Abstract

本发明是一种排水泵永磁同步电机,包括驱动风叶转动的永磁体转子,支撑永磁体转子的泵体,定子铁芯和定子线圈,其中所述定子线圈的绕组是铝漆包线绕组,并且所述铝漆包线绕组密封在一个容器中。本发明排水泵永磁同步电机,不仅实现了铝漆包线在排水泵永磁同步电机上的应用,而且定子线圈绕组尤其是引出线焊接部位用塑料或环氧树脂封住,有效地将定子线圈绕组及线圈引出线焊接点与外界空气(空气中含有氧气,易对铝线氧化)尤其是潮湿空气(潮湿空气中含有水份、酸性或碱性物质,易对铝线产生腐蚀)隔离,解决了铝漆包线绕组和焊接点氧化和防腐蚀的问题,实现了铝漆包线在排水泵永磁同步电机的应用。

排水泵永磁同步电机
技术领域
本发明涉及排水泵永磁同步电机,特别涉及定子线圈采用铝漆包线的排水泵永磁同步电机。
背景技术
铝漆包线应用到电机上,在我国70年代就有研究。但是因为铝漆包线尤其是焊接点部位长期与空气中氧气接触,容易氧化。再加上潮湿的空气中含有酸碱性物质,容易腐蚀铝漆包线及其焊接点。尤其对于直径小于1毫米的铝漆包线,其长期耐氧化和耐腐蚀的能力,一直是铝漆包线在电机上应用的一个技术障碍。以前排水泵用永磁同步电机还无铝漆包线的实际应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够避免铝漆包线绕组以及焊接点部位氧化和腐蚀的排水泵永磁同步电机。
本发明的上述目的是这样实现的,一种排水泵永磁同步电机,包括用于驱动风叶转动的永磁体转子、支撑永磁体转子的泵体、定子铁芯和定子线圈,其特征在于:所述定子线圈的绕组是铝漆包线绕组,并且所述铝漆包线绕组被密封在容器中。
由于本发明的铝漆包线绕组被密封在容器之中,使其与大气尤其与潮湿环境中的酸碱性雾气隔离,因此可以避免铝漆包线绕组被氧化和腐蚀。
特别是,本发明的铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位的外表面覆盖或包覆了与外界隔绝的隔绝物,因而本发明具有避免焊接部位被氧化和腐蚀的技术效果。
其中,本发明的密封所述铝漆包线的容器是塑封塑料容器或环氧树脂容器,这不仅可以提高密封效果,而且还便于生产和制造。
在一个实施例中,所述塑封塑料容器取缠绕铝漆包线的线圈架的形状。
在另一个实施例中,所述环氧树脂容器是环氧树脂浇灌到放置在一个腔体中的铝漆包线后固结形成的容器。
其中,本发明通过将所述铝漆包线及其引出线焊接部位由所浇注的环氧树脂包覆密封方式,实现对铝漆包线及其引出线焊接部位的隔绝或隔离。
在实施密封时,可以先在所述铝漆包线绕组的外表面包覆绝缘胶纸,然后再塑封或灌注环氧树脂。
在本发明中,所述铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位是外表镀锡或浸锡的铝线焊接的部位。
在本发明中,铝漆包线的直径等于或小于1.0mm,定子铁芯的厚度范围为:10mm-50mm。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、所述的定子线圈绕组尤其是引出线焊接部位用塑料或环氧树脂封装后,塑料或环氧树脂将潮湿环境中的酸碱性雾气和定子线圈(尤其是焊接点部位)隔离,有效防止定子线圈绕组被腐蚀,防止铝线焊接点(往往与铜插片焊接)在空气中氧气的作用下,发生铜铝氧化反应。
2、所述的定子线圈绕组用塑料密封后。塑料将定子线圈绕组及线圈引出线焊接部位与外界隔绝,有效地防止了定子线圈绕组被盐雾腐蚀。
3、成本低,质量可靠,制造简单可行,可以批量生产。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式:
图1显示了本发明的排水泵永磁同步电机的整体结构,如图1所示,本发明包括用于驱动风叶转动的永磁体转子2、支撑永磁体转子2的泵体3、定子铁芯5和定子线圈4,其中定子线圈4的绕组是铝漆包线绕组,并且该铝漆包线绕组被密封在一个容器10中。
特别是,本发明的铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位9(参见图2)的外表面覆盖或包覆了与外界隔绝的隔绝物,使得本发明能够有效避免焊接部位被氧化和腐蚀。所述隔绝物可以是绝缘胶、绝缘漆、环氧树脂等等。
图1还显示了适于本发明的排水泵,该排水泵依靠叶轮1转动排水,叶轮1通过永磁同步电机的永磁体转子2驱动,永磁体转子2依靠泵体3支撑,定子线圈4装在定子铁芯5上,定子铁芯5装在泵体3上。使用时,定子线圈4通电,永磁体转子2转动,驱动叶轮1,从而实现排水。
图2显示了定子线圈4被密封之前的情形。如图2所示,铝漆包线绕组是缠绕在线圈架6上的铝漆包线7。在密封定子线圈4之前,可以在铝漆包线绕组的外表面包覆一层或多层绝缘胶纸8。
另外,在密封定子线圈4之前,也可以在铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位9的外表面进行绝缘处理,例如通过包覆绝缘物如绝缘漆等,使其与外界绝缘。铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位9是外表镀锡或浸锡的铝线焊接的部位。
图3显示了定子线圈4被密封后的情形。绕在线圈架6上的铝漆包线7在包覆绝缘纸8后,被容器10密封。容器10可以是塑封塑料容器,该塑封塑料容器取缠绕铝漆包线7的线圈架6的形状,也就是说,在缠绕铝漆包线7的线圈架6上塑封塑料,以形成塑封塑料容器。
此外,铝漆包线绕组引出线焊接部位9也密封在所述容器10中。
图4显示了定子线圈被环氧树脂密封的情形。先将绕有铝漆包线的定子线圈4放置在一个带环形薄壁腔体的泵体里,然后浇注环氧树脂。铝漆包线绕组尤其是引出线焊接点被环氧树脂包覆密封。
在本发明中,铝漆包线7的直径等于或小于1.0mm。定子铁芯5厚度范围可以在10mm-50mm之间。
本发明具有以下技术效果:
1、所述的定子线圈绕组尤其是引出线焊接部位用塑料或环氧树脂封装后,塑料或环氧树脂将潮湿环境中的酸碱性雾气和定子线圈(尤其是焊接点部位)隔离,有效防止定子线圈绕组被腐蚀,防止铝线焊接点(往往与铜插片焊接)在空气中氧气的作用下,发生铜铝氧化反应。
2、所述的定子线圈绕组用塑料密封后。塑料将定子线圈绕组及线圈引出线焊接部位与外界隔绝,有效地防止了定子线圈绕组被盐雾腐蚀。

