Description
技术领域
本发明涉及娱乐运动装置的领域。更具体地,本发明涉及编码运动信号与声信号。
背景技术
使用运动信号来驱动致动器以传输运动,从而产生优选地与声信号轨道和/或视频轨道同步的往复运动。遗憾的是,现有的装置需要用于存储运动信号的特定和专用介质。
本领域普通技术人员知道这是非常麻烦的,因为其需要用户具有用于存储运动信号的专用介质以及用于存储音频/视频轨道的至少一个的专用介质。
此外,都知道,使用根据第一给定标准或算法编码的音频/视频轨道的用户可能不允许使用存储了运动信号的介质,因为这种介质是按照支持对于根据第二给定标准或算法编码的音频/视频轨道的使用来产生的。这样的缺点是主要的,并且需要用户仔细地检查对音频/视频轨道进行编码所使用的标准的类型。因此,这实际上限制了运动信号在使用多种标准或算法来对音频/视频轨道进行编码的市场中的广泛使用。
还知道同步也可能是问题。
鉴于上述问题,需要方法和设备来克服以上指出的缺点的至少一个。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种编码运动信号与声信号的方法。该方法包括:提供运动信号;提供声信号;编码运动信号与声信号,以生成同步的复合音频/运动信号;以及提供该同步的复合音频/运动信号。
提供同步的复合音频/运动信号的设备,该设备包括:提供运动信号的运动信号提供单元;提供声信号的声信号提供单元;同步单元,接收提供的运动信号和声信号,并且产生同步的复合音频/运动信号。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1,示出编码运动信号与声信号的设备10的具体结构。
更准确地,设备10包括运动信号提供单元12、声信号提供单元14、同步单元以及最后的复合音频/运动信号提供单元20,其中同步单元的例子包括编码算法提供单元16和编码单元18。
运动信号提供单元12适用于提供运动信号。本领域普通技术人员知道,运动信号可以由多个致动器使用,从而向用户提供往复运动。
在一个实施例中,运动信号提供单元12包括存储了运动信号的存储介质,该运动信号已经被进行了编程以使其与给定视频信号的对应声信号一起播放。在一个实施例中,运动信号提供单元的存储介质可以是硬盘、CD、DVD等。
声信号提供单元14适用于提供必须与运动信号一起播放的声信号。本领域普通技术人员知道,声信号可以与视频信号同步,但在图1中没有示出。还知道,声信号提供单元可以提供已经被编码的声信号以及还没有被编码的声信号(也就是原始声数据)。在一个实施例中,声信号提供单元是位于例如硬盘、CD、DVD等的存储介质上的声音文件。
编码算法提供单元16适用于提供对运动信号与声信号进行编码的编码算法。该编码算法可以是允许将运动信号插入到复合音频/运动信号中以及允许在重放时提取该运动信号的任何算法。此外,还可以应用或不应用这样的算法,该算法提供对于音频/运动复合信号的压缩从而减少表示该音频/运动复合信号所需要的位数,同时使得用户感觉对于比特率减缩的可检测性最小。
编码单元18适用于接收运动信号、声信号和编码算法。编码单元18还适用于根据该编码算法对运动信号与声信号进行编码,从而产生编码声信号。本领域普通技术人员知道,编码单元18可以是适用于执行这样的任务的任何处理单元。在一个实施例中,编码单元18是在计算机上运行的应用程序。或者,以硬件/固件(例如DSP(数字信号处理器))的形式或以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)的形式实现编码单元18。
复合音频/运动信号提供单元20适用于向用户提供复合音频/运动信号。更准确地,复合音频/运动信号提供单元20可以是以下的任一种:存储器;存储数据的存储介质,例如DVD ROM、CD ROM等;将复合音频/运动信号传输给多个用户的通信单元等。
在一个实施例中,复合音频/运动信号提供单元20是用于产生复合音频/运动信号的计算机、DVD刻录工具(DVD burner)、DVD制造设备。或者,复合音频/运动信号提供单元20可以是适用于向多个用户提供复合音频/运动信号的通信单元。例如,都知道,该通信单元可以适用于经由网络来提供复合音频/运动信号,该网络可以是无线的,例如电视网,或者可以是有线的,例如局域网(LAN)、城域网(MAN)或如因特网这样的广域网(WAN)。
更准确地,运动信号提供单元12向编码单元18提供运动信号。声信号提供单元14向编码单元18提供声信号,而编码算法提供单元16向编码单元18提供编码算法。
编码单元18根据提供的编码算法编码运动信号与比特流声信号。得到的复合音频/运动信号由编码单元18提供给复合音频/运动信号提供单元20。
现在参考图2,示出了图1示出的设备10的一个实施例,其中的编码单元18包括处理单元22。本领域普通技术人员知道,为了清楚起见,在图2中没有示出一些装置,例如存储单元。
现在参考图3,示出根据一个实施例的一种提供同步复合音频/运动信号的方法。
根据步骤30,提供声信号。该声信号由声信号提供单元14提供。
根据步骤32,提供运动信号。该运动信号由运动信号提供单元12提供。
根据步骤34,使用编码算法将提供的运动信号与提供的声信号一起进行编码,从而提供同步的复合音频/运动信号。在一个实施例中,根据在DVD上创建音频比特流的现有标准,创建编码的复合音频/运动信号。这样一来,就可以在现有的和市面上可以购买到的DVD播放器上播放该复合音频/运动信号,以及可以在现有播放器的可用SPDIF输出上获得该复合音频/运动信号。本领域普通技术人员知道,因为这可以让用户继续使用其DVD播放器,所以是非常有利的。用户仅仅需要添加连接到DVD播放器的现有SPDIF输出的复合音频/运动信号解码器。然后,将复合音频/运动信号解码器的输出发送到运动控制器,例如D-BoxKinetronTM控制器(未示出)。
