Description

直接染料的水溶液
本發明係關於陰離子染料及陽離子或鹼性染料的直接染料之貯存安定和濃縮的水溶液、其製備方法及其染紙之用途。
於WO 03/064539 A1中揭露以作為重氮成份之2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸作基底的貯存安定的特殊偶氮染料液體調配物。這些調配物之主要成分確實為重氮成份,其經由防礙結晶液體調配物來起作用,否則會導致染料隨後由溶液中沉澱。因此會預料到的是,添加2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸作為提供染料貯存安定之溶液的助調配劑只在有討論之染料中亦存在此結構單元時才會作用。
但令人驚訝的是,還沒發現這樣的事例,且沒有發現2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸於製備各式各樣明顯不相關染料之貯存安定的調配物時,係為特別有效的助調配劑。除其貯存安定外,所得之溶液表現出令人訝異的低動力黏度,該特性另外推薦了其用途,特別是用於染紙。
因此,本發明係關於一種染料水溶液,其含有a)5至30重量%,較佳10至25重量%的陰離子或陽離子直接染料,b)0.01至5重量%,較佳0.1至2重量%的下式化合物 其中M表示氫、鹼金屬或鹼土金屬、銨或為C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羥烷基或其混合物所單-、二-、三-或四-取代之銨,c)0至10重量%的無機酸或有機酸,d)0至20重量%的其它添加物及e)水,添加至100%,條件是不包括下式之直接染料 其中K為乙醯乙醯胺苯、吡啶酮、吡唑啉酮或嘧啶系列之偶合成份殘基及M如上所定義。
在本發明之溶液為陰離子染料溶液時,這些直接染料較佳的是選自包含至少一種磺酸及/或羧酸基團及衍生自下列之染料類:無金屬或金屬單偶氮、雙偶氮及多偶氮、吡唑啉酮、噻吨酮、、二苯乙烯、甲臢(formazan)、蒽醌、硝基、次甲基、三苯甲烷、酮、5,8-二羥-1,4-萘醌(naphthazarine)、苯乙烯基、吖苯乙烯基、萘并吡喃酮(naphthoperinone)、喹啉黃及酞青染料。
陰離子直接染料之典型例子列於線上Colour Index International(第四版)(url:http://www.colour-index.org)及 或可選自C.I.Direct Yellows 1-177、C.I.Direct Oranges 1-122、C.I.Direct Reds 1-277、C.I.Direct Violets 1-108及C.I.Direct Blues 1-313中,但不包括如式(2)之染料。
在本發明之溶液為陽離子染料溶液時,這些陽離子直接染料為鹼性染料。這些所謂之鹼性染料係選自以下類別:吖啶、蒽醌、吖、偶氮次甲基、偶氮苯乙烯基、單-、雙-及多-偶氮、苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑、花青、雙-及三芳基甲烷、酮亞胺、甲烷及聚次甲基、萘苯乙烯基、硝基、 及二、酞青、喹啉、喹啉黃、噻、噻唑及衍生物。
陽離子直接染料之典型例子列於線上Colour Index International(第四版)(url:http://www.colour-index.org)及或可選自C.I.Basic Yellows 1-108、C.I.Basic Oranges 1-69、C.I.Basic Reds 1-118、C.I.Basic Violets 1-51及C.I.Basic Blues 1-164中。
本發明中特別有用之特定染料溶液,如C.I.Basic Yellow 99及106、C.I.Basic Red 111、Basic Blue 100及153、C.I.Direct Yellow 11、50及84、C.I.Direct Orange 29及102、C.I.Direct Red 23、80、81、239、254及262、C.I.Direct Violet 9、35及51,和C.I.Direct Blue 75、86、87、199、290及301。
在本發明之組合物包含有機或無機酸時,那些特別適合的酸可能選自,例如鹽酸、硫酸、磷酸、甲酸、醋酸、丙酸、甘醇酸、葡萄糖酸、甲烷磺酸、檸檬酸、琥珀酸、 乳酸、麩胺酸、己二酸或苦杏仁酸。雖然最佳者為甲酸,但這些酸任一都可單獨或以酸混合物使用之。
雖然添加酸至本發明之組合物為非必需的,但較佳的是以組成物總重量為基礎,酸的存在量介於1到10重量%之間,最佳的是介於1到5重量%之間。
另外,本發明之染料溶液,可另含如d)成分之添加物,如水溶性之有機助溶劑,例如尿素、甲醯胺、ε-己內醯胺、如糊精、麥芽糖或乳糖之糖類、如三仙膠之羧基纖維素、二甲基甲醯胺、1,2-二胺丙烷、1-苯氧-2-丙醇及如乙二醇或甘油之多元醇,其中ε-己內醯胺及1-苯氧-2-丙醇為較佳。另外可存於本發明之溶液中的添加物,舉例來說如,增溶劑、黏度調整劑、分散劑、殺微生物劑及酸鹼調節劑。
至於酸鹼調節劑,可能的是使用慣用及常用於調整染料調配物pH之酸、鹼或緩衝液,例如礦物酸(如鹽酸、硫酸或磷酸)、小分子量之脂族羧酸(例如碳原子1至6者,如甲酸、醋酸、乳酸或檸檬酸),或鹼(如鹼金屬氫氧化物或碳酸鹽),或小分子量之脂肪胺(如可用於形成上述酸基團之對應鹽,其中較佳的是氨或三乙醇胺)。至於可用的緩衝液,例如一或二鈉之磷酸鹽、醋酸鈉或硫酸銨。
濃縮染料溶液之pH可根據討論中之特定染料,依需求調整之。然而較佳的是,溶液的pH值一般介於3至11的範圍間,而在陽離子染料事例中,較佳的pH範圍在4至6之間,至於陰離子事例中,較佳的pH為6至8之間。
