技术领域
本发明涉及一种矩形线圈压装工艺。
背景技术
矩形线圈在绕制时虽然辐向带了一定的张力,但其不易成型,线圈外径偏大,达不到技术要求,由于非晶合金变压器线圈采取的是高低压合绕的形式,所以若低压线圈的外径不能保证,那么高压线圈的尺寸同样也不能保证,更不能保证产品质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够控制矩形线圈外径的矩形线圈压装工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种矩形线圈压装工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用压装工具将矩形线圈内径撑紧;
②在矩形线圈的四个侧面上分别放置板,位置相对的两个板之间用螺杆拉紧;
③对拉位置相对的两面上的板,使得矩形线圈在长度和宽度两个方向上符合图纸要求;
④在矩形线圈的上下两个表面上设置两个“十”字形支撑板,且两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓连接;
⑤收紧两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓,使得矩形线圈在高度方向上符合图纸要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明能够控制矩形线圈的外径。非晶合金低压线圈在绕制完后,脱模,将线圈竖立,此时选择合适的压装工具将矩形线圈的内径撑紧,然后在线圈的四个侧面放置板,面面相对的板之间用螺杆拉紧,两面对拉,直至使矩形线圈在长度和宽度两个方向上符合图样要求;然后选用合适的十字形支撑板,将十字形支撑板放置在矩形线圈的上下表面,再在十字形支撑板中穿入螺杆,然后收紧螺杆,直至矩形线圈在高度方向上符合图纸要求,这样就能够保证矩形线圈在后续处理如:干燥、浸漆工艺过程中,保证其外径不会发生变化,进而保证了矩形线圈的质量。
具体实施方式
一种矩形线圈压装工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用压装工具将矩形线圈内径撑紧;
②在矩形线圈的四个侧面上分别放置板,位置相对的两个板之间用螺杆拉紧;
③对拉位置相对的两面上的板,使得矩形线圈在长度和宽度两个方向上符合图纸要求;
④在矩形线圈的上下两个表面上设置两个“十”字形支撑板,且两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓连接;
⑤收紧两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓,使得矩形线圈在高度方向上符合图纸要求。
在本实施例中,在矩形线圈的四个侧面上分别放置的板可以为环氧板、钢板等,在矩形线圈的上下两个表面上设置两个“十”字形支撑板时,需要用“十”字形支撑板压住矩形线圈出线头,这样就能够避免在压装过程中损坏矩形线圈的出线头,将矩形线圈压装工艺完成后,便按照按现行的干燥、浸漆工艺将矩形线圈进行干燥、浸漆,然后再检查高压绕线模具,确保其强度达到产品图样要求,将绕线模具放入低压线圈绝缘筒内,端面要平齐,按图纸规定上好套好绕线模的低压线圈,并将其固定在主轴上,即可以开始绕制高压线圈。

Claims (1)

1.一种矩形线圈压装工艺,其特征在于该工艺包括以下步骤:
①用压装工具将矩形线圈内径撑紧;
②在矩形线圈的四个侧面上分别放置环氧板,位置相对的两个环氧板之间用螺杆拉紧;
③对拉位置相对的两面上的环氧板,使得矩形线圈在长度和宽度两个方向上符合图纸要求;
④在矩形线圈的上下两个表面上分别设置一个“十”字形支撑板,且两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓连接;
⑤收紧两个“十”字形支撑板之间螺栓,使得矩形线圈在高度方向上符合图纸要求。
