技术领域
本发明涉及肩带及其制造方法。
背景技术
用于诸如文胸的衣物的肩带通常是由不可伸展的织物或可伸展的织物制成。完全由不可伸展的织物制成的肩带对于使用者而言是不舒服的,并且也不是灵活的。在另一方面,完全由可伸展的织物制成的肩带对于使用者而言无法提供足够的支承以及期望的刚度。
用于诸如文胸的衣物的肩带通常的形式为细长的窄带,沿肩带的整个长度具有同样的宽度。这些窄肩带容易变形并且扭曲,特别是在它们是由薄弹性织物制成的情况时。如果肩带的中间肩接合部变形并且扭曲,则这可对于穿戴者造成不舒服并且造成不适,并且在外表上看不出来。
因此,需要提供一种针对诸如文胸的衣物的改进的肩带。同时还期望制造这样的肩带,所述肩带是舒服的,并且具有美学上期望的最小的缝头(seam allowance)。
发明内容
根据一个方面,一种用于制造肩带的方法包括以下步骤,将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物,以形成第一粘合伸展织物;将第二粘合膜粘合至第二伸展织物,以形成第二粘合伸展织物;在第一与第二粘合伸展织物之间夹置第一硬质织物;并且将所述第一硬质织物与所述第一和第二粘合伸展织物熔合,以形成带。
根据另一方面,一种用于制造肩带的方法,包括以下步骤,将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物,以形成粘合伸展织物;在粘合伸展织物与第二粘合膜之间夹置第一硬质织物和第二硬质织物;将第一硬质织物熔合在第一伸展织物上,并将第二硬质织物熔合在第二粘合膜上,以形成织物组件;并且沿纵向边缘超声波切割所述织物组件以形成带。

肩带10可包括相对加宽的硬质中间部12、以及两个相对缩窄的可伸展的端部14和16,如图1所示。肩带10或20可包括两个外侧伸展织物A和F以及两个内侧硬质织物C和D,如图3A所示。两个内侧硬质织物C和D可短于两个外侧伸展织物A和F,并且可夹置在A与F之间。两个可熔合的粘合膜B和E可熔合(fuse)在伸展织物A和F以及硬质织物C和D上,因而将伸展织物A和F以及硬质织物C和D粘合在一起,以形成肩带10或20。

例如,衣物可以是文胸。文胸可包括连接至文胸本体的肩带10或20。应该理解的是,不同设计和尺寸的衣物还可以利用不同形状、长度和宽度的肩带。还应该理解的是,肩带10可以被应用于将诸如手袋的其它物品支承附着在使用者的肩部上。手袋可包括连接至手袋本体的肩带10或20。
肩带具有长度L10,而中间部12具有长度L12,所述长度L12足够长,以延伸附着使用者的整个肩部。端部14具有长度L14,所述长度L14比所述端部16的长度L16长,尽管应该理解的是,两个端部14和16可具有同样的长度。例如,长度L10可以是大约555至585mm,长度L12可以是大约190至200mm,长度L14可以是大约310至320mm,并且长度L16可以是大约55至65mm。

外侧伸展织物A的长度可以与外侧伸展织物F的长度大致相同,并且内侧硬质织物C的长度可以与内侧硬质织物D的长度大致相同,而两个内侧硬质织物C和D的长度可短于两个外侧伸展织物A和F的长度。外侧伸展织物A和F可以由尼龙弹性纤维(nylon spandex)或本领域技术人员公知的任何其它合适的材料制成,并且内侧硬质织物C和D可以由尼龙或本领域技术人员公知的任何其它合适的材料制成。
可熔合的粘合膜B适于熔合在并且粘附在伸展织物A和硬质织物C上,并且可熔合的粘合膜E适于熔合在并且粘附在伸展织物F和硬质织物D上。粘合膜B和E可由聚氨酯或本领域技术人员公知的任何其它合适的材料制成。伸展织物A和F以及硬质织物C和D一起可形成肩带10或20.尽管已经示出并说明了具有两个内侧硬质织物C和D,但是本领域技术人员清楚的是,肩带10或20可具有仅仅单个内侧硬质织物。
在图4中示出了说明制造肩带10的各步骤的流程图。第一步骤包括将粘合膜B连接至伸展织物A并且将粘合膜E连接至伸展织物F。两个粘合膜B和E可相应地直接施加至两个伸展织物A和F,或者两个粘合膜B和E可通过合适的转移件或本领域技术人员公知的承载器具相应地转移至两个伸展织物A和F。
