技术领域
本发明涉及用于生物样品提取、收集和传输的装置。
背景技术
在临床和诊断分析领域,用于生物样品提取的有机物质药签是众所周知的,主要由圆柱形杆组成,该圆柱形杆的尖端设置有用于吸取样品进行分析的装置。如果通过培养由提取而收集的微生物,将样品送到用于测试,那么装有样品的药签浸入在提取之后马上具有培养基的无菌测试管,用于在其传输到分析实验室以及等待其自身分析的过程中进行适当的保存。该测试管使用瓶盖封闭的重密封,以保证其内容的无菌状态。在同一申请人提交的专利EP0643131或WO2004/086979中描述了这种类型的药签。
通常,在这类装置中,在提取步骤和开启测试管用于进行分析的过程中,样品要承受被污染的风险,尽管很小心的使用,也并非不可能在药签和比如执行提取的护士或进行分析的操作员的手的非无菌环境之间有无意中的接触。
在比如EP0366826中描述了一种装置,其中,药签的杆是容易折断的,这样在从比如口腔中提取之后,该杆折断而使得药签可以插入到测试管中,然后该测试管通过装备有抓紧折断杆端部的装置的瓶盖来进行密封。因此,当执行分析的时候,测试管仅仅只需要打开,样品具有瓶盖,在样品和操作者之间不可能存在接触,操作者仅仅只需操作瓶盖而没有接触药签的风险。
发明内容
本发明提出一种完全不同的解决方案,来解决用上述类型的药签提取样品可能存在的污染问题。
为此,本发明提供用于生物样品提取、收集和传输的装置,其特征在于,包括装备有瓶盖的测试管,该瓶盖包括隔板,该隔板由液体不能渗透而能被合适的样品提取装置穿刺的软性材料构成。
本发明同时涉及装置整体及其所包括的单个部分,也就是瓶盖和测试管以及可能是用于提取所述样品的药签。
为了更好的理解本发明的特征和优点,以下将参考附图图示,说明非限制性实施例。

具体实施方式
参考所述附图,用于生物样品提取、收集和传输的装置10包括测试管11,该测试管11在其上部设置有瓶盖12,并且容纳有以比如液体形式存在的培养基21。
该装置包括药签13,该药签13包括杆15,是可易折断的,终止于尖端16,该尖端16具有合适的吸取装置,用于提取样品进行分析。
在图1所示的实例中,所述瓶盖12包括环形套管16,该环形套管16通过螺纹14的作用螺纹连接到测试管的上端。当测试管在拧上之后处于关闭位置的时候,所述套管在其上部不与测试管结合,所述在内部形成连续的或者非连续的圆形突起17,适于密封的结合到液体不能渗透但是可穿刺的盘片状隔板18的边缘,该隔板18为软性材料制成,比如硅橡胶,使得当瓶盖拧上的时候,结合的套管16和隔板18组成密封关闭测试管11的装置。
所述隔板18优选的为凹形,这可以从图中所示的大体上为U形或V形的横截面中看出。
上部由薄膜19施加到套管16的上边缘进行保护,薄膜19为塑料材料或另外的合适材料,比如铝,其用作用于瓶盖的保证密封。
在本发明的变化中,如图2所示,液体不能渗透但是可穿刺的隔板18为软性材料比如硅橡胶制成,其上部涂布有液体吸收材料层22,比如沉积有植绒(flocking)。
在这个实例中,所示装置的操作如下:在通过药签13从患者那里提取样品之后,通过松开瓶盖12打开测试管11,并且插入药签13,使得容纳提取的样品的尖端16浸入到培养基21中。如果药签足够长而需要的话,那么可折断的杆15首先被折断,使得包含有药签的测试管可以容易的通过再次拧上瓶盖12而重新密封。
由于隔板18的凹形,药签的杆倾斜的落入到测试管中,并基本上保持在图1中所示的位置上,从而在测试管内释放出关于其纵轴形成的空间20。
在图1所示的布置中,可以保存并传输装置10用于分析。为了在以后实施分析,操作员可以通过靠着隔板18的中心按压微量移液管的末端,直到隔板屈服于压力并被穿刺。然后,该移液管可以沿着空间20穿刺进入测试管11,直到其到达包含将要被分析样品的培养基21。然后,从测试管中移除已经提取了所需体积、具有样品的培养基的移液管,来进行分析,而不会发生任何污染,因为仅仅只有该移液管与样品接触。
在图2所示的本发明的变化中,所述吸收材料层22还允许吸收任何溢出的液体,即使是雾滴形式的液体,这些是在将微量移液管从测试管上移除时由于穿越隔板18穿孔的摩擦而产生的。这能完全达到避免样品不受控制的溢出和随之而来的污染的优点。
从上述说明中可以理解,本发明能够有效的达到开始所述的目的,而不依赖于特殊的实施例。
本发明可以对上述实例做出许多结构上的修改,比如有关测试管、瓶盖和它们组成部分的材料和形状。此外,药签杆的尺寸和在测试管中的相对位置可以与附图中所示的不相同,所提供的关于其纵轴生成的测试管内部空间是不受限制的,移液管在该空间内必须能够操作,来提取将要被分析的样品。培养基可以是除了液体之外的其它形式,比如,仍然能够用移液管或其它合适装置提取的低粘性凝胶体。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于生物样品提取、收集和传输的装置(10),其特征在于:包括装备有瓶盖(12)的测试管(11),该瓶盖(12)包括隔板(18),该隔板(18)由液体不能渗透而能被合适的样品提取装置穿刺的软性材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述瓶盖(12)包括环形套管(16),当测试管在拧上之后处于关闭位置的时候所述环形套管的上部不与测试管直接接触,该环形套管(16)设置有适于密封的结合到所述隔板(18)的装置(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(17)包括连续的或者非连续的圆形突起,适于密封的结合到盘片状隔板(18)的边缘。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:所述环形套管(16)通过螺纹(14)的作用螺纹连接到所述测试管的上端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(18)为凹形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(18)为软性材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(18)在其上部涂布有液体吸收材料层(22)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(18)通过在其上部沉积有植绒而涂布有液体吸收材料层(22)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述隔板的顶部覆盖有施加到瓶盖(12)上边缘的保护薄膜(19)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:包括测试管(11),该测试管(11)装备有瓶盖(12)和用于从患者那里提取样品的药签(13)。
