Abstract

Description

用于制造液态制品、尤其是饮料的装置和一次性封壳
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于通过处于压力下的液体来提取或溶解包含在一次性封壳内的粉末或颗粒而制造液态制品、尤其是饮料的装置,以及根据权利要求6的前序部分的一次性封壳(Wegwerfkapsel)。
例如在US 6026732中公开了这种类型的装置。它具有封壳支架,在该封壳支架中,杯状的且通过盖子封闭的一次性封壳以盖子朝下放在提取板上,并且其可以和注入模块相接合,其中一次性封壳从上面被刺穿用于液体输入,并且通过提取板盖子也被打孔。封壳支架具有锥形收缩的底座,该底座带有中央的排出通道。从打孔的盖子中流出的制成的饮料流经底座并且通过封壳支架的排出通道流入到放置在其下的容器中。在该装置中,饮料与注入模块的输送液体的部分有直接的接触,但是首要也同底座以及封壳支架的排出通道有直接接触。
由此,如果用同一装置生产不同类型的制品或饮料,就产生了味道变差和卫生问题,因为总是有先前饮料的少量剩余液体进入下一种制品,并且由此可能产生不期望的余味。
本发明的任务在于,提供一种开头提及类型的装置以及用于这种装置的一次性封壳,利用它们使得可能产生不同类型的液态制品,而不必在味道和卫生方面受到限制。
根据本发明通过具有权利要求1所述特征的装置以及通过具有权利要求6所述特征的一次性封壳来完成该任务。

根据本发明,一次性封壳具有包围着用于粉末或颗粒的空腔的、形状不变的壳体,该壳体带有进入侧和排出侧的端壁。用于制成的制品的排出通道不属于封壳支架,而是属于一次性封壳的排出侧的端壁,并且设置有排出闭塞部。进入侧的端壁装备有进入通道,该进入通道设置有进入闭塞部。进入闭塞部以及排出闭塞部通过由注入模块在预定的压力下输入的液体的液压作用被打开,其中没有注入模块的部分进入制品或饮料中,并且其与封壳支架也没有发生接触,从而排除了在用同一装置制造不同类型的制品时发生味道变差或卫生问题的风险。这对全自动设备的构造特别重要,在这种全自动设备中通过按下按钮会产生不同的饮料。
只通过液体压力来打开两个闭塞部,即不需要额外的机构用于刺穿一次性封壳。这实现了根据本发明的装置的简单结构。
根据本发明一次性封壳可以如目前那样安放到封壳支架中,并且通过该封壳支架被插到注入模块上,或它可以被手动地直接或通过插入盘、或者全自动地放入到集成在设备中的封壳支架模块中,其中注入模块向着安放在封壳支架中的一次性封壳的进入通道进行调整。
在特别优选的方式中,一次性封壳被如此构造,使得进入侧的端壁从进入通道锥形地向下扩大,并且包围出进入腔,该进入腔通过过滤器与用于粉末或颗粒的空腔相分开。通过进入通道流入的液体在进入腔内被分配在整个封壳表面上,由此确保了封壳容量的最大利用。排出侧的端壁被同样优选构造为锥形,其中该端壁向下朝着排出通道收缩,并且包围出通过滤网与用于粉末或颗粒的空腔相分开的排出腔,在该排出腔中制成的制品被聚集,以便通过打开的排出通道排出。

图1示出了安放在封壳支架2中的一次性封壳1,其包含一份粉末或颗粒,由该粉末或颗粒通过处于压力下的液体(通常用热水)进行提取或溶解来制造液态制品,尤其是饮料如咖啡、茶、热巧克力奶、肉汤等。为了把处于压力下的液体输入到一次性封壳1中,在封壳支架上面设置有注入模块3。随后进一步说明如何将液体输入到一次性封壳1中以及如何将制成的制品排出一次性封壳1。
按照图2,根据本发明的一次性封壳1具有形状不变的壳体11,该壳体带有上端壁12、下端壁13和连接着两个端壁12、13的圆柱形的或稍微锥形地向下扩大的部分14。两个端壁12、13是截锥形的。上端壁12配属有在中央的、设置有进入闭塞部16的进入通道,上端壁从该进入通道锥形地向下扩大。下端壁13配属有在中央的、设置有排出闭塞部19的排出通道18,一次性封壳1通过该下端壁被安放到封壳支架2(图1)中,其中下端壁13朝着排出通道18锥形地向下收缩。
壳体11的圆柱形的或者根据图2稍微锥形地向下扩大的部分14包围了用于粉末或颗粒的空腔10,该空腔通过过滤器20与上面的、由上面的进入侧的端壁12所包围着的进入腔21分开。上端壁12优选设置有多个分布在圆周上的、用于过滤器20的径向的支撑肋22。用于粉末或颗粒的空腔10向下通过滤网24(以及必要时还有过滤器)与通过下端壁13所包围的且朝着排出通道18锥形地收缩的排出腔25相分开。
未使用的一次性封壳1处于气密封的封闭状态中。为了制造液态制品,通常是饮料(也可以是汤或者是指例如液体的药物或者类似物),进入通道17与注入模块3相连接。进入闭塞部16以及排出闭塞部19被如此的构造,使得它们可以单独通过由注入模块3在压力下输入的液体的液压作用而打开。为此所需要的压力针对不同的制品被特定地确定,并且对制品质量是决定性的。
通过打开的排出通道17流入的液体通过进入侧的、上端壁12分布在整个封壳表面上,由此确保了封壳容量的最大利用。集成在一次性封壳1中的过滤器20过滤了流过的液体,并且同时阻止制品或封壳容量的可能回流。制成的制品流过起过滤器作用的滤网24,并且在排出腔25中聚集,以便于最后通过纯粹液压打开的排出通道18排出,当在封壳中建立了预定的压力时,排出通道于是被打开。尽管两个端壁12、13的截锥形的构造不是强制需要的,然而对于封壳容量的优化利用和制成的制品的从封壳排出的优化排空是特别有利的。

在图3中示出的饮料机30的实施例中,根据本发明的带有期望容量的一次性封壳1被安放到设置有手柄31的封壳支架2a中,也就是说在托架32中,该托架的开口33具有比一次性封壳1的排出通道18大得多的直径。封壳支架2a被从下面插入到位置固定的注入模块3a上,并且其中封闭的进入通道17被定位在注入模块3a对面。在启动饮料机30后,液态制品以上述的方式制造,其通过一次性封壳1的打开的排出通道18流到杯子35中。接着封壳支架2a从注入模块3a再次松开,并且使用过的封壳被取出。

Claims (10)
