Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装临床分析仪试剂卡的设备,本设备还用于运送和存储该卡。
背景技术
临床分析卡由支承元件组成,其具有多种从上面开口到封闭下端可变横截面的微管或小杯,这些微管或者小杯组合在将其连在一起的平板支承中。存储和运送所述卡的常规形式由开口支承组成,其具有其中插入卡的槽,该槽并排放置并且为实用目的占据支承的全部容积,而支承通常呈现上表面开口的盘结构。在盒或盘的侧壁内面上形成引导卡的槽,该槽使得所述卡处于适当位置并减小运送卡时的振动及移动。可通过自动分析机直接使用所述盒从而所述机器自动机械化的设备能够从连续的盒单独抓取每个卡。
用于容纳该卡的所述盒或者盘的特征在于相互隔离的每个卡留下使自动分析机的自动机械化机构运行的预定空间。因此,在设计为容纳卡的盘中所容纳的卡数被卡宽度和每两个连续卡之间所需要的最小间隔所限制,而且必须考虑到如下事实,由保持在盒中的卡的数目所占据的体积是重要的,这一点是从临床分析机的存储能力和占据恒温控制区的面积的角度来考虑的,从而将卡保持在从分析中选择出的反应温度数。
清楚的是,非常关心能够增加存储在当前已知类型的存储和运送盘内的卡数,以便因此从操作和恒温控制处理的角度而使在机器中所容纳元件相同体积内具有更多的卡。总之,优选的目的如下:
-增大机器中的安装或存储容量;
-减小运送和后勤布置产品的体积;
-减小后勤仓库和终端客户房屋中的空间特别是当需要冷藏产品时(实验室,冷藏库或者相似装置)。
发明内容
为实现该目的,发明人设计了一种设备,该设备包括一个承载用于临床分析仪的卡的盘,允许盘的面积区域每单元包含卡的数量加倍,这是一种增加卡数目的实用方式,可将卡布置在设计用于此目的的机械区域中,这样使所述区域的容量加倍。本发明的基础是在通过小的垂直距离分开的两个不同高度处,包含卡的盘中卡的布置,这样以便操作这些卡,该分析机的自动选择和传输机制首先操作上部高度的卡并且接着操作较低卡高度的卡,对所述机械自动元件来说不是一个问题。为了获得这个目的,除了在盘的侧壁的每侧常见的槽设计用于容纳相应的卡,该槽将具有另外的卡中心槽,将其安排在相对于第一卡的中间位置,用于容纳可以被放置在该第一卡之间的其它卡,这些卡常规的放置在支承盘上并且通过靠在较低高度的盘上或可能靠在盘底部生成的特殊连接区域,将其垂直支承。可以理解的是,既然在盘中已经存在的两个另外的槽之间的中间位置上具有新的槽,在每两个包括上部或第二高度的连续卡之间的分隔相等于那些在较低或第一高度的分隔,并且因此操作卡将没有困难。
可以理解的是,根据本发明制备的卡装载设备,每单元盘面积卡的数量将会加倍并且稍微增加在上部高度中卡所占据的高度将不会构成缺陷。进行所述卡的常规测试,上部高度中卡增加的几毫米高度将不会在操作或存储中造成缺陷。
由于在该第一和第二高度中所有卡的垂直方向的突出至少与盘的底部总面积相同,所以盘的平面面积将会得到最大的使用。

具体实施方式
如图5和6中所示,用于临床分析装置的卡包括层状支承1,在该支承上将多个微管或者小杯连续放置成一排,每一个包括较其余具有稍大直径的上部腔2和一个较小直径的下部管元件3,具有一个中间连接锥4,包括该圆柱腔2和锥4的上部部分通常具有肋或者外部突出元件5,该元件可以在分析装置的操作元件上起支承的功能。
清楚地,如图6中所示,所述肋5将被布置在卡的两侧中的每一个上,其中将层状突起5显示在侧边的其中一个上,并且与该第一个成对称关系的层状突起5’显示在该卡的另一侧边上。
如图7所示,根据本发明的设备基本包括一个矩形平面结构的主体6,具有侧壁7和8,其中形成用于容纳临床分析卡的常规槽由数字9、10、11、12等来表示,可在相对侧边表面重复,其中显示壁7的槽9’和10’相对于壁8的槽9和10。这可以使卡以常规的方式进行放置,如图7中数字13和14所显示的用于该卡的方式,在每两个相邻卡之间留下特殊的空间以便允许对它们进行操作。
根据本发明在每两个常规类型9、10、11、12等槽之间布置辅助的槽诸如9”、10”、11”、12”等,其中每一个位于与两个主要相互连接的槽相等位置处,例如,槽10”位于与临近槽9和10相等的位置处。
如图4所示,通过这种布置,将卡放置在常规布置的具有一个较低的位置的每两个卡之间较高高度处是可能的,其中可以看到卡15以及卡16以常规的方式布置并且卡17插入在所述卡15和16之间,由布置在常规导向槽之间的盘的侧边中的槽所引导。如图4所示,诸如卡17这些位于上部高度的卡,可以由槽所引导并且通过相对于直接卡15和16上部表面的侧面肋来支承并且相邻在其较低的区域,或者它们可以相邻在上部高度上用于卡的槽的较低部分,换句话说,槽9”和10”等等,诸如图1中18和19的较低相邻块可以以合适的高度来建立所述的较低相邻。
根据本发明的设备还包括保护卡在存储和运送期间不受大气影响的上封闭罩,该影响包括可影响其功能的潮气和颗粒或者灰尘。
尽管参考已经描述并说明了实例来说明本发明,但是将理解基于所公开的主体在形成本发明时可引入许多变量,假设其处于附加权利要求的范围内则将形成本发明的一部分。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于装载用于临床分析仪的试剂卡(15,16,17)的设备,该设备包括以盘形式的支承(6),所述支承(6)在该支承的顶部开口并且在内部提供容纳并排放置的试剂卡的第一组槽(9,10,11,12),该第一组槽用于引导彼此平行布置的该试剂卡,形成一个用于该试剂卡的单一高度,其特征在于,它具有插入该第一组槽之间的第二组槽(9”,10”,11”,12”),以容纳第二组试剂卡(17),所述支承(6)在其底部具有相邻块(18,19),以通过第二组试剂卡的较低边缘容纳该第二组试剂卡(17),从而允许第二组试剂卡(17)的高度放置成比布置在第一组槽内的该试剂卡高。
