实施例中,有机发光二极管设置成弯曲的形式。进一步优选地或特别优选地,有机发光二极管设置成相对于镜子形成一定角度的形式。该实施例具有优点,尤其是由有机发光二极管发射出的光未对观察者造成眩晕,并且处于关闭状态的有机发光二极管可使观察者在三维方向上观察。
优选地,镜子与有机发光二极管设置在镜子卡座(cassette)内。本发明的实施例尤其使安装得以简化。对于镜子不具有照明的情况而言,较大的镜子可用于本发明的该实施例中,且不改变框架,其减小了比如在机动车辆安装中的装备多样性。
根据本发明的镜子尤其适于安装在车辆内部装饰部件上。因此,本发明的进一步主题是具有根据本发明的镜子的车辆内部装饰部件。
车辆内部装饰部件优选地为遮阳板或头枕,根据本发明的镜子安装在遮阳板或头枕内。
以下结合图1-图3对本发明进行解释。这些解释仅仅通过举例的方式进行,而并不限制本发明的总体概念。解释平等地适用于本发明的两个主题。
图1展示了根据本发明的镜子的平面视图;
图2展示了根据图1且根据本发明的镜子的侧视图;及
图3展示了根据图1的镜子的进一步实施例。
图1展示了根据本发明的镜子1。在该情况下,镜子1配置成矩形的形式,并且具有位于镜子的周缘2的右侧表面与左侧表面的相应有机发光二极管3。有机发光二极管为反射性有机发光二极管,其在非驱动状态下像镜子一样使用,从而使表面1和表面3在有机发光二极管的非驱动状态下像大型且基本上同质的镜面而使用。在非驱动状态下,反射性有机发光二极管3像光源一样发挥作用,而在化妆镜的情况下,则对比如观察者的脸部进行照明。
图2展示了根据图1的侧视图。该视图揭示了镜子1包括衬底4,在该情况下为玻璃衬底,该衬底4具有位于其后侧的反射表面6。有机发光二极管3用标号5来标示,且具有位于其后侧的反射表面7。有机发光二极管3包括覆盖板、衬底及具有电极的有机发光二极管层,其结合起来由标号5表示。反射层6、7反射100%的入射光。在非驱动状态下,表面1、3作为连续的镜面使用。
图3展示了根据图1和图2的镜子的进一步实施例。根据图3的镜子基本上对应于根据图1和图2的镜子,在该情况下,有机发光二极管3设置成相对于镜子1形成一定角度的形式。本发明的实施例具有优点:镜子的观察者被更好地照亮,来自有机发光二极管的光对观察者的眩晕降至更小的程度,并且处于关闭状态的有机发光二极管产生三维镜像。本领域的技术人员认识到:多个有机发光二极管可互相并靠而设置,其相对于纸面可具有不同的角度和/或不同的弯曲率。

Claims (9)
1.一种机动车辆内的镜子(1),尤其是化妆镜,其特征在于,至少一个优选地反射的有机发光二极管(3)没有任何间隔地设置在所述镜子的周缘(2)处。
2.如权利要求1所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述镜子为四边形,且有机发光二极管(3)设置在所述镜子的周缘的至少一部分处。
3.如权利要求2所述的镜子,其特征在于,相应的有机发光二极管(3)设置在所述镜子的周缘的两个相对部分处。
4.如前述权利要求任何一项所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述镜子与所述有机发光二极管(3)设置在一个平面内。
5.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述有机发光二极管(3)为弯曲状。
6.如权利要求1-3中任何一项或权利要求5所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述有机发光二极管(3)设置成相对于所述镜子形成一定角度的形式。
7.如前述权利要求任何一项所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述镜子与所述有机发光二极管(3)设置在镜子卡座内。
8.一种车辆内部装饰部件,其具有如前述权利要求中任何一项所述的镜子。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆内部装饰部件,其特征在于,所述车辆内部装饰部件为遮阳板或头枕。