Claims (10)

1.一种排水泵永磁同步电机,包括用于驱动风叶转动的永磁体转子(2)、支撑永磁体转子的泵体(3)、定子铁芯(5)和定子线圈(4),其特征在于:
所述定子线圈(4)的绕组是铝漆包线(7)绕组,并且所述铝漆包线(7)绕组被密封在容器(10)中;
其中密封所述铝漆包线(7)绕组的容器(10)是塑封塑料容器或环氧树脂容器。
2.一种排水泵永磁同步电机,包括用于驱动风叶转动的永磁体转子(2)、支撑永磁体转子的泵体(3)、定子铁芯(5)和定子线圈(4),其特征在于:
所述定子线圈(4)的绕组是铝漆包线(7)绕组,并且所述铝漆包线(7)绕组被密封在容器(10)中;以及
所述铝漆包线(7)绕组引出线焊接部位(9)的外表面覆盖或包裹与外界隔绝的绝缘物;
其中密封所述铝漆包线(7)绕组的容器(10)是塑封塑料容器或环氧树脂容器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于:所述塑封塑料容器取缠绕铝漆包线(7)的线圈架(6)的形状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂容器是环氧树脂(12)浇灌到放置在一个腔体(11)中的铝漆包线(7)绕组后固结形成的容器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于, 所述铝漆包线(7)由所浇注的环氧树脂包覆密封。
6.根据权利要求2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于,所述铝漆包线(7)及其引出线焊接部位(9)由所浇注的环氧树脂包覆密封。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于:先在所述铝漆包线(7)绕组的外表面包覆绝缘胶纸(8),然后再塑封或灌注环氧树脂。
8.根据权利要求2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于:铝漆包线(7)绕组的引出线焊接部位(9)是外表镀锡或浸锡的铝线焊接的部位。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于:铝漆包线(7)的直径等于或小于1.0mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的排水泵永磁同步电机,其特征在于:所述定子铁芯的厚度范围为:10mm-50mm。
