Abstract

本发明涉及一种染料水溶液,包含a)5~30wt%一种阴离子型或阳离子型直接染料,b)0.01~5wt%式(1)化合物,式中M代表氢、碱金属或碱土金属,铵或者有C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羟烷基一取代、二取代、三取代或四取代的铵或其混合物,c)0~10wt%一种无机酸或有机酸,d)0~20wt%进一步添加剂,和e)达到总量100%的水,先决条件是不包括式(2)的直接染料,式中K是N-乙酸乙酰苯胺、吡啶酮、吡唑啉酮或嘧啶系列的偶合成分的残基,且M同以上定义,其制备方法,及其用于纸染色的用途。

Description

直接染料水溶液
本发明涉及直接染料-阴离子型染料和阳离子型或碱性染料两者-的贮存稳定浓水溶液,其制备方法,及其用于纸染色的用途。
在WO 03/064539 A1中,公开了基于2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸的特定偶氮染料作为双偶氮成分的贮存稳定液体配方。这些配方的关键成分的确是这种双偶氮成分,该成分显然通过阻碍液晶配方起作用,否则会导致该染料随后从溶液中析出沉淀。因此,会期待的是,2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸作为提供贮存稳定的染料溶液的配方助剂的添加只有当这种结构单元也存在于所涉及的染料中时才能起作用。
然而,令人惊讶的是,人们发现情况并非如此,而且2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸的确在为数众多显然不相关的染料的贮存稳定配方的制备中作为极高效配方助剂起作用。除其贮存稳定性外,所得到的溶液显示出令人惊讶地低的动态粘度,这种性质进一步表明其尤其适合于纸染色的用途。
因此,本发明涉及一种染料水溶液,包含
a)5~30wt%、较好10~25wt%一种阴离子型或阳离子型直接染料,
b)0.01~5wt%、较好0.1~2wt%式(1)化合物

