Abstract
本发明涉及一电气接头-接线端子,接线端子每一极具有至少两个同一方向的导线夹紧连接,而在相对侧上具有一附加的连接触头,该触头用于连接一端子外部的静触头。本发明对如此的端子提出应用由一块弹簧钢板和一汇流排制成(根据DE 196 54 523 C2)的端子构成的特别小构造的结构特征,与以下新颖特征相结合,汇流排具有一个或两个横向伸出部分,其延伸穿过在弹簧钢板内的一自由空间并形成附加的连接触头,例如,可构成呈一插塞触头的形式或呈一插头触头的形式。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气接头-接线端子(Anschluβ-undVerbindungsklemme),该端子的每一极具有至少两个彼此相对并相对于一中间平面成镜面对称布置用来连接导线的弹簧力夹紧连接装置,导线可从同一连接方向插入到该接线端子内,导线借助于接线端子电气地连接到端子内的一公共的汇流排(Stromschiene)上,其中,汇流排具有一附加的连接触头,该触头布置在端子偏离导线夹紧连接一侧的两个导线夹紧连接之间的中间平面内,该触头用于端子外静触头的连接。
背景技术
这种类型的电气接头-接线端子是熟知的(见DE 94 20 097 U1)。它们可制成单极的或多极的,例如,在一多极实施例中,其中,多个各具有自己绝缘材料外壳的单极的单个端子彼此并排排列并机械地互相定位(见DE 94 20 097U1中的图4),或例如,在一多极实施例中,其中,多个单极的单个端子以熟知的方式布置在一公共的绝缘材料外壳的彼此毗邻排列的容纳腔内。
上述类型的电气接头-接线端子具有如下优点:导线呈相同定向,即,导线从同一连接方向插入到端子的导线夹紧连接装置中;端子每一极可各借助于一附加地设置在端子另一侧上的连接触头产生一外部的静触头。例如,这样一静触头可以是一焊接到一印刷电路板上的焊接销,而端子可插入到该焊接销上。
然而它的缺点在于,已知的该种类型的端子需要占据很大的地方。尤其是,沿相对于端子中间平面的横向方向量测的结构宽度很大,因为在该种类型的端子中,在彼此相对定位的导线夹紧连接之间的中间平面内对一外部静触头布置了附加的连接触头。
发明内容
从现有技术状态出发,本发明的任务在于,创造出能实现非常小的结构形式的该类型的端子。
本发明解决方案的特征在于,由一块弹簧钢板和一汇流排杆(Stromschienenstab)制成和已经公知(见DE 196 54 523 C2)的端子所构成的特别小构造的结构特征,与以下新颖特征相结合,形成附加的连接触头的汇流排杆具有至少一个横向伸出部分,其布置在弹簧钢板的自由空间区域内,并延伸穿过在弹簧钢板内的该自由空间,使汇流排杆定位在弹簧钢板的一侧,而为形成附加的连接触头横向伸出部分定位在弹簧钢板的另一侧上。
为了形成附加的连接触头,汇流排杆可具有一个或两个横向伸出部分。根据权利要求2规定,设置两个横向伸出部分,它们形成一插头触头。
替代地,根据权利要求3规定,仅设置一个横向伸出部分,其形成一插塞触头。
根据权利要求4规定本发明的一成本经济的实施例,汇流排杆(就其横截面来看)具有一V形或U形的横截面形状,使其沿汇流排杆纵向方向延伸的侧棱紧贴在弹簧钢板上,从汇流排杆侧棱出发的汇流排杆的横向伸出部分延伸穿过弹簧钢板的自由空间。
横向伸出部分根据制造技术可与汇流排制成一体。但横向伸出部分也可分开地制造(例如,呈插塞触头的形式),并与汇流排结合而成完成的结构部件。

具体实施方式
图2和3示出一单极的电气接头-接线端子,其由一块弹簧钢板10和一汇流排杆11组成。
相对于中间平面12成镜面对称地从该块弹簧钢板10中冲切出一板弹簧对13、14(见图3),它们与汇流排杆11各构成一用来连接导线15和16的夹紧部位。导线可具有不同的导线横截面,因为冲切出的板弹簧舌13和14彼此独立工作,且只通过弹簧钢板的两个外桥形接片17和18(见图3)而彼此连接。外桥形接片17和18在其这方面与汇流排杆11一起被定位在固定位置上。
汇流排杆11构造成V形横截面,并具有一背部20(在所示实施例中,它是汇流排杆的V形弯曲部分)和两个从其中伸出的横向伸出部分21和22。
横向伸出部分21和22可彼此相对地实施一容易的弹性所致的运动并彼此构成插塞触头23。
