Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及蠕动泵并且更具体地涉及一种用在眼外科设备流体盒上的夹紧机构。
背景技术
大多数现有技术的蠕动泵通过使用转辊头来压缩或者挤压挠性管(有时候在固定槽之间)的长度来工作。当辊头转动时,辊夹紧管道的一部分并且把辊之间的管道中收集的液体在转动方向上推动。蠕动泵因为它们可预测的、恒流特性而广泛地用在医疗应用中。然而,这些现有技术的系统通常需要围绕转辊头手动连接泵管部分。
另一现有技术的泵在专利号为6,293,926B1(Sorensen等人)的美国专利中公开,其描述了具有包含在弹性薄片上的模制流道的蠕动泵,弹性薄片是粘合而成的或者机械地附着在刚性基底上。泵压头辊从泵电动机的转动轴径向安装并且相对于刚性基底压缩弹性流道。为了靠在刚性基底上充分压缩弹性流道,从而最大化泵系统的效率,盒子必须保持紧靠泵辊。在另一方面,盒子也必须容易安装和从外科手术控制台上除去。在美国专利公开号20030202894(Leukanech等人)中公开了一种盒子锁定机构,其公开了一种具有使锁轮转动的发动机的盒子锁定机构,产生一对锁定臂的类凸轮运动,从而枢转锁轨以完全闭合和锁定保持盒子的位置。用在这种装置中的DC伺服电动机是昂贵的并且操作起来相对生硬。
因此,具有平稳的、可控移动的便宜的盒子夹紧机构的需要继续存在。
发明内容
本发明在现有技术的基础上通过提供具有一对枢转盒的夹紧杆改进了盒子夹紧机构。夹紧杆通过一系列连杆和致动轮连接到气缸或者机电致动器以使气压缸或者机电致动器的伸长和缩回能引起夹紧杆转动和反向转动。气缸的作用是提供平稳的、良好控制的夹紧杆移动。
因此,本发明的一目的是提供一种盒子夹紧机构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种气动控制的盒子夹紧机构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有平稳的、可控移动的盒子夹紧机构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种相对便宜的盒子夹紧机构。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种在小外壳尺寸中的相对大压力和长冲程的机构。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
气缸;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述气缸上的基准连杆,以使气缸的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准连杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
电动机驱动线性致动装置;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述电动机驱动线性致动装置上的基准连杆,以使电动机驱动线性致动装置的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。
根据本发明的又一个方面,提供了一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
螺线管;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述螺线管上的基准连杆,以使螺线管的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准连杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。

具体实施方式
如图1最佳所示,本发明的盒子夹紧机构10一般包括致动装置子组件12和盒子接收部分14。致动装置子组件12一般包括下支架16、上支架18、基准连杆组件20、气缸22和转接连杆24。上支架18和下支架16连接在支架加强肋26上以使支架16和18刚性地保持在一起。基准连杆20通过轴或者销28可枢转地连接到下支架16上。气缸22通过与销28相对的销30可枢转地连接到基准连杆20。销30也使转接连杆24可枢转地连接到基准连杆20上。气缸22通过与销30相对的在加强肋26上的销32可枢转地连接到上支架18和下支架16。因此气缸22的伸长和缩回使基准连杆20绕销28枢转,从而升高和降低转接连杆24。
如图3、4和6最佳所示,盒子接收部分14暴露在外科手术控制台200的外面并且一般包括致动轮34、上连杆36、下连杆38、上夹板40、下夹板42和盒子面板44。上连杆36和下连杆38通过销46连接到致动轮34。上连杆36通过销48连接到上夹板40上的臂41并且下连杆38通过销50连接到下夹板42上的臂43。上连杆36和下连杆38包含分别允许连杆36和38压缩和回弹的中间弹簧37和39。这样的结构允许机构10弥补盒子100结构中的制造偏差而不对盒子100产生损坏。上夹板40和下夹板42装配在侧轨52上并且在侧轨52中的孔54中枢转。夹板/侧轨子组件连接到盒子面板44。如此装配,致动轮34的顺时针转动向下推连杆36和38,引起上夹板40顺时针转动以及下夹板42逆时针转动。致动轮34的逆时针转动向上推动连杆36和38,引起上夹板40逆时针转动以及下夹板42顺时针转动。致动轮34通过销154连接到转接连杆24。臂41和43的偏心方向导致夹板40和42的偏心(overcenter)转动。夹板40和42的偏心转动导致如果气缸22的气压丧失时,夹板40和42自锁。
使用中,如上所述,气缸22的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆20绕销28转动,从而升高和降低转接连杆24。转接连杆24的升高和降低交替引起致动轮34的顺时针和逆时针转动,从而引起上夹板40和下夹板42的转动和反方向转动。上夹板40和下夹板42包含多个与盒子100上的夹紧面102配合的夹紧面或者夹紧指56。当盒子100安装在机构10的盒子接收部分14时,上夹板40的顺时针转动和下夹板42的逆时针转动起到把盒子拉进盒子接收部分14并且使盒子推靠向盒子面板44的作用,从而稳固地把盒子保持靠在面板44上。
如图7最佳所示,在本发明的第二实施例中,代替诸如气缸22的气动装置,连杆20的移动由机电装置122的操作引起,例如螺线管或者电动机驱动线性致动装置。

Claims (6)
1.一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
气缸;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述气缸上的基准连杆,以使气缸的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准连杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹紧机构,其中致动轮通过转接连杆可枢转地安装到基准连杆上。
3.一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
电动机驱动线性致动装置;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述电动机驱动线性致动装置上的基准连杆,以使电动机驱动线性致动装置的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。
4.如权利要求3所述的夹紧机构,其中致动轮通过转接连杆可枢转地安装到基准连杆上。
5.一种盒子夹紧机构,包括:
框架;
螺线管;
在第一端可枢转地安装在框架上并且在第二端可枢转地安装在所述螺线管上的基准连杆,以使螺线管的伸长和缩回引起基准连杆相对于框架枢转;
可枢转地安装到基准连杆第二端的致动轮,以使基准连杆的枢转引起致动轮的转动;和
一对连接到致动轮的夹具,以使致动轮的转动引起夹具相对于彼此反向转动。
6.如权利要求5所述的夹紧机构,其中致动轮通过转接连杆可枢转地安装到基准连杆上。