如图3B所示,粘合膜B可设置在相对硬质的背纸或承载片材B'上,并且例如通过熔合机被熔合在伸展织物A上。熔合机可以是任何传统的熔合机,例如Macpi、型号5 53-37912-C0的熔合机,或者Xinhua、型号NHG-A0的熔合机。承载片材B′可由非熔合的包覆硅的纸或本领域技术人员公知的任何其它合适的材料制成。
粘合膜B可释放地设置在承载片材B′的一侧上。伸展织物A然后可叠加附着在粘合膜B上。叠加的伸展织物A和带有承载片材B′的粘合膜B然后输送进入熔合机中。熔合机产生热量和压力,它们足以将粘合膜B熔合在伸展织物A上。在熔合处理之后,承载片材B′可从粘合膜B剥离,以形成粘合伸展织物H。
类似地,粘合膜E可熔合在伸展织物F上。粘合膜E可设置在相对硬质的承载片材E′上,如图3C所示。承载片材E′可由非熔合的包覆硅的纸或本领域技术人员公知的任何其它合适的材料制成。粘合膜E可释放地设置在承载片材E′的一侧上。伸展织物F然后可叠加附着在粘合膜E上。叠加的伸展织物F和带有承载片材E'的粘合膜E然后输送进入熔合机中。熔合机产生热量和压力,它们足以将粘合膜E熔合在伸展织物F上。在熔合处理之后,承载片材E′可从粘合膜E剥离,以形成粘合伸展织物G。
第二步骤包括将两个硬质织物C和D夹置在两个粘合伸展织物G和H之间,而粘合膜B和E彼此相互向内朝向,如图3A所示。两个硬质织物C和D在两个粘合伸展织物G和H的相反端部之间的中间位置位于两个粘合伸展织物G和H之间。两个硬质织物C和D相对于两个粘合伸展织物G和H的位置取决于待制造的衣物的设计。
夹置的硬质织物C和D与粘合伸展织物G和H可输送进入熔合机中。熔合机产生热量和压力,它们足以将粘合膜B熔合在硬质织物C上,并且将粘合膜E熔合在硬质织物D上,因而形成半成品的带I。
第三步骤包括利用传统的切割机沿两个纵向边缘切割半成品的带I,从而形成不同形状和尺寸的带J,如图6所示。例如,半成品的带I可以被切开,以形成具有相对加宽的中间部12和两个相对缩窄的端部14和16的带J。
第四步骤包括利用超声波切割与熔合机沿带J的两个纵向边缘形成扇形切口。例如,超声波切割与熔合机可以是GoldenCasting公司制造的所述超声波切割与熔合机,型号为GC-BS。例如,超声波切割与熔合机可具有可旋转地安装在所述超声波切割与熔合机上的“扇形”刀片。在带J被推动经过旋转的“扇形”刀片时,接缝被切割,并且沿带J的边缘可形成波状扇形切口。扇形切口的肩带K的成品的实例在图7中示出。
在图5中示出了说明制造肩带20的各步骤的流程图。出于示意性的目的,肩带20的层结构与如图3A所示的肩带10的层结构相同。
第一步骤包括利用熔合机将粘合膜E熔合在伸展织物F上,如图3C所示。熔合机可以是任何传统的熔合机,例如Mapci、型号553-37912-C0的熔合机,或者Xinhua、型号NHG-A0的熔合机。
粘合膜E可释放地设置在承载片材E′的一侧上。伸展织物F然后可叠加附着在粘合膜E上。叠加的伸展织物F和带有承载片材E'的粘合膜E可输送进入熔合机中。熔合机产生热量和压力,它们足以将粘合膜E熔合在伸展织物F上。在熔合处理之后,承载片材E′从粘合膜E上剥离,以形成粘合伸展织物G。
第二步骤包括将两个硬质织物C和D夹置在粘合伸展织物G与粘合膜B之间,其中所述粘合膜B可释放地设置在承载片材B′的一侧上,如图3A和3B所示。夹置的硬质织物C和D、粘合的织物G、以及形成了最外层的带有承载片材B′的粘合膜B可输送进入熔合机中。熔合机产生热量和压力,它们足以将粘合膜B和E熔合,并且将两个硬质织物C和D以及伸展织物F粘合在一起,以形成织物组件H′,如图10所示。
第三步骤包括利用传统的切割机沿两个纵向边缘切割织物组件H′,从而形成不同形状和尺寸的带J′,如图8所示。例如,织物组件H'可被切开,以形成加宽的中间部22和两个缩窄的端部24和26。伸展织物A可被切割成带J′的形状和尺寸,以形成伸展织物I′。在切割处理之后,伸展织物I′和带J′可并排安放在叠加的位置。
第四步骤包括沿叠加的伸展织物I′和带J′的每个纵向侧部进行缝合,以形成具有沿每个纵向侧部的缝头的缝合带K′,如图9所示。利用传统的缝纫机可实现缝合。
