背景技术

现在将详细参看本发明的特定实施例，其实例在同样在以下的说明中被提出。详细说明了本发明的示意性实施例，但是本领域技术人员将清楚对于本发明的理解而言并不重要的一些特征，出于简化的原因并没有示出。
此外，应该理解的是，本发明并不限于以下所述的特定实施例，并且在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的前提下，本领域技术人员可实现本发明不同的改变和改型。例如，在说明书和权利要求书的范围内，不同的示意性实施例的元件和/或结构可以彼此结合和/或彼此替换。另外，本领域技术人员在阅读说明书、附图以及权利要求书之后明显清楚的改进和改型被认为是符合在本发明的精神和范围内。
形成弹性材料的摺边10的方法包括：将第一伸展织物片材20安放在第二伸展织物片材21上；沿熔合线22从所述第一织物片材20和所述第二织物片材21切割过多的边缘条，并同时沿所述熔合线22将所述片材20和21熔合在一起；沿所述熔合线22将弹性条带23定位在第一片材20与第二片材21之间；并且将所述弹性条带23熔合至所述片材20或21中的至少一个片材，以形成摺边10，如图1至6所示。
在第一步骤中，第一伸展织物片材20和第二伸展织物片材21上下平放，如图1所示。伸展织物片材的实例可包括聚酯、弹力纤维和莱卡。邻近片材20和21的边缘形成单针缝合线24，以将片材20和21连接在一起。例如，缝合线24可距离片材20和21的边缘2至3mm。
在第二步骤中，沿线24完成切割和熔合，以将片材20和21连接在一起，如图2所示。例如，可使用超声波切割机(但是也可以使用本领域技术人员公知的其它机器)，以超声波切割6mm的缝边容许量，并且同时将片材20和21超声波熔合在一起。优选地，第一伸展织物片材20和第二伸展织物片材21沿熔合线22超声波熔合在一起。
在第三步骤中，弹性条带23沿熔合线22位于相连的片材20与21之间。在一个实例中，相连的片材20和21可打开平展，以形成连续的片材，如图3所示。然后，弹性条带23可安放在熔合线22上。例如，弹性条带23可以是可热熔的弹性材料，例如聚酯、弹力纤维、莱卡或它们的组合。片材21可相对于弹性条带23折叠，以将弹性条带23夹置在片材20与21之间，如图4所示。优选地，折叠在弹性条带23的一侧维持了熔合线22。
在第四步骤中，弹性条带23可熔合至片材20或21中的至少一个上，以形成摺边10，如图5和6所示。优选地，弹性条带23熔合至第一伸展织物片材20与第二伸展织物片材21这两者。优选地，片材20和21在熔合之前内外翻转。热熔机、加热式压脚机或输送带机可被使用，以将弹性条带23熔合至伸展织物片材20或21的这两者上或其中之一上，但是也可以使用本领域技术人员公知的其它机器。
弹性材料的摺边10包括第一伸展织物片材20和第二伸展织物片材21，以及熔合至伸展织物片材20或21中的至少一个的弹性条带23。第一伸展织物片材20和第二伸展织物片材21完全地包围弹性条带23。因此，摺边10可具有仅仅三层。弹性翼条的边缘可包括摺边10。文胸可包括第一罩杯、第二罩杯、背带、第一罩杯与背带之间的第一弹性翼带、以及第二罩杯与背带之间的第二弹性翼带。
应该清楚的是，对于本领域技术人员明显清楚的改型和改变并不应被认为是超出本发明的范围。例如，可省略单线缝合步骤。此外，本发明并不限于“翼条”，其可同样应用于其它衣物部分或者其它弹性材料。
尽管已经说明了方法和制品的实例，但是应该清楚的是，这些方法和制品并不限于此，还可以进行改型。这些方法和制品是由权利要求书所限定，并且所有文字上符合权利要求书或其等价物的方法和制品被认为是包括在此。

Claims (11)

1.一种在弹性材料的边缘形成摺边的方法，包括以下步骤：
第一步骤：将第一伸展织物片材安放在第二伸展织物片材上；
第二步骤：沿熔合线从所述第一片材和所述第二片材这两者切割过多的边缘条，并且同时沿所述熔合线将所述片材熔合在一起；
第三步骤：沿所述熔合线将弹性条带定位在所述第一片材与所述第二片材之间；
第四步骤：将所述弹性条带熔合至所述第一片材或所述第二片材中的至少一个片材上，以形成摺边；并且
在所述第二步骤之前，邻近所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材的边缘形成缝合线，以将所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述第三步骤包括：
展开所述第一片材和所述第二片材；
沿所述熔合线安放弹性条带；并且
相对于所述弹性条带折叠所述第二伸展织物片材，以将所述弹性条带夹置在所述第一片材与所述第二片材之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述缝合线距离所述片材的边缘2至3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述第二步骤包括利用超声波切割机进行超声波切割。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法，其特征在于，所述切割提供6mm的缝边容许量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述第二步骤包括利用超声波熔合机进行超声波熔合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述第三步骤包括折叠的步骤，所述折叠步骤包括在所述弹性条带的一侧维持所述熔合线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，还包括在熔合至所述弹性条带之前，内外翻转所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述弹性条带熔合至所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材这两者。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法，其特征在于，利用加热式压脚机熔合所述弹性条带。
11.一种文胸，包括：
第一罩杯；
第二罩杯；
背带；
位于所述第一罩杯与所述背带之间的第一弹性翼条；以及
位于所述第二罩杯与所述背带之间的第二弹性翼条，
其中，所述第一弹性翼条与所述第二弹性翼条分别包括摺边，所述摺边包括：
第一伸展织物片材和第二伸展织物片材；以及
熔合至所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材中的至少一个的弹性条带，
其中，所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材完全地包围所述弹性条带，缝合线邻近所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材的边缘形成，以将所述第一伸展织物片材和所述第二伸展织物片材连接在一起。