重要的是,汇流排杆的横向伸出部分延伸穿过弹簧钢板10的自由空间19,以使汇流排杆11的背部20定位在所示弹簧钢板10的左侧上(其结果,背部20对于导线15和16提供了导线夹紧连接的形成),并使横向伸出部分21和22定位在所示弹簧钢板10的右侧上,在该实施例中构成了插塞触头23。
插塞触头23可用来接纳现有技术状态中普通的插销、焊接销或其它的触头销等,包括粗的(可插入的)导线24,它们(如图所示)可以一插销的方式推入到插塞触头内。
图1示出装在根据图2和3所示3极插入连接器的左半部25的绝缘材料外壳内的端子。
对于每一极,在插入连接器的左半部25的绝缘材料外壳内设置各方面都用绝缘材料保护的容纳腔,端子各经位于插入连接器的左半部25内的开口装配入容纳腔内,端面上的开口借助于一盖板(未示出)锁上,盖板同时具有用于每一电极的待连接导线15和16的导线导入孔和导线导入通道。
图1中所示的插入连接器的另一半部26是熟知方式的一插头部分,其每一电极各具有一插脚27。在图1中,该插脚由粗导线的剥去绝缘层的端部构成,导线位置固定地保持在绝缘材料外壳内。
所示插入连接器的半部26在需要的情况下也可从插入连接器的半部25中拔出,例如,这对于照明设备的装修电工特别有好处,因为他可简单地打开插入连接器从照明设备中取出有缺陷的单个的照明,而不必从插入连接器的左半部25中松开与单个照明接线在一起的导线15和16。
图4示出根据本发明的电气接头-接线端子的第二实施例,其中,汇流排杆28只具有一个横向伸出部分,其构造成插头触头29的形式。为了将插头触头位置固定在自由空间30内,在弹簧钢板块33的外连接部分32上设置了一鼻形凸出31。
图5示出插头触头29,它为了形成电气连接而插入到所示的端子外的插塞触头34内。插塞触头的构造形式是公知的。也可用其它结构形式来代替图5中所示的插塞触头34。
图6示出一插入连接器,它的两个插入连接器的半部35和36根据本发明的原理进行构造(比较图2和图4)。
Claims (4)
1.一种电气接头-接线端子,
-所述端子的每一极具有至少两个彼此相对并相对于一中间平面成镜面对称布置用来连接导线的弹簧力夹紧连接装置,所述导线从同一连接方向插入到所述夹紧连接装置内,所述导线借助于所述夹紧连接装置可电气地连接到所述端子内的公共的汇流排上,
-其中,所述汇流排具有附加的连接触头,该触头布置在所述端子偏离所述导线夹紧连接装置的一侧上所述两个导线夹紧连接装置之间的中间平面内,该触头用于连接端子外的静触头,
其特征在于,
-所述导线夹紧连接装置由一块弹簧钢板(10、33)和呈汇流排杆(11、28)形式的汇流排构成;
-两个相对于所述中间平面(12)成镜面对称的板弹簧舌(13,14)从所述弹簧钢板块冲切出或冲压出,且使所述板弹簧舌各垂直于所述中间平面伸展,且它们的舌端各终止在离所述中间平面的某一距离处,
-所述舌端之间的弹簧钢板材料被冲切去,以使所述弹簧钢板在那里形成自由空间(19、30),
-所述汇流排杆定位在所述中间平面内并紧贴所述弹簧钢板块,使所述汇流排杆在所述弹簧钢板的自由空间区域内与各所述板弹簧舌的舌端形成两个彼此相对的导线夹紧连接装置,
-其中,所述汇流排杆为形成附加的连接触头而具有至少一个横向伸出部分(21、22、29),所述横向伸出部分布置在所述弹簧钢板的所述自由空间的区域内,并延伸穿过所述弹簧钢板内的所述自由空间,使所述汇流排杆定位在所述弹簧钢板的一侧,而用于形成所述附加的连接触头的所述横向伸出部分定位在所述弹簧钢板的另一侧上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气接头-接线端子,其特征在于,
-所述汇流排杆在所述弹簧钢板的所述自由空间的区域内具有两个横向伸出部分(21、22),它们共同形成插塞触头(23)。
3.电气接头-接线端子,其特征在于,
-所述汇流排杆在所述弹簧钢板的所述自由空间的区域内具有一个横向伸出部分(29),它形成插头触头。
4.如权利要求1所述的电气接头-接线端子,其特征在于,
-汇流排杆就其横截面来看具有V形或U形的横截面形状,且其沿汇流排杆纵向方向上延伸的侧棱紧贴在所述弹簧钢板上,并且
-从所述汇流排杆的所述侧棱出发的所述汇流排杆的所述横向伸出部分延伸穿过所述弹簧钢板的所述自由空间。