第五步骤可包括利用超声波切割与熔合机同时沿每个纵向侧部切割缝合带K′的缝头,并且熔合每个纵向边缘,以形成切割与熔合的带L′,如图11所示。在承载片材B′被剥离之后,切割与熔合的带L′就形成了,其为暴露粘合膜B的套筒的形式。
第六步骤包括包括利用夹具将带L′内外翻转。夹具可包括竖直延伸的上杆以及竖直延伸的下杆。竖直延伸的上杆和下杆通过框架被支承,并且布置成彼此相互共直接对正。
上杆和下杆可以处于竖直间隔的关系,尽管两个共直线的杆可以沿水平安置,或沿任何其它方向安置。为了内外翻转带L′,可以首先从上杆的下侧自由端向上推压L′,从而除了最下侧部分以外,L′可完全地绕上杆卷绕。
下杆可以朝向上杆向上竖直移动,直至下杆的上侧自由端与上杆的下侧自由端接触。这可以将带L′的最下侧部分固定地保持在下侧自由端与上侧自由端之间。带L′然后可通过将其向下牵拉附着其本身而内外翻转,直至带被完全地内外翻转,并且绕下杆被卷绕。
下杆然后可以向下移动,从而下杆的上侧自由端与上杆的下侧自由端脱离接触。通过将带L′从下杆直牵拉出,这允许释放带L′。在带L′被内外翻转之后,粘合膜B在两个伸展织物A与F之间设置在带L′内。
第七步骤包括将带L′输送进入熔合机中,并将粘合膜B熔合在伸展织物A上,以形成成品的肩带。
尽管已经说明了方法和制品的实例,但是应该清楚的是,这些方法和制品并不是限制性的,并且可以实现改型。这些方法和制品的范围通过权利要求书被限定,并且符合权利要求书无论是文字上还是通过等价物的方式的所有方法和制品都被认为包含在本发明之中。
Claims (32)
1.一种制造肩带的方法,包括以下步骤:
将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物,以形成第一粘合伸展织物;
将第二粘合膜粘合至第二伸展织物,以形成第二粘合伸展织物;
在所述第一粘合伸展织物与所述第二粘合伸展织物之间夹置第一硬质织物;
将所述第一硬质织物与所述第一粘合伸展织物和所述第二粘合伸展织物熔合,以形成带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割所述带的纵向边缘,以形成相对加宽的中间部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割所述带的纵向边缘,以形成邻近所述相对加宽的中间部的相对缩窄的端部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割所述带的纵向边缘,以形成扇形切口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一粘合膜的一侧上包括第一承载片材,并且所述将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物的步骤还包括将所述第一伸展织物叠加附着在所述第一粘合膜的另一侧上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物的步骤还包括施加热量以及压力,以将所述第一粘合膜熔合在所述第一伸展织物上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物的步骤还包括在熔合之后剥离所述第一承载片材。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第二粘合膜的一侧上包括第二承载片材,并且所述将第二粘合膜粘合至第二伸展织物的步骤还包括将所述第二伸展织物叠加附着在所述第二粘合膜的另一侧上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第二粘合膜粘合至第二伸展织物的步骤还包括施加热量和压力,以将所述第二粘合膜熔合在所述第二伸展织物上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第二粘合膜粘合至第二伸展织物的步骤还包括在熔合之后剥离所述第二承载片材。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述第一粘合伸展织物与所述第二粘合伸展织物之间夹置第二硬质织物。
