擦拭片 
技术领域
本发明涉及擦拭片,涉及能够将便携式电话及与IT相关的设备、电视机等的屏幕及照相机镜头、CD表面的污物等,粘贴在对象物上就地擦掉的擦拭片。 
背景技术
由于IT技术的进步,对于电视机及便携式电话、个人计算机等与IT相关的设备的显示器、或者数码照相机或CD等光学设备或信息设备,一般人接触的机会正在增加。这种显示器或照相机镜头、CD镜面等,容易带静电,因此,存在着容易堆积尘埃,当使用频繁时,手指及手掌的油脂容易附着污染的问题。另一方面,为了擦除眼镜的透镜的污物,作为擦拭布,使用由超极细纤维构成的织物。 
但是,与便携式电话一起经常携带这种擦拭布是非常麻烦的事情,并且,实际上需要时常常与其它东西混淆,不能找到紧要的擦拭布。 
为了解决这种问题,申请人以前提出了一种擦拭片,该擦拭片将能够多次粘贴的由丙烯酸系聚合物片构成的吸附面和超极细纤维布粘贴到一起(参照专利文献1)。另外,也类似的发明被提出,该发明在20~100μm厚的基体材料树脂薄膜的一个面上设置片状物,在另一个面上设置拆装功能层(参照专利文献2)。借此,将这种片粘贴到擦拭对象物上,和对象物一起携带,在必要时,可以卸下用于进行擦拭。 
但是,专利文献1所示的擦拭片,由于直接粘贴聚合物片和超极细纤维布,所以,存在着强度不足,耐久性差等问题。反之,专利文献2的擦拭片,由于是基体材料薄膜,所以,柔软性差,存在着难以贴到凹凸面上的问题。

发明内容
如上所述,在过去的擦拭片中,将聚合物片和超极细纤维布直接粘贴的擦拭片,耐久性存在问题,利用20~100μm厚的树脂膜作为基体材料的擦拭片,存在着柔软性差的问题。 
本发明通过对基体材料的厚度采取措施,以解决这个问题,实现富有柔软性、粘结力强、在凹凸面上也容易粘贴、粘合性良好且具有耐久性的擦拭片,作为本发明的课题。 
为了解决上述课题,本发明的方案1中所述的发明是一种擦拭片,该擦拭片平时粘贴在对象物上,在必要时剥离,可以反复使用,在树脂膜的一个面上,层叠具有污物擦除性的超极细纤维布,在另一个面上,层叠有借助微细气泡的吸盘作用具有吸附性的聚合物片,其特征在于,前述树脂膜的厚度不足20μm,前述吸附片是厚度为500μm至800μm的聚合物片,由在表面具有细微气泡的发泡倍率为1.5倍的低发泡泡沫构成,在为厚度0.5mm,大小50mm的方形时,相对于玻璃的剥离强度为0.15kg左右。 
为了解决上述课题,本发明的方案2所述的发明,在方案1所述的擦拭片中,其特征在于,前述聚合物片是丙烯酸系聚合物片。 
为了解决上述课题,本发明的方案3所述的发明,在方案1或方案2所述的擦拭片中,其特征在于,前述超极细纤维布是无纺布。 
由于本发明的擦拭片按照上述方式构成,所以,具有以下效果,即,可以比较廉价地提供,牢固,具有耐久性,柔软性有飞跃性的改善,即使有一些凹凸,也很容易粘贴,粘结力强,可以反复粘结。

