Abstract
一种熔模铸造用的覆膜砂。它是在石墨砂粒的表面上。包覆着一种由对甲苯磺酸和乙醇溶液组成的固化剂。经干燥而成。
用所说的覆膜砂作为熔模型壳的撒砂材料。模组挂上石墨——钛合金熔模铸造用树脂涂料后。根据面层、过渡层和加固层的不同要求。撒上不同粒度的覆膜砂、干燥硬化后,再撒第二层、第三层……直至达到设计要求。本覆膜砂特别适用于钛合金的熔模铸造。
Description
本发明适用于钛合金熔模铸造。
目前钛合金熔模铸造大多采用石墨-酚醛树脂型壳,即采用酚醛树脂(作粘结剂)与石墨粉(作耐火骨料)配制成涂料,以不同牌号的石墨砂作撒砂材料。为使石墨-酚醛树脂型壳硬化。将固化剂鸟洛托品加入到涂料中,鸟洛托品直接与酚醛树脂接触而发生缩合反应,形成不可逆反应的聚合物就把石墨砂粘结起来,形成一层坚固的型壳。由于鸟洛托品的加入,使涂料的存放期缩为1天,若要延长涂料存放期,则需将待用的涂料放入冰箱中储存。需挂涂料时,再将涂料缓慢预热至20℃左右。这样一来,工艺复杂,而且型壳的硬化时间又长。型壳由7~9层组成,每层硬化时间为9~24小时。
本发明旨在制造一种覆膜砂和设计一种用所说的覆膜砂制壳的工艺。
所谓覆膜砂就是将对甲苯磺酸固化剂经过混制包覆在不同牌号的石墨砂粒上。覆膜砂就成了固化剂的载体。将覆膜砂撒在模组所挂的涂料上时,砂粒表层的固化剂与涂料中的树脂接触,而发生缩合反应,形成不可逆反应的聚合物就把砂粒粘结起来,形成一层坚固的型壳。这样反复多次就可制作出浇注钛及钛合金的熔模型壳。
采用覆膜砂硬化型壳的优点如下:
(1)石墨砂粒被固化剂包住,撒砂时无粉尘。
(2)所需的石墨-钛合金熔模铸造用树脂涂料中不加入固化剂。故涂料的存放期长,涂料可连续使用。
(3)缩短了型壳的制作周期,每层型壳的硬化时间由原来9~24小时变成2~6小时。
现将覆膜砂的制作方法和制壳工艺详细说明如下:
(1)覆膜砂的制备工艺
固化剂为对甲苯磺酸乙醇溶液,其配比为:
对甲苯磺酸∶乙醇=1~2∶1
将对甲苯磺酸充分地溶入乙醇溶液中,配制成固化剂,再将固化剂缓慢地加入盛有石墨砂的叶片式搅拌机中。边搅拌边加入,配制比例见表1。混制10分钟。再将混制后的石墨砂放入烘箱中。加热至80~90℃保温1~2小时,冷却后即成覆膜砂。

(2)制壳工艺
将模组浸入石墨-钛合金熔模铸造用树脂涂料中。再将模组上多余涂料用净。根据面层、过渡层和加固层的不同要求。撒上不同粒度的覆膜砂。放置自然干燥。使型壳固化。根据铸件的具体情况来确定型壳的涂挂层。第一层硬化后印可涂挂第二层。直至达到设计目标。
Claims (2)
1、一种制造钛合金熔模铸造型壳用的覆膜砂,其特征是在不同粒度的石墨砂表面包覆着一层对甲苯磺酸固化剂,在撒砂制壳中该固化剂与石墨-钛合金熔模铸造用树脂涂料中的树脂发生作用。
2、一种钛合金熔模铸造制壳工艺,它是将模组侵入石墨-钛合金熔模铸造用树脂涂料中,取出模组,甩净多余涂料,按面层、过渡层和加固层的不同要求撒上不同粒度的覆膜砂,放置待自然干燥,第一层硬化后,再挂第二层,直至达到设计目标,其特征在于所撒的砂包覆有对甲苯磺酸固化剂。