阴离子型直接染料的典型实例列于
                                  Colour Index International,FourthEdition Online(url:http:/www.colour-index.org)中而且可以选自C.I.直接黄1-177、C.I.直接橙1-122、C.I.直接红1-277、C.I.直接紫1-108和I.C.直接蓝1-313,先决条件是不包括式(2)的染料。
在本发明的溶液是阳离子型染料溶液的情况下,这些阳离子型直接染料是碱性染料。这些所谓碱性染料选自下列类别:吖啶、蒽酯、吖嗪、偶氮次甲基、偶氮苯乙烯基、单偶氮、二偶氮和多偶氮、苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑、花青、二芳基甲烷和三芳基甲烷、酮亚胺、甲烷和多次甲基、萘并苯乙烯基、硝基、嗪和二嗪、酞菁、喹啉、奎诺酞酮、噻嗪、噻唑、和呫吨衍生物。
阳离子型直接染料的典型实例列于
                                Colour Index International,FourthEdition Online(url:http:/www.colour-index.org)中而且可以选自C.I.碱性黄1-108、C.I碱性橙1-69、C.I.碱性红1-118、C.I.碱性紫1-51和C.I.碱性蓝1-164。
本发明尤其可用于特定染料的溶液,例如C.I.碱性黄99和106,C.I.碱性红111,C.I.碱性蓝100和153,C.I.直接黄11、50和84,C.I.直接橙29和102,C.I.直接红23、80、81、239、254和262,C.I.直接紫9、35和51,以及C.I.直接蓝75、86、87、199、290和301。
在本发明的组合物含有有机酸或无机酸的情况下,特别适用的那些酸可以选自,例如,盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、乙醇酸、葡糖酸、甲磺酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、乳酸、谷氨酸、己二酸或扁桃酸。这些酸中任何一种都可以单独使用或以酸混合物使用,尽管甲酸是最好的。
尽管本发明的组合物中酸的添加是任选的,但以该组合物的总重量为基准,较好该酸的存在量是1~10wt%、最好1~5wt%。
按照本发明的染料溶液还可以含有进一步添加剂作为成分d),例如水溶性有机增溶剂,其实例是脲、甲酰胺、ε-己内酰胺、糖类如糊精、麦芽糖或乳糖,羧基纤维素类如黄原胶,二甲基甲酰胺,1,2-二氨基丙烷,1-苯氧基-2-丙醇,和多元醇如乙二醇或甘油,因而ε-己内酰胺和1-苯氧基-2-丙醇是较好的。本发明溶液中可以存在的进一步添加剂是,例如,水溶助长剂、粘度调节剂、分散剂、杀微生物剂和pH调整剂。
作为pH调整剂,可以使用惯常的且通常用于染料配方的pH调整的酸,碱或缓冲剂,例如无机酸如盐酸、硫酸或磷酸,低分子量脂肪族羧酸诸如有1~6碳原子者,如甲酸、乙酸、乳酸或柠檬酸,或碱,例如碱金属氢氧化物或碳酸盐,或者脂肪族低分子量胺,例如可以用于上述酸基的相应盐生成的那些,其中氨或三乙醇胺是较好的。作为缓冲剂,可以采用诸如磷酸一钠或二钠、乙酸钠或硫酸铵。
因此,因所涉及的特定染料而异,可以根据需要调整该浓染料溶液的pH。然而,较好,该溶液的pH一般在3~11的范围内,因而,在阳离子型染料的情况下,4~6的范围是较好的,而在阴离子型染料的情况下,6~8之间的pH值是较好的。
较好,该水溶液也含有通常用于防护微生物的有害影响的已知产品,主要是能抑制微生物生长的产品或杀微生物剂、尤其是杀真菌剂。这些可以诸如以0.01~1%、尤其0.05~0.5%范围内的低浓度采用。
尽管本发明组合物中这样的添加剂的添加是任选的,但较好以该组合物的总重量为基准其存在量为1~20wt%、最好1~10wt%。
在一个进一步方面,本发明涉及以上所述染料溶液的制备方法,该方法包含在室温~90℃、较好30~60℃的温度将染料与水、式(1)化合物和希望时成分c)和d)的混合物一起搅拌,和需要时过滤。
较好,本发明的染料,在制造后先要么通过洗涤粗滤饼以除去无机盐、要么用膜分离技术例如微滤或超滤进行精制。
较好,该阴离子型染料是以易水溶性盐的形式存在的。因此,适用的盐是碱金属盐例如锂盐、钾盐或尤其钠盐或铵盐、一、二、三或四C1-C4烷基铵盐或C2-C4羟烷基铵盐,或其混合物。
类似地,在阳离子型染料的情况下,抗衡离子应当是那些能确保足够水溶性者。在这种情况下较好的盐是,例如,卤化物尤其氯化物,硫酸盐,硫酸甲酯盐,尤其低级脂肪族羧酸盐如甲酸盐、乙酸盐和乳酸盐。
本发明的配方适合于天然的或合成的材料,尤其纤维素材料以任何所希望的色调的染色。具体地说,这些配方适合于纸或纸板的染色。
因此,在一个进一步方面,本发明涉及该溶液通过用以上定义的液体组合物处理纸进行纸的染色的用途。该液体制剂是任选地用水稀释之后用于纸或纸板的染色的,因而这些材料的染色可以诸如在浆粕中、通过刷涂或浸涂,通过用涂布法或喷涂法施用到纸表面上,或以连续染色法施用来进行,因而用本发明的液体组合物染色的纸或纸板构成本发明的又一个进一步方面。
以下实施例用来说明本发明而无意成为限制性的。份额和百分率以重量计,除非另有说明。
实施例1
将一种包含100份ε-己内酰胺、10份2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸、30份甲酸和260份水的混合物搅拌、加热到40℃。然后添加事先在pH9.0沉淀并洗涤得没有无机盐、含有37.5%下式的C.I.碱性蓝100染料的湿滤饼600份。
CuPC{[SO2NH(CH3)2]2-3SO3H}1-2(101),
式中PC代表酞菁。在60℃搅拌2h之后,将该混合物冷却、过滤,得到一种含有22.5%式(101)的染料、10%ε-己内酰胺、1%2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸和3%甲酸的溶液。
所得到的溶液显示出5℃动态粘度为300mPas、在-10~50℃为期若干个月的贮存是稳定的、而且容易用水稀释。
为了得到以上实施例中大致相同的粘度和贮存稳定性,1%2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸会需要用5%苄醇代替。
实施例2
通过合成直接产生的产品的超滤得到的C.I.直接橙102染料的无盐母料用足够量的2-(4-氨基苯基)-6-甲基苯并噻唑-7-磺酸处理,使得在稀释到15%之后能得到一种含有0.3%的溶液。因而,使25℃动态粘度从175mPas降低到36mPas,而且所得到的配方在-10~50℃贮存6个月以上期间没有显示出沉降的迹象。
相比之下,当相同的母料用5%ε-己内酰胺处理和相应稀释时,所得到的溶液虽然显示出可比的动态粘度但在仅1周的贮存之后就显示出明显出明显的沉降迹象。

Claims (4)

1.一种染料水溶液,包含
a)5~30wt%一种阴离子型染料,其选自包含至少一个磺酸和/或羧酸基的染料,并选自下列染料类别:无金属或金属单偶氮、二偶氮或多偶氮染料和酞菁染料,
b)0.01~5wt%下式化合物