下面。参照附图详细说明本发明的擦拭片。 
图1是本发明的擦拭片的一种实施形式的示意剖视图。在图1中,标号1表示擦拭用的超极细纤维布,标号2表示聚合物片,标号3表示树脂膜,标号4表示擦拭片。并且,在树脂膜3的两个面上涂布图中未示出的粘结剂,在其一个面上粘结擦拭用超极细纤维布1,在其另一个面上粘结聚合物片2,构成擦拭片4。 
下面,简单说明该擦拭片4的各部结构。 
擦拭用超极细纤维布1,其一条条的纤维非常地细,为0.001~0.5旦尼尔(denier),纤维的截面形状不是圆形,而是例如三角形,所获得的布,即使不特别施加力,也能够可靠地吸收污物,擦拭残余很少。进而,如果是无纺布的话,即使进行剪裁或穿孔加工等,尺寸稳定性也很优异,很难发生布纹的脱线或纤维屑的尘埃等。 
作为超极细纤维布的例子,可以列举出以カネボウ合纤株式会社制造的ベル-マX作为原纱的织物ザウイ-ナミニマツクス。进而,作为超极细纤维的无纺布的例子,可以列举出日本バイリ-ン公司制造的バイフレツシヤ-,アポロン以及该公司制造的同时具有去静电功能的“电气と-る”等。 
擦拭用的超极细纤维布1的厚度,没有特定的限制,在本实施形式中,采用从50μm至500μm左右的厚度。 
聚合物片2是表面上具有微细气泡的丙烯酸制的聚合物片。该聚合物片2,表面的微细气泡起着吸盘的作用,吸附到平滑的与之匹配的面上。作为这种聚合物片的例子,可以列举出大成ラミネ-タ-株式会社制造的セロピ-555。这种聚合物片由发泡倍率为1.5倍左右的低发泡泡沫,为厚度0.5mm,大小50mm的方形,相对于玻璃,表现出0.15kg左右的剥离强度。 
聚合物片2的厚度,没有特定的限制,但是,越厚,粘结力越好。在本实施形式中,例如,采用500μm至800μm左右的厚度的聚合物片。 
树脂膜3的材料,没有特定的限制,但是,例如,可以采用聚酯膜、聚酰胺膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙酯膜、尼龙膜等。为了给予擦拭片4以耐久性(强度),树脂膜3是必要的。树脂膜3的厚度越厚,强度越增加,但是,当厚度厚时,擦拭片4的柔软性差。当树脂膜3的厚度过厚,柔软性欠缺,贴紧性变差时,在聚合物片2的厚度不足的情况下,张贴的片4容易剥离。 
在本实施形式中,为了在保持必要的强度的同时,具有柔性性,可以在具有一些凹凸的场所也能够进行粘贴,富有贴紧性,采用厚度不足20μm,例如,8μm或者15μm厚度的聚对苯二甲酸乙酯(PET)膜。这样,即使将树脂膜3制造得比较薄以限制其整个厚度,也可以使聚合物2的厚度比较厚,可以加强其粘结力。另外,即使将树脂膜3的厚度制造得比较薄,也可以将聚合物片2的厚度相应地加厚,弥补擦拭片4的强度。 
图2及图3表示本发明的擦拭片4的使用方法的例子。 
例如,以用于便携式电话机5时的情况为例,通常,如图2所示,将擦拭片4的聚合物片侧压紧并吸附保持在便携式电话机5的壳体上,在擦拭屏幕6的污物时,从壳体上剥下,如图3所示,将超极细纤维布1侧压到屏幕6上,进行擦拭。借此,在屏幕6上发现污物时,可以随时很方便地进行擦拭,使屏幕6明亮干净。 
上面对便携式电话机5的情况进行了描述,但是,也可以同样应用于电视机、汽车导航设备、个人计算机、台式计算器、钟表、照相机等的屏幕或镜头,进而,可以粘贴到CD记录装置及再生装置上,用于擦拭CD的镜面的污物。 
如上所述,根据本发明的擦拭片,由于可以将片4一直粘贴在装置的不会造成妨碍的部位上,在粘附污物时立即剥下将污物擦掉,所以,可以立即处理令人不愉快的模糊不清及污物等,十分方便。另外, 由于片4的耐久性及柔软性,聚合物片2侧的反复粘贴性能等足够好,在污染时,也能够很简单地进行清洗,所以,可以长期使用,是很经济的。进而,可以在作为表面的超极细纤维布1侧,通过升华式印刷,印刷上企业名称、商品名、广告等,用作宣传发布用的媒体。 
工业上的利用可能性 
由于本发明的擦拭片可以很方便地用于广泛普及的便携式电话机及个人计算机等,所以,相信会有广泛的需要,进而,由于可以作为宣传发布用的广告媒体使用,所以,不仅是电话机及IT产业界,在广泛的工业领域内,都有利用的可能性。

2.如权利要求1所述的擦拭片,其特征在于,前述聚合物片是丙烯酸系的聚合物片。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的擦拭片,其特征在于,前述超极细纤维布是无纺布。
