Abstract

本发明公开了一种煤气旋风炉的气化燃烧装置,装置的烧嘴由喷嘴壳和设有多股扭面螺旋导流片的喷嘴体等部件组成,该烧嘴为低压预混式,发生室的热脑煤气由煤气导管进入面二次风由垂直于煤气导管方向的连接管进入最后在预混区n处混合而构成新的流股喷出,此种二次预热加预混喷出的旋流火焰,顺着加热室顶拱切向进入炉膛,实现旋风燃烧达到强化燃烧并延长烧嘴寿命。

Description

本发明涉及到以低块率混合烟煤为主要燃料的锻件加热、铸锻件退火、通讯丝连续正火、有色金属和水玻璃熔炼以及陶瓷、耐火材料和炭素烧结等工业炉窑的气化燃烧装置。
从层状燃烧炉和简易煤气炉的发展趋势来看,简易煤气炉的灵活性和潜力方面具有明显优势。但是,近年来发展的速度不及从锅炉中移植来的用于锻造加热的机械加煤炉,如阶梯式,水平往复式,链条式炉排等炉。其原因是,简易煤气炉气化和燃烧装置历来存在两个关键问题:一是发生室内耗问题;二是喷射燃烧装置。前者在技术上已取得进展,本发明是针对后者。传统的喷口加喷管结构很不科学,严重影响了助燃剂与煤气的混合条件,并限制了混合气的喷射压力及煤气的循环速度,导致该类炉型的燃烧效率低。现有技术虽作了一定的改进,但不适宜内装,耐脏、耐高温、低压力、大流量的条件下持续稳定工作。上述原因,是当前简易煤气炉类难于推广而阻碍其发展的症结所在。关于这,在《锻压技术》1986年第二期“粉状煤直接气化燃烧技术”一文中介绍过。目前虽对煤气旋风炉气化燃烧装置的烧嘴做过一些改进,如“螺片式涡流烧嘴”和“低压涡流式(DW-1)型烧嘴”,但它们均为由耐热金属材料及相应的机械结构构成。其内装式一类的寿命低,喷射压力 不高。无助于二次空气的预热作用。它们的基本结构一般由喷嘴壳和设有多股扭面螺旋导流片的喷嘴体组成,喷嘴体按轴向套入喷嘴壳后用螺钉机械连接,同外壳构成整体。热脏煤气由设有多股扭面螺旋导流片的喷嘴体进入。二次风由喷嘴壳上的垂直贯通管进入。该机械装配式烧嘴在高温状态下不能持续工作,只能在900-920℃的条件下工作,其寿命为1-2个月,而且还必须采取一些措施,如停炉后还要继续开二次风,这样既费电,又将炉膛温度很快降低,对节能十分不利;否则,烧嘴使用几个班就烧坏。
本发明针对上述缺点采用非金属材料及内装组合结构。
本发明的特征在于采用低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴,烧嘴的喷嘴壳由烧嘴壳和连接管组成,喷嘴体由导流喷头和煤气导管组成,烧嘴各零部件由刚玉质、高铝质、锆质、碳化硅耐火材料烧结而成,烧嘴壳由上下或左右两半组成方形,导流喷头同煤气导管通过止口连接,连接管和烧嘴壳采用双级止口连接。
下面结合附图对本发明的工作过程作具体描述:
图1低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴
低压预混式涡流嘴装在煤气发生室与加热室之间的炉体内部,能在高温下持续工作。工作时,发生室的热脏煤气由煤气导管(3)的大端孔,进入导流喷头(2)的大小 端孔喷出至预混区h;经过换热器预热的二次风,通过分配器至连接管(4),再进入烧嘴内腔i,然后再进入导流喷头(2)的多流股螺片槽,其气流绕轴旋转运动进入混合区。此时,带有大量辉光体的约500-600℃的热脏煤气,同二次预热的约350-450℃的助燃空气,同时在预混区h搅拌混合,构成新的流股喷出。由二次风在炽热的烧嘴体传导、辐射和对流的三元传热作用下,使喷出的压力提高,煤气随二次风的吸附作用增强而流量增多,因此混合气的喷出速度达30米/秒以上,配合偏拱低炉膛,有利于提高气流的旋转动力。此种二次预热加预混喷出的旋流火焰,顺着加热室顶拱切线进入炉膛,实现旋风燃烧。在湍流燃烧的作用下,燃烧强化、反应率加快,使已燃气和未燃新鲜可燃气迅速混合,提高了燃烧速率,增强了对被加热件的冲刷能力,改变了传统的煤气热交换状态,延长了烧嘴的寿命。
本发明既有本生灯火焰的特点,而又具备一定的预混区和回流火道,能实现无焰燃烧和稳定燃烧的高温点火源。
本发明的低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴通过炉膛结构和过剩空气系数的控制,可构成无氧化加热气氛,实现少无氧化加热。用于锻件加热,在一般情况下可节能23-38%。
本发明的低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴,根据炉型结构类型和不同规格,能单独或组合使用,可对能量、火焰、温度进 行调控,不产生回火、脱火和焦油堵塞现象。
本发明对于改造现有的燃煤火焰反射炉,能达到节能、环保和改善劳动条件具有显著的综合效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种煤气旋风炉的气化燃烧装置,该装置的烧嘴由喷嘴壳和设有多股扭面螺旋导流片的喷嘴体组成,喷嘴体按轴向套入喷嘴壳,同外壳构成整体,其特征在于该烧嘴为低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴,烧嘴的喷嘴壳由烧嘴壳(1)和连接管(4)组成,喷嘴体由导流喷头(2)和煤气导管(3)组成,烧嘴壳(1)为上下或左右两半组成方形,导流喷头(2)同煤气导管(3)通过止口连接,连接管(4)和烧嘴壳(1)采用双级止口连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的煤气旋风炉的气化燃烧装置,其特征在于烧嘴各零部件由刚玉质、高铝质、锆质、碳化硅耐火材料烧结而成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的煤气旋风炉的气化燃烧装置,其特征在于低压预混式内装涡流烧嘴装在煤气发生室与加热室之间的炉膛内部。
