Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及酸性染料领域。
现有技术
酸性染料是公知的,并可用来染色和印染天然和合成的聚酰胺纤维材料。
文件US 4,537,598;US 5,090,964;US 5,131,919和US 6,443,998都记述了染红色的酸性染料混合物,其也可用来染色和印染聚酰胺纤维,且适合以三原色技术来组合染色。
不过,已知的染料和染料混合物都分别具有在染房中的应用性以及染后材料的坚牢性方面的一些缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供改良的酸性染料的染红色混合物,其适合用来从水性染浴染色或印染天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料,且显示良好的上染性(exhaustion),尤其是在与其它染料组合时,特别是小浴比(shortliquor),具有非常好的均染和坚牢度,尤其是耐光性。
本发明涉及染料混合物,其包含式(I)染料:

排除包含式(I)染料和式(II)染料的如下这样的混合物,其中R1为三氟甲基且R2和R3两者皆为氢;以及式(II)的染料,其中R1为式(III)的基团,其中R4为环己基,R5为甲基,且R2和R3两者皆为氢;并且
排除由式(I)染料和式(II)染料组成的如下这样的混合物,其中R1为三氟甲基且R2和R3两者皆为氢。
(C1-C8)-烷基可为直链或支链,并且是例如甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、戊基、己基、庚基或辛基。优选(C1-C4)-烷基,如甲基、乙基、正丙基和正丁基。
(C3-C8)-环烷基优选环己基。
卤素优选氟、氯和溴。因此,经卤素取代的(C1-C8)-烷基优选被氟、氯或溴所取代。特别优选的经卤素取代的(C1-C8)-烷基为三氟甲基。
替代R2或R3的卤素优选氟、氯和溴,且特别优选氯。
替代R4的经取代的苯基优选被甲基取代。
M优选氢、钠或钾。
优选的式(II)染料为式(IIa)至(IIp)的染料

一种优选的染料混合物包含式(I)染料和式(IIa)染料或式(IIm)染料。
另一种优选的染料混合物由式(I)染料与式(IIa)染料或式(IIm)染料组成。
还有一种优选的染料混合物包含式(I)染料与至少两种式(II)染料,其中之一为式(IIb)染料。还有一种优选的染料混合物包含式(I)染料与式(IIa)染料与式(IIb)或(IIm)染料。
本发明染料混合物包含优选量为5至95重量%的式(I)染料,以及优选量为95至5重量%的式(II)染料。本发明染料混合物包含特别优选量为40至80重量%的式(I)染料以及特别优选量为60至20重量%的式(II)染料。
本发明还涉及染料混合物,其包含90至99.99重量%的包含式(I)染料和至少一种式(II)染料的染料混合物,以及10至0.01重量%的一或多种调色剂。
调色剂为可以用来改变本发明染料混合物的色调以将其调整到某一色调标准的染料。
优选的调色剂为黄色、橙色或蓝色的酸性染料,或可与本发明染料混合物一起使用的其它黄色、橙色或蓝色染料。特别优选的调色剂为下面所提及的黄色、橙色和蓝色染料。
本发明还涉及制造本发明染料混合物的方法,其包括将所需量的式(I)染料与一种或多种式(II)染料机械混合。式(I)和(II)染料都是已知的,可购自市场或以本领域技术人员所知的方法生产。
本发明染料混合物适合用来以酸性染料领域中大量记载的应用方法染色和印染天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料。所以,本发明也涉及一种使用本发明染料混合物染色和印染天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料的方法。
优选的天然聚酰胺纤维材料为羊毛,而优选的合成聚酰胺纤维材料为尼龙材料,如尼龙-6和尼龙-6,6。
本发明染料混合物特别适合以三原色技术进行组合染色。根据本方法,将本发明染红色的混合物与适当的染蓝色的染料或染料混合物以及适当的染黄色的或染橙色的染料或染料混合物一起或混合使用。
所以,本发明也涉及一种天然或合成聚酰胺纤维材料的三原色染色和印染方法,其中本发明染料混合物与至少一种染蓝色的染料或染料混合物以及至少一种染黄色的或染橙色的染料或染料混合物一起使用。
优选的染蓝色的染料为式(IIIa)染料

包含式(IVa)染料和式(IVi)染料的混合物包含优选量为5至95重量%的式(IVa)染料及优选量为95至5重量%的式(IVi)染料。特别优选40至60重量%的式(IVa)染料和60至40重量%的式(IVi)染料。
使用本领域技术人员所知的常用浸染或连续染色与印染技术,本发明染料混合物在与染蓝色的染料和/或染黄色或染橙色的染料或其染料混合物合并使用时,显示出改进的色光一致染深性(On-tonebuild-up)。
在难染的纤维材料上,如高消光的、预热固化的微纤维,本发明因色光一致变色(On-tone fading)而显示出改良的耐光性。
实施例
实施例1
为制备包含式(I)染料与式(IIa)染料的染料混合物,将60份钠盐形式的式(I)染料和40份钠盐形式的式(IIa)染料均匀混合,得到100份染料混合物,后文中称为混合物A。
实施例2
为制备包含式(I)染料与式(IIm)染料的染料混合物,将25份钠盐形式的式(I)染料及75份钠盐形式的式(IIm)染料均匀混合,得到100份染料混合物,后面称为混合物B。
实施例3
为制备包含式(I)染料、式(IIa)染料及式(IIb)染料的染料混合物,将50份钠盐形式的式(I)染料、40份钠盐形式的式(IIa)染料及10份钠盐形式的式(IIb)染料均匀混合,得到100份的染料混合物,后文中称为混合物C。
实施例4
将10份尼龙-6,6材料(Helanca织物)置于200份含2克/升乙酸铵的水溶液(用乙酸调整到pH值5)中染色。所用染料为0.10%的实施例1染红色的混合物A,0.15%包含等摩尔量的式(IVa)染料和式(IVi)染料的染橙色的染料混合物,及0.12%式(IIIb)染蓝色的染料,所给量以Helanca织物的重量为基准。所有染料都以其钠盐形式使用。
在60℃至90℃温度下的染色时间为30至90分钟。其后,从染液中取出染过的尼龙-6,6织物,按一般方式冲洗并干燥。如此得到一片完全均染成棕色调的织物,没有任何与材料相关的条纹,且具有高度耐光性。
实施例5至11
分别用不同的染料和染料混合物重复实施例4,并使用下表中所给的量。所得全部染色件都完全均染且有高度耐光性。
