Abstract

本发明请求保护一种带有冷却管路的涡轮增压发动机进气歧管,包括有进气歧管谐振腔和与连接的进气歧管气道,其特征是在进气歧管谐振腔下方或者上方设置一个与之共壁的冷却腔,在冷却腔两端设置连接新鲜、干净空气的进/出口。该冷却腔的设计长度最好超过谐振腔长度,以达到最大冷却能力。本发明的优点是采用在进气歧管设计的管路中引入增压后气体的冷却管路,进一步降低进入发动机进气歧管的压缩气体温度,即降低进气温度,提高进气效率。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车发动机技术领域,具体涉及采用废气涡轮增压中冷的汽油机。
背景技术
目前,采用废气涡轮增压中冷的汽油机,由于中冷器的尺寸和位置的关系,使得经过中冷器冷却后的增压气体温度依然很高。过高的气体温度会使气体膨胀,导致进气效率下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种带有冷却管路的涡轮增压发动机进气歧管,采用在进气歧管设计的管路中引入增压后气体的冷却管路,进一步降低进入发动机进气歧管的压缩气体温度,即降低进气温度,提高进气效率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种涡轮增压发动机进气歧管,包括有进气歧管谐振腔和与连接的进气歧管气道,其特征是在进气歧管谐振腔下方或者上方设置一个与之共壁的冷却腔,在冷却腔两端设置连接新鲜、干净空气的进/出口。该冷却腔的设计长度最好超过谐振腔长度,以达到最大冷却能力。
本发明的进气歧管结构与现有结构相比,具有如下有益效果;
1、通过在谐振腔上设置共壁的冷却腔,达到利用新鲜的冷空气对进入谐振腔的增压后气体进行冷却,进一步降低进入发动机进气歧管的压缩气体温度,从而提高进气效率。
2、采用冷却腔和谐振腔共壁结构,还可节约材料和降低进气歧管重量。
3、新鲜空气来自空滤器过滤后的干净气体,无须另行设置冷却源。

具体实施方式
参见1和图2,在图1中,1为进气歧管谐振腔,2为进气歧管谐振腔与冷却腔之间的夹层,3为冷却腔,4、5为来自空滤器的新鲜、干净空气的进、出气口(按照空滤器布置的位置不同,4和5均可作为进出气口,6为进气歧管气道,7为接口。
从图1和图2可见,发动机进气歧管是在沿进气歧管谐振腔1下沿设置一个与它平行的冷却腔2,该冷却腔与谐振腔共壁,即有夹层3,以保证冷却能力的传递,冷却腔2的长度超过谐振腔1长度。另在冷却腔2两端设置有上设置自空滤器的新鲜、干净空气的进、出气口4和5,进、出气口4和5上有接口7。

1.一种涡轮增压发动机进气歧管,包括有进气歧管谐振腔和与连接的进气歧管气道,其特征在于:在进气歧管谐振腔下方或上方设置一个与之共壁的冷却腔,在冷却腔两端设置进/出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压发动机进气歧管,其特征在于:所述冷却腔的长度超过谐振腔长度。