12.一种制造肩带的方法,包括以下步骤:
将第一粘合膜粘合至第一伸展织物,以形成粘合伸展织物;
在所述粘合伸展织物与第二粘合膜之间夹置第一硬质织物和第二硬质织物;
将所述第一硬质织物熔合在所述第一伸展织物上,并且将所述第二硬质织物熔合在所述第二粘合膜上,以形成织物组件;并且
沿纵向边缘超声波切割所述织物组件,以形成带。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割第二伸展织物,并且将所切割的第二伸展织物叠加附着在所述带的第二粘合膜上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括沿所述叠加的第二伸展织物与所述带的纵向侧部进行缝合,以形成具有缝头的缝合带。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割并且熔合所述缝合带的所述缝头,以形成切割与熔合的带。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括内外翻转所述切割与熔合的带。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括将所述第二粘合膜熔合在第二伸展织物上,以形成成品的肩带。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割所述带的纵向边缘,以形成相对加宽的中间部。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括超声波切割所述带的纵向边缘,以形成邻近所述相对加宽的中间部的相对缩窄的端部。
20.一种肩带,包括
第一伸展织物和第二伸展织物,以及
夹置在所述第一伸展织物与所述第二伸展织物之间、并粘合至所述第一伸展织物的第一硬质织物,
其中,所述硬质织物位于所述第一伸展织物与所述第二伸展织物的相反端部之间的中间位置。
21.根据权利要求20所述的肩带,其特征在于,还包括相对加宽的中间部。
22.根据权利要求21所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述中间部限定用于与使用者的肩部接合的肩接合部。
23.根据权利要求21所述的肩带,其特征在于,还包括邻近所述相对加宽的中间部的相对缩窄的端部。
24.根据权利要求23所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述端部限定用于支承由使用者穿戴的衣物的支承部。
25.根据权利要求20所述的肩带,其特征在于,还包括沿所述肩带的纵向边缘的扇形切口。
26.根据权利要求20所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述第一伸展织物的长度与所述第二伸展织物的长度大致相同。
27.根据权利要求20所述的肩带,其特征在于,还包括夹置在所述第一伸展织物与所述第二伸展织物之间、并粘合至所述第二伸展织物的第二硬质织物。
28.根据权利要求27所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述第一硬质织物的长度与所述第二硬质织物的长度大致相同。
29.根据权利要求27所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述第一硬质织物和所述第二硬质织物的长度短于所述第一伸展织物和所述第二伸展织物的长度。
30.根据权利要求27所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述第一硬质织物和所述第二硬质织物是由尼龙制成。
31.根据权利要求20所述的肩带,其特征在于,所述第一伸展织物和所述第二伸展织物是由尼龙弹性纤维制成。
32.一种衣物,包括本体以及连接至本体的如权利要求20所述的肩带,所述衣物可包括文胸和手袋。