在另一个实施例(未示出)中,以硬件、软件或固件的形式将复合音频/运动信号解码器和运动控制器包括在DVD播放器中。这样一来,就不需要单独的运动控制器。
在一个实施例中,利用编码单元18来执行这样的编码。
根据步骤36,提供同步的复合音频/运动信号。将该同步的复合音频/运动信号提供给复合音频/运动信号提供单元20。
现在参考图4,示出了如何使用编码算法将运动信号与声信号一起进行编码的实施例。
根据步骤40,提供编码算法。如之前解释过的,该编码算法由编码算法提供单元16提供。
该编码算法的例子是与IEC61937标准兼容的编码算法以及DTS编码算法,IEC61937标准的例子是Dolby(TM)的AC3标准。在由位于华盛顿特区20006西北区k街1750号1200室的Advanced TelevisionSystems Committee(先进电视制式委员会)于2001年8月20日出版的“ATSC standard:Digital Audio Compression(AC3),Revision A,DocA/52A”(ATSC标准:数字音频压缩(AC3),修订版A,文档A/52A)中进一步描述了AC3编码算法,该文档包括在这里作为参考。

本领域普通技术人员还知道,以使得编码声信号与运动信号同步的方式来执行编码。预期提供与运动信号同步的编码声信号是非常有利的,因为这样能够实现期望的运动信号的同步传输。预期所公开的方法的第一个优点是使得运动播放器不必在重放之前存储运动信号,从而大大减少了它的存储器资源。所公开的方法的第二个优点是使得运动播放器不必具有将运动信号与音频信号重新同步(re-synchronize)的所需计算资源,从而大大减少了它的计算资源。
虽然本实施例在框图中示出为经由各个数据信号连接彼此通信的分离的部件的组,本领域技术人员知道,可利用硬件和软件部件的组合来实现当前各实施例,某些部件由硬件或软件系统的给定功能或操作来实现,所示出的许多数据通路由在计算机应用程序或操作系统中的数据通信来实现。由此,所示出的结构只是为了清楚描述当前各实施例而已。
应该注意,本发明可以被执行为方法,可以被实施为系统、计算机可读介质或电信号或电磁信号。

Claims (16)
1.一种编码运动信号与声信号的方法,所述方法包括:
提供运动信号;
提供声信号;
编码所述运动信号与所述声信号,以产生同步的复合音频/运动信号;以及
提供所述同步的复合音频/运动信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述运动信号与所述声信号的所述编码包括:提供编码算法;以及根据所述提供的编码算法,在所述声信号中插入所述提供的运动信号。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述编码算法与IEC61937标准兼容。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述编码算法包括AC3和DTS的至少一个。
5.根据权利要求1到4的任何一项所述的方法,其中,所述运动信号由存储介质来提供。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述存储介质从由硬盘、快速闪存存储器、光盘、数字化视频盘(DVD)组成的组中选择。
7.根据权利要求1到6的任何一项所述的方法,其中,所述同步的复合音频/运动信号经由网络提供。
8.一种提供同步的复合音频/运动信号的设备,所述设备包括:
提供运动信号的运动信号提供单元;
提供声信号的声信号提供单元;
同步单元,接收所述提供的运动信号以及所述声信号,并且产生所述同步的复合音频/运动信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中,所述同步单元包括:编码算法提供单元,用于提供编码算法;以及编码单元,接收所述提供的运动信号、所述声信号以及所述编码算法,并且根据所述提供的编码算法在所述声信号中插入所述提供的运动信号,以提供所述同步的复合音频/运动信号。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述编码算法与IEC61937标准兼容。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述编码算法包括AC3和DTS的至少一个。
12.根据权利要求8到11的任何一项所述的设备,其中,所述运动信号提供单元包括存储了所述运动信号的存储介质。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述存储介质从由硬盘、快速闪存存储器、光盘、数字化视频盘(DVD)组成的组中选择。
14.根据权利要求8到13的任何一项所述的设备,其中,所述声信号提供单元提供原始声信号和已经编码的声信号中的一个。
15.根据权利要求8到14的任何一项所述的设备,其中,所述编码单元包括数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)中的一个。
16.适用于存储指令的计算机可读介质,所述指令在被执行时实现根据权利要求1到7的任何一项所述的方法。