較佳的是,水溶液亦含有常用於防止微生物有害影響 之已知產品,可抑制微生物生長的主要產品亦或殺微生物劑,特別是殺真菌劑。這些可以低濃度使用之,例如由0.01至1%之範圍,特別是0.05至0.5%。
雖然將這樣的添加物加至本發明之組合物為非必需的,但較佳的是以組成物的總重量為基礎,存在量介於1到20重量%之間,最佳的是介於1到10重量%之間。
另一方面,本發明係關於相應染料溶液之製備方法,方法包含在室溫至90℃之間(較佳為30至60℃之間)的溫度下,將染料與水、式(1)化合物及成分c)和d)(若有所需要)之混合物的攪拌,視需要過濾之。
較佳者,初步純化本發明之染料,然後生產,不是經由洗滌粗濾餅以移除無機鹽,就是經例如微過濾或超過濾之膜分離技術。
較佳的是,陰離子染料以易溶於水之鹽類形式存在。因此適當的鹽類為如鋰鉀鹼金屬鹽類或,特別是鈉鹽或銨鹽、單-、二-、三-或四C1-C4烷基銨鹽或C2-C4羥烷基銨鹽或其混合物。
相同的是,陽離子染料事例中,反離子應確定其具足夠之水溶性。此事例中較佳的鹽類為,例如鹵化物,特別是氯化物、硫酸鹽、甲基硫酸鹽,及特別是如甲酸鹽、醋酸鹽及乳酸鹽之低分子量之脂族羧酸。
本發明之調配物適合於天然或合成材質的染色,特別是任何所欲之色度的纖維材質。特別的是,調配物適合於紙張及硬紙板的染色。
因此,另一方面,本發明係關於該溶液之染紙用途,其係以先前定義之液體組合物處理紙張。使用該液態製備物(視情況地在以水稀釋後)染色紙張或硬紙板,其中這些材料可例如於紙漿中,藉由刷或浸泡或藉由塗覆或噴霧至紙張表面而被染色,或應用在連續染色方法,其中該紙張或硬紙板可藉由本發明液體組合物進行染色而構成本發明之另一部份。
以下的例子係用作說明本發明,非意欲作為限制。等份及百分比是以重量計算,除非另外標示。
實施例1
攪拌由100等份ε-己內醯胺、10等份的2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸、30等份的甲酸及260等份的水所組成之混合物,並加熱至40℃。然後添加先前於pH9.0下沉澱而來並以水洗除無機鹽類之600等份微濕濾餅,其含有37.5%如式之C.I.Basic Blue的染料CuPC{[SO2NH(CH3)2]2-3SO3H}1-2(101),其中PC表鈦菁。於60℃下攪拌2小時,將混合物冷卻並過濾,而得含有22.5%式(101)染料、10% ε-己內醯胺、1% 2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸及3%甲酸。
所得溶液於5℃下之動力黏度為300mPas,於-10至50℃下可安定貯存數個月並可容易地以水稀釋。
於上述實施例中,為了獲得相當的黏度並安定貯存,1%的2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸須以5%苯甲醇 取代之。
實施例2
將直接從合成所得的產物經超過濾而得之C.I.Direct Orange 102的無鹽濃縮物,以足夠量之2-(4-胺基苯基)-6-甲苯并噻唑 7-磺酸處理,如此,稀釋成含0.3%之15%溶液。因此動力黏度在25℃下由175降至36 mPas,且所得之調配物於-10至50℃、超過6個月的貯存下沒有沉澱的現象。
相較下,當相同的濃縮物以5% ε-己內醯胺處理並以相同方式稀釋,雖然所得溶液其動力黏度相當,但在只貯存1星期後即有明顯的沉澱現象。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種染料水溶液,其含有a)5至30重量%之陰離子或陽離子直接染料,b)0.01至5重量%之下式化合物 其中M表示氫、鹼金屬或鹼土金屬、銨或被C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羥烷基或其混合物所單-、二-、三-或四-取代之銨,c)0至10重量%之無機酸或有機酸,d)0至20重量%之其它添加物及e)水,添加至100%,條件是不包括下式之直接染料 其中K為乙醯乙醯胺苯、吡啶酮、吡唑啉酮或嘧啶系列之偶合成份殘基及M如上所定義。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之染料水溶液,其中該陰離子直接染料係選自包含至少一種磺酸及/或羧酸基團的染料,且係衍生自下列之染料類:無金屬或金屬單偶氮、雙偶氮及多偶氮染料、吡唑啉酮、噻吨酮、、二苯乙烯、甲臢(formazan)、蒽醌、硝基、次甲基、三苯基甲烷、酮、 5,8-二羥-1,4-萘醌(naphthazarine)、苯乙烯基、吖苯乙烯基(azastyryl)、萘并吡喃酮(naphthoperinone)、喹啉黃及酞青染料。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之染料水溶液,其中該陽離子直接染料即所謂之鹼性染料且係選自以下類別:吖啶、蒽醌、吖、偶氮次甲基、偶氮苯乙烯基、單-、雙-及多-偶氮、苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑、花青、二-及三芳基甲烷、酮亞胺、甲烷及聚次甲基、萘并苯乙烯基、硝基、及二 、酞青、喹啉、喹啉黃、噻、噻唑及衍生物。
  4. 一種製備如申請專利範圍第1項之染料溶液的方法,該方法包含將染料與水、式(1)化合物及視需要的如專利申請範圍1中成分c)和d)之混合物攪拌,視需要過濾之。
  5. 一種如申請專利範圍第1項的染料水溶液之用途,其係用於染紙。
  6. 一種以如申請專利範圍第1項的染料水溶液所染色之紙張。
